IOS app updated to 4.9 today. The server apps did so a few days ago. I noticed the extra features described on the server apps first, but couldn't see any trace of settings or config for them in the application. In IOS we now have a "Tasks" icon on the main toolbar. And in it some sample automation tasks, and some sample reports. But I can't see any way of adding or changing either. And I don't even mean radical changes, even what surely are intended ones .... reports->templates->sample: Update for All systems. What things do people monitor for via event viewer logs?

I have about 20 clients who remote in using Pulseway Remote Control. I have three computers I use to remote in to my clients. So far , 4 computers can no longer remote in. I've followed every guide I can find. I have remove and reinstalled the Remote Control software. I have disabled firewalls and switched WiFi providers. Windows 10 and 11 are the same. I have ensured TLS 1.2 is active. I have made the appropriate registry entries. And now I'm at risk of losing my business. I'm in serious trouble, and I have tried everything I can think of. Please let there be someone out there who found the solution or can guide me in the right direction.

Hey all, trying out Pulseway RMM and love it so far. We're a small shop (45 systems, 5 servers) that has to be DoD and CMMC Compliant, so I'm wondering if anyone out there is in the same boat and had any issues with such? I'm aware how communication is encrypted and the slew load of security controls in place via https://www.pulseway.com/security but it's going to be a hard sell as "it opens up our network" (and we don't even have vpns going for this reason). Sorry if this is in the wrong place guys - I couldn't find a dedicated area to your PSA application so figured I'd stick to the general enquiries. Is anyone able to clearly tell me how Pulseway's new PSA solution integrates with RMM? As far as I can tell, so far all that happens is tickets can be automatically raised by RMM notifications. Haven't done a deep dive yet, but I can't even see where a ticket would be raised against a particular enduser/client/company? Is there any other functionality available that I'm not seeing? Anyone out there figured out any work arounds for running Pulseway on FIPS enabled devices? I can get Pulseway to start/connect/function if I modify a couple Pulseway config files by adding a line to disable FIPS enforcement, but after 24 hours or so the changes to the Pulseway config files are removed. It seems like the Pusleway app has ran some type of internal update and set the config files back to default. Open for any ideas/suggestions. Thanks.

Hi Guys, great product but I need to know if there is a way to run reports over a month time period for a single client machine, or group of machines? My clients would to see stats on their servers/PC's for the month. I would like to be able to track trends on performance over a 6 month and yearly period also. this will help with new sales opportunities when Servers run low of resources, I can show them trends which support my recommendations.

For the "history" graphs show for things like: - CPU Usage - Memory Usage - Performance Counters What exactly is the time scale for these? It seems like having this available on the graphs themselves would be rather handy.

Good morning from the Netherlands I'm sorry if this was discussed before or even implemented. Im rather new whit Pulseway but i have a question about scheduling Windows updates. So far if been monitoring our computers and manualy starting the updates, but for some of our costumers who work in the train or in other location where there isnt a steady internet connection. And i would like to have a option that i can start that if they connect to a internet connection the updates will automaticly start to download/install. once again if this is already discussed somewhere im sorry. I was just wondering how other people deal with the second Tuesday of the month. I am currently monitoring almost 200 Windows systems with "Send notification when critical or important updates are available" enabled. This means every second Tuesday I get about 200 notifications! Overall, I like receiving these notifications, but it can be a little overwhelming when Microsoft releases updates! Thanks in advance for any ideas!

I'm not going to say what I really am feeling about this product right now because "my content will need to be approved by a moderator". But I am baffled by this company at the moment. I recently renewed for another year and the invoice does not match the amount my card was charged. It's only a few dollars different but accountants are sticklers and in order for me to submit my credit card statement to accounts payable I need an ACCURATE invoice. The "ask a question" is the only apparent support when logged into my account but doesn't actually get an answer or response of any sort. Last month a vulnerability was revealed in SQLite. If so is there any communication on when it is expected to get fixed?

I have Webroot on most of my servers and workstations. Recently I have noticed a discrepancy in the WRSA process usage. If I look at the process in Pulseway, it will show the usage to be a lot higher than the process view on the device. Example: Pulseway will show webroot is using 1140 mb and on the device it shows 36 mb. I can kill the process in Pulseway and it then will mirror the device fora short time before it returns to the discrepancy. Has anyone noticed this?

Hello , trying to get my pulseway to send notification correctly from my dell system administrator. Dell writes correctly to the system event log.. But I can't seem to get the notifications to forward. I Want ANYTHING from the Server Administrator to be sent, as a test, then I'll cut back to warning or error. Do you see anything wrong? with the setup? I am NOT getting messages

I am new but so far very excited about the product I have read the online documentation a couple of times but cannot figure out what maintenance mode or service is supposed to do.

Can I add notifications for monitored ports, as in when they don't respond? I can't see it (wondering if I'm going crazy).
