From the : Get Start" page , I was asked to fill " company email address" . even when I fill with " personal" in " business " section , the webpage will not let me go to next page . From another route, I managed to setup an email address ,user name and password , and have completed the email confirmation process However when I used the App in phone , I still got " Account error" with the user name and password. Is Pulseway now a pure business program?

We are using PW to monitor our customers desktop and server parks. In our SLA we offer a clean-up of the system : "Delete Temporary Internet Files, Coockies, etc..." Is there a way to script this in PW?

Currently we are using your paid service and are monitoring at least 20 servers (from memory). An employee of ours has left and the new employee with his new phone needs notifications sent to his phone. He is running PCmonitor on the phone obviously. Can't for the life of me remember where to set email notifications and their delivery address(es)

Maybe someone can shed some light on this. Using the PSA system, I have gone several times now into the Service Desk module, selected hardware assets and assigned them to their respective clients. Every 24 hours or so, as I am entering in tickets and trying to assign a hardware asset to those tickets, I am finding that a bulk of the hardware assets are reverting back to my company as the client asignee. I have have to repeatedly go back and re-assign those hardware assets back to the clients. Besides the colosal waste of time, it makes me wonder if any other information is not being retained in the databse. Any clue? Shawn

Hello, Let's assume I have configured all the necessary settings that I need using PC Monitor Manager. Does the API allows me to add custom logic such as "If PC X is down, perform my own custom logic"?

Hi All I wanted to share my experience with workflows, in the hope that someone else can benefit, or if there is a better way to do things I am all ears! In the sales/onboarding process I noticed how amazing and powerful the automation engine was, yet restrictive it was that I wasn't able to trigger an automation workflow myself (on schedule, or other action like restart). I'd like to figure out how to send a notification when my VPN manager software disconnects. Is there anyway to set up a notification like this, for a program state change?

Dear Pulseway Support, At one of our customers we accidently clicked on "Disable Pulseway User Agent (pcmontask.exe). From this moment we aren't able anymore to remote access the PC. Now we need to ask the customer to 'Enable' it, but I'm hoping that something else is possible, to enable it somehow from remote (via PowerShell -> Registry)?

Hi, I have turned off 3 Client Servers and I want to remove them from my Billing. The Billing screen shows that I have 3 Server licenses and that I am using 0, when I try to reduce the number, I get a popup that says: You are currently using 3 licenses, you need to remove a server before you can decrease the order quantity. I have no problem adding licenses but removal is a problem. I've sent a two emails in the last two months to my Account Manager with no response. Anybody know how to remove the Servers? I'm very interested in anyone who has managed to get the PC Monitor Linux service to run on Oracle Solaris 11? Solaris is 100% Linux Binary Compatible, and I am in the process of hacking around to see if I can get it to run and report on a Solaris 11 host (even if it's just rudimentary health status like system up/down, filesystem / network / RAM / ports / NIC etc) - has anyone had a go at this? Planning on playing with this more on my personal laptop, but everytime I run the iPhone Apps, it sends me a notification that the server modules evaluation has ended via email and also a notice on the app itself. This happens everytime I open the app or some other notice comes in. If I disabled all the server modules, how come I still get these notices? *Tried to search on this topic, with no luck*

I'm trying to roll out Pulseway on my Clints via the Discovery and Deployment tool in Pulseway. I have set up probes and are finding some computers on the network. When I try to deploy pulsway to the computers, some of them are successful and some are not. The ones that fails have have "Connection Failed" error Message under "result". Anybody know why this happens and any ideas on how to fix it. Will be a lot of work to have to manually install Pulseway on all the computers. Thanks

I have Do Not Disturb enabled on my phone up until 6am. This morning I logged in and found a number of machines had been down for a few hours. Is there any way Pulseway can be configured to alert more than when it initially discovers a machine is offline? For example, if Pulseway can be setup to check an offline host every 15, 30, 60 minutes etc, then I would have been alerted much sooner. Thanks.

Is there a way to run a couple of scripts on a device at once? i know you can create a task but didn’t know if there was a easier way to do it from the mobile app if we had not created the task

Hello My company manages several clients across several techs. Each tech needs to only see notifications for their client (clients are in their own Groups in PC Monitor) I know you can limit access to groups via Device but if you give a certain device no access to a group that device will still get notifications from the group. Is there a way of limiting notifications to only certain groups on the mobile app's? Cheers.
