I'm new to Pulseway, but I can't seem to find a way to recover my Pulseway username (forgot what it is) in order to install on a Linux system. How can this be found?

Hi all, I send Pulseway email alerts to a email alert aggregate (PushBullet) and I was wondering if there is any way of getting rid of the promotional stuff at the bottom of the email? We primarily use the email notifications. I'd like to get rid of everything under the: "*Did you know" Let me know?

I'm very interested in anyone who has managed to get the PC Monitor Linux service to run on Oracle Solaris 11? Solaris is 100% Linux Binary Compatible, and I am in the process of hacking around to see if I can get it to run and report on a Solaris 11 host (even if it's just rudimentary health status like system up/down, filesystem / network / RAM / ports / NIC etc) - has anyone had a go at this? I'm a user of PC Monitor and I had two accounts that were able to login the software. But I didn't used the software for a while. Today I tried to setup my new computer and it said Invaild user name and/or email address. The two username combinations are easy113/easy113@gmail.com and easy1013/easy113@me.com . Planning on playing with this more on my personal laptop, but everytime I run the iPhone Apps, it sends me a notification that the server modules evaluation has ended via email and also a notice on the app itself. This happens everytime I open the app or some other notice comes in. If I disabled all the server modules, how come I still get these notices? *Tried to search on this topic, with no luck*

Hi Marius I run a small Managed Service Provider business and have been running your product for nearly twelve months now on some of my small business server clients server machines. I do use another vendors software as well but I have found Mobile PC Monitor to be extremely effective. Consequently I have enabled it on a few of my client’s workstations as well. I would like to pursue this further but can see a couple of issues which I could use some guidance on: 1 – I don’t see the need to install an Enterprise Server at each client location as most of my clients are single server sites and this is a large expense. I have installed PC monitor on two linux machines (Ubuntu 11.04) and the program appears to be using a huge amount of memory, between 200MB and 400MB as measured with top, htop and ps. Is this normal? Can it be configured to use less memory? Niall

Hi Hopefully someone can help... new user so bare with me. I recently installed PC Monitor on my Windows 7 computer and Android mobile device. Awesome bit of software and I have only just scraped the surface of its full capabilities. I am able to turn the PC on using my mobile phone no problem, but once the PC boots up I am taken to the Windows User log in screen which requires a password before I can log into Windows. I can't see anyway to remotely enter the password in order for Windows to load. Am I totally missing something or is there no work around for this? Someone please help because I am completely stumped otherwise. Chris

Hi All I wanted to share my experience with workflows, in the hope that someone else can benefit, or if there is a better way to do things I am all ears! In the sales/onboarding process I noticed how amazing and powerful the automation engine was, yet restrictive it was that I wasn't able to trigger an automation workflow myself (on schedule, or other action like restart). Also the management of Tags wasn't available from tasks/scripts. I needed a way to bring those two elements together. Hello to All members, I hope somebody could advise me if it is an issue of PC Monitor. At home I have a running server with several HDDs. It is setup to suspend/spin down the disks after 30 min of no activity. After installing PC monitor service my impression is that none of the disks get suspended. I run the WIndows 8 OS. The impression has been confirmed by the power consumption meter. Any idea what could be the issue and how to solve it. Cheers

When I go to the dispatch calendar, its showing completed tickets. How do I change this? Why would I dispatch someone for a completed ticket? lol Thanks for any help, Steve

Hello My company manages several clients across several techs. Each tech needs to only see notifications for their client (clients are in their own Groups in PC Monitor) I know you can limit access to groups via Device but if you give a certain device no access to a group that device will still get notifications from the group. Is there a way of limiting notifications to only certain groups on the mobile app's? Cheers.

I'm trying to roll out Pulseway on my Clints via the Discovery and Deployment tool in Pulseway. I have set up probes and are finding some computers on the network. When I try to deploy pulsway to the computers, some of them are successful and some are not. The ones that fails have have "Connection Failed" error Message under "result". Anybody know why this happens and any ideas on how to fix it. Will be a lot of work to have to manually install Pulseway on all the computers. Thanks

I have Do Not Disturb enabled on my phone up until 6am. This morning I logged in and found a number of machines had been down for a few hours. Is there any way Pulseway can be configured to alert more than when it initially discovers a machine is offline? For example, if Pulseway can be setup to check an offline host every 15, 30, 60 minutes etc, then I would have been alerted much sooner. Thanks.

I have a Jenkins job that runs clamav on some windows machines that i have. I would like to figure out a way that i can get notifications if a job doesnt run... is this something pulseway can do?

I have the Pulseway agent installed on 4 servers at one site. I was checking my weekly firewall report and Pulseway has sent/received 204GB of data in one week. This amount of data usage seems very excessive. Is this normal?

I see you can right mouse click on the try icon and submit support is there any way to create a desktop item which will does the same thing ?

Hello users. Yesterday I've installed PC Monitor for android to remote control my PC and It is great! The only thing I am concerned about is that I need to turn off my windows password in order to allow the app to log in into the system after I turn it on from a distance. Is there any way I could still have my windows password-protected and use PC Monitor? Like... It could type it automaticly when the windows is starting or something? For now, to access my computer, I have to shut down the password completely, so system can get to the desktop after just turning it on. But this way my system isn't protected from anyone that could turn it on manually from home.…

I got everything installed and setup last night. This morning I started looking at the monitor on my iPhone. I navigated to the Hard Disk section and expected to only see information about my drives and functionality statistics, but to my surprise, I saw a listing of every file on my computer! I navigated to a personal folder and saw some very private files; although, I could not open them at all, which is good. This still really concerns me, and I have to ask if any of my file contents are sent to your servers. Is this the case? Thanks, Tony

Is there a way to automatically tag computers that have been offline for a certain length of time? If so, would it be possible to remove them so I don't have to scroll through each list?
