How do you uninstall PC Monitor from a Mac? I have removed the application, but the monitor still seems to run on the computer. What files need to be removed so PC Monitor is completely uninstalled/removed from the computer?

Hi,I just really can't get this to work. The iPhone just says "No registered computers". The application on the Mac has nowhere near all the tabs shown in the Quickstart guide. This is the status: I've followed the quickguide. The account is valid on both the iPhone and the Mac, I have triple-checked account name and password. It just says "no registered computers" both on the iPhone and the web. Test notifications do work. The documentation mentions there should be a "Manage registered computers" tab under Account. I don't have that, and never have. Using latest version for Mac, 1.3 at the moment. Please help.

I am having trouble viewing the computer on my iPad and iPhone, and on my account through the website, I wondered if it's anything to do with running OS X Mavericks, thanks.

I have problems uninstalling from OS X Mavericks. I have removed Pulseway from the login items, and deleted the .app from the /Applications folder, but the PulsewayAgent still loads at login and is visible in the Activity Monitor. As such, it's sneakily running without most peoples knowledge. How do I remove it from the system to prevent it from running?

I have the pulseway daemon running on 3 different Macs. 2 are Mac Minis and 1 is a Mac Pro. Hi All, I have remove the pulseway agent on my MBA, the application can't find Application folder but this process show in activity monitor and unable to quit, it still keep register and update to the account, please advice how to completely remove it, thanks

Hi, I've had Pulseway running on this server for some time now however we've noticed Pulseway has reported the server as offline for the last 17 days. We've been trying to get into the app but noticed it's stuck as not responding within Activity Monitor. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application but had no luck. Each time you open it, it instantly goes to not responding. What can I do to restore functionality and monitoring?

Hello, We are deploying the Pulseway Manager Mac .DMG using Microsoft Intune. This process of deployment works correctly (as in the application installs), however we wish to have the Pulseway Manager register and lock automatically. Our understanding is that this may be possible - either through the use of configuration files in the Pulseway .DMG, as an install script or as a set of scripts after the install has completed. Hello, New to Pulseway and looking to configure CPU and memory threshold alerts both at the system-wide and then at process/application levels. System-wide would be most useful right now. I'm looking through the Pulseway Mac app and I do not see these settings. Is this possible with the Mac app? Thank you. Jorge

Is this still possible? I still have a 2007 MacMini that can only be upgraded to 10.7 and I'd really like this to be monitored by Pulseway but I can't find any compatible versions of the software online. Not sure why there isn't a legacy software section, I'd have thought the more devices you allow people to connect then the more revenue you stand to earn. Just my two cents.

I'd kill for a dashboard app for the mac.. my 2nd machine at home and at work is a mac and i'd love to keep the dashboard up and running on it.. any plans to release the dashboard for the mac? i can use the website but that times out and i have to relog in.. i did a forum search but i didn't see this question so if i've double posted something please let me know. thanks -monte

Hi, Pulseway on my mac-server, after some time, not responding. If I try to access Pulsway icon in the top menu, I get a beachball. I'v tryed reinstalling it with uninstall in it's menu and this: Same problem :/ If I restart the mac, Pulseway works again. The mac goes to sleep every night, it that matters? But it's not after sleep Pulseway gets non-responding Any idea's?

As the title suggests, we have a Pulseway subscription for the Professional version. This is the 4.7.6 agent installed on an OS X Mavericks 10.9.4 2012 Mac Pro. I clear the alert in the dashboard/app but it keeps coming back with the same stats too: 13.9GB free of 222.50GB I've already stopped and restarted the service.

I have been able to use the wake command just fine on a PC also get the little message at the bottom of screen to say command sent, but not for my Mac Mini, no message saying command sent etc, i am able to wake mac with FING from app store. have 3.7.1 installed on both using my iphone iOS app

Is it not possible to manage/monitor Apple clients using Webroot AV, in the Pulseway admin? I can see the apple clients in the Webroot portal, but not in Pulseway. Thanks!

Hello! Is there an archive of older versions of PCMonitor? Since support for 10.6. was dropped in the new version. For me everything after snowleopard is really ***** so I will not upgrade the OS Maybe anyone has one of the older .dmg and is willing to share it? After I enabled FileVault on my Mac, I can no longer reach it when it sleeps, with Pulseway. Before FileVault, I could just send a wakeup signal, but it doesn't work anymore. Is there any way around this?

Hello, I'm looking to deploy the MacOS Pulseway Agent using kandji. It Installs fine but I'm looking for a good way to have it automate the server registration with a post installation script. Is there a config.xml like with the Linux agent? or some way i can automate the registration process? Thank you, OT

I have installed Pulseway on my Mac mini m2 and it freezes. It does not even allow me to install the helper application as well. I have alway uninstalled (rm rf) the plists, apps, etc. Could you please assist?
