Are you every going to introduce run scripts as current logged in user ?

I am working with Pulseway now for a while and the thing i would like to add is: Movement of offline devices. I will be nice that we can move a device also if the device is offline. I know this is possible ofcourse but i want to know if this is already on the schedule roadmap.

Any way to have mapped drives listed (add/edit/remove)? Net use from the terminal doesn't work.

Can we expect to see a new reporting template soon?

I currently use Connectwise Control for remote and to push applications to client machines. Connectwise Control allows me to have a toolbox in which I can choose from programs which are downloaded to my Pulseway Server and push them to the client computer. This is very helpful for downloading apps to the machine rather than having to manually download each app by going to each website. This is great for programs like: Adobe Reader Malware Tools if the machine is unable to browse the web Additional tools I use for diagnostics and password recover like Nirsoft. Hello, I'm doing a trial of the Pulseway system at the moment and would love some feedback form users. Are people monitoring Linux boxes? How is this working out for you. We are currently using Site24x7 but are in the need for a change. The majority of our servers are web servers. When working in the PSA, I find it takes around 4 or 5 seconds before an action is done and it moves to the next part/page - anyone else expierencing this issue? Is this normal/expected? Thanks

The CSV data export would be much more usefull if it had some other way of getting the data aside from download or email. Ideally the information would be highly usable and "alive" in the Portal app whether the endpoint is offline or stolen However I am able to get more insight once the info is inAccess. I found when I Import to access that I must set " as text qualifier get a good import otherwise commas in the data cause extra fields to be created.

One huge feature missing that other RMM'S seem to do (NinjaRMM / Syncro) Run a script as the user logged in. Surely you can integrate this. I know you can impersonate a user but this means entering their login details and its a pain if the user changes their password.

Have a notification appear when they have responded to chat saves having to stay on the device or wait in the chat window

It would be good to have a option to reboot an endpoint in safe mode with Pulseway running helps with fixing issues etc

We are considering switching over to the RepairShopr PSA platform, and would like to know if an integration with them may be in the works. I understand they use the REST API as well, and have solid documentation on their site for integrating into their platform. Can this be looked into? It is definitely becoming a popular solution, and companies like Ninja RMM and SolarWinds MSP are already integrated with them. It would be nice to have a role/ integration into Windows Group policy. Be able to view, change, and apply policies to managed machines.

Hi, The Linux Agent appears to be missing some of the capabilities of its Windows version. I am looking for some way to raise alerts based on specific log entries or monitor file changes, etc. If the capability exists, can someone let me know how to set this up ? I can't find anything like this in the config file. Alternatively, is the a plugin or some command line program that will allow an external program or script to raise alerts ? For example, let's imagine there is a command line program called pwalerts. Our script could call it to raise alerts like :- #pwalerts 0 "RAID Event detected" 1 Where : pwalerts = the name of the alert injection program…

It would be nice to have a have a way to send a message to users through the PC monitor agent to the users letting them know that a system outage has/is occurring and when it is resolved. Currently we send an email out with the outage information, however, if email goes down, we do not have a determined notification process. such as snapcomms.

It would be nice if we could set up dynamic tags. Devices could have tags added/removed based by rules, like: does one or more files (from a list) exist on the device does one or more registy entries (from a list) exist on the device does one or more applications (from a list) exist as installed applications on the device. Of course it should be possible to use wildcards :-)

Currently a scope can be created with matching "any" or "all" tags. It would be great if we had a "none" or "exclude" option, in which the listed tags would be excluded.

It doesn't look lige 2FA is used in Dashboard and Remote Desktop apps. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just not implemented yet?

Hi, i´m testing this RMM atm. Is it possible to implement WOL on a Probe? For example choosing the probe then the Machines Show up which are on the same Network or same Customer and Option to do WOL. If you´ve many Machines to Manage You would Need to Edit Firewall Rules for each Machine and Edit the Settings of each machine.Would be way to much work.

i'd like to see the audit log search updated to provide the free search option that was previously available. For example i use event notifications to record VPN connections, previously i could search the audit log for 'VPN' and find all the associated events. now i have to run multiple searches on a system exporting the results while guessing the time frame due to the export limitation. once the data is exported i then have to search the data extracting the information required and spend around 30 to 45 minutes performing a task that previously took only a minute or two.

Hi. When Pulseway executes automation scripts in PowerShell, it would be great if it could be executed with the "-NoProfile" argument. On some clients the profile scripts has been alter to load various modules, which will slow down or even conflict with the automation script. I know this would be a major change in the reporting interface, but how about an option to interact with the results of a report. Maybe one can choose an additional "Report Format" when editing a report and have an option for Interactive? When this is enabled the output of the report is immediately displayed in web format with hyperlinks to automate certain tasks by sending a back-end task/script to the agent. 1. Would be great to read the logged in user name and use it in chat instead of computer name. Then possibly confirm with the user that they are indeed the person logged in 2. Give user option to enter their email for chat history. 3. Allow admin to set email to send it to when chat is ended. (add button to end chat on admin and user side too)

Would also, love to see a widget to place on one of my android screens .. that way I could just slide over to it when I'm curious as to what's going on .. I'd love to be able to customize it to and be able to select what information to show. For example, I might do the following: - Show active user count on my terminal server - Show memory/cpu usage - Items in queue on the exchange server - Maybe even active calls on my asterisk server (I know that one is a stretch)

Hello, I would like to ask if you are planning to add maintenance mode timer. This function has been on every monitoring system I've worked with so far and Pulseway not having is causing a lot of issues with engineers forgetting to turn off maintenance mode. At the moment I was forced to check all servers through powershell and report on the maintenance mode twice a day. I think I don't have to say this is highly inconvenient, when simple timer would solve this issue.
