Good morning, we use Pulseway for our customers, they are then billed by us per server and per client. Is there an easy way to see which customer has how many servers and how many clients?

I am testing pulse-way anti virus and I am wanting to trigger it by blacklisting a word file for example and see how it reacts when it finds one

Hi, I'm assuming I've overlooked something very simple. However, no matter what process I tell pulseway to monitor the closing of (e.g. wordpad.exe, calc.exe, firefox.exe) it will only notify me the first time (first time after either a server restart or after setting it up in the first place). After that I receive no more notifications no matter how many times I open and close various applications. What have I missed? Regards, Will

Hej pulseway Is it possible to be allowed to use pulseway for private use I have 3 small devices right now that I would like to monitor as well as a lot of network equipment I currently have pulsway via my school user and have registered my private gmail for it and use it as main. Do you have a private solution or is it possible to transfer that server to my gmail? would like to pay for service if possible?

I have 3 Windows 2022 serveres where Pulseway reports Offline, but they are running. If I use "Validate Registration" i get "This System is registred." Reboot of Service do not change anything. The last time I had to reboot server, but one server is a SQL server and the other 2 is Echonomics and used to control produktion...

I have a client that wants to receive e-mail notifications (not push with app) for his servers. I have placed his server in a dedicated agents group, but how to achieve? I don't want that he can log in web app and mobile app too, only receive his notifications. Thank you.

Hi Folks, I've recently deployed Pulseway, and getting my staff to start using "Request Support" feature. Is it possible to have the "Request Support" set to a different priority than the default of "Normal"? For example, set it to "Low" by default? Are there any customisations available regarding the priority levels? For example, can I insert a custom priority & set this as the only option for "Request Support"? Thanks.

When a specific service goes down, i am getting the appropriate notifications; however, when it comes back on-line i am not getting any notifications. I would like to know when the server goes down but also when it comes back up... any ideas?

Hi, I am looking to use Pulseway to patch our clients servers. However there are some clients that need them patched in a specific order. For example I want to patch the VMs on the Hyper-v then when they have completed run the patches on the Hyper-V host. I may be missing something obvious but can't seem to find how to do that. thanks

We are having issues with a single Pulseway agent and I need help troubleshooting it. We have 2 servers installed in this environment, the first Server Pulseway works without fault, however on the second server Pulseway worked briefly, however now appears to be offline in the web client. Connecting to the server and the service is running, agent is running, and registered. I can successfully unregister and reregister the agent. While viewing All Systems, is it possible to Filter by Online only, so you can view only the systems online I know in Dashboard you can view online systems only but that is small Would be great to be able to filter online only Thanks

We have a very low server count and manually perform patches via the pulseway mobile app when necessary. We also have another app that scans each system on our domain for patches/software that is primarily used only to deploy to workstations. Currently our servers show we are missing KB4537819 and KB4538158 via Windows Update (no WSUS). The other app is set to ignore preview updates, so in turn shows we are missing updates KB4519108 and KB4530745. Is there anyway to get these patches to show up in the general windows update scan so we can deploy them via the pulseway app?

Hello, Will the Pulseway Agent run on a POS (Windows PosReady 7 or Windows 10 Enterprise 1809 LTSC) without have Shell as explorer.exe? We have a POS-software acting as Shell so there is no procesbar nor a notification area. Will Pulseway be able to run and most important be able to run scripts (PowerShell i.e.)? Thx in advance.

hi, I downloaded your wonderful program and I immediately used the function wake on lan, it works perfectly, the problem is that during the day I find the pc turned on without having given it any consent, in different hours of the day the pc turns on alone. How do I solve the problem? I would like to turn it on only when I give it the command. Thanks a lot

We have Webroot added to Pulseway One of the systems we added is now obsolete and we would like to remove Webroot from the system If I try to remove it from the Webroot section in Pulseway, it won't allow it, as the system is offline If I remove the system from Pulseway altogether will the Webroot association be removed automatically too? I have 2 systems that keep going on / offline in Pulseway. It's 1 physical system with a VM. It'll go off/on every few minutes for about 30 secs. Then stop for a while and start doing it again. Not at the same time either. The physical machine will show offline but I can still interact with the VM. Never experienced this issue before. I tried to restart the systems but didn't help. I reset the network they're on but that didn't help either. I believe it's an issue with PulseWay. Should I try to uninstall / reinstall?

So i saw pulseway on linus tech tips and thought due to the number of machines i run headless good idea, only i am confused on the pricing. If i am reading it right its just 2 devices for free then you pay for each additional is this right, are there any low cost options for non-commercial use? And if i pay for anything will that mean i have to pay for the 2 original as well?

If I make a change to a policy those changes are not getting applied to the end servers. I have double checked that the correct policy is applied to the correct server under the configuration tab. Any ideas

I'm using Pulseway to monitor about 10 servers in my domain. Most of these run in a VMWare environment. Last night and this morning I received notifications that servers were offline. The first notifications involved 2 virtual servers running on the same physical host. The third and fourth notifications were for 2 other virtual servers, both of which were running on different physical hosts than the first 2 VM's. My first thought was that there was a network hiccup that caused the Pulseway agent to lose contact on these servers. However, here's the problem with that assumption. I have installed pulseway on my Ubuntu 18.04 machine but I cannot find a way to enable remote desktop. This is the only device that I have besides the phone app.

We are about to start working with a customer that uses (almost) only thin clients to connect to a terminal server farm. We need the ability to assist them remotely at the thin client level. The terminal server is no issue. Is Pulseway able to deal with the thin client itself? Thank you in advance
