One of the systems I monitor is a Microsoft Surface Pro 3, which has both a forward- and a rear-facing webcam. When I use the Webcam function in Pulseway, it accesses the rear camera only. Is it possible to switch it to the front camera?

Hey all. I've enabled 2FA on my Pulseway account but I'm having an issue with it constantly prompting for 2FA every time I try to use Remote Control on a system I manage from the Pulseway Dashboard application. I have the setting enabled in the WebApp to refuce the frequency of the prompts but it doesn't seem to have made much of a difference. I seem to be getting prompted every time. I'd honestly rather get prompted once when I launch the Dashboard application then every single time I want to remote to a system. Is there a way to stop these constant 2FA prompts without disabling it entirely? Thanks!

Hi all, Wonderful app. Can't believe I only discovered this a couple of weeks ago. I'm using it with a computer at home and it's been really cool to be able to monitor (and administer) the computer remotely so easily. Quick question: I'm monitoring a Windows Server 2012 computer and looking at CPU usage (using the iOS PC Monitor app). The CPU usage reported in the app seems consistently twice as high as what I see in the Task Manager and Resource Monitor inside of Windows itself. Recently one of my monitored systems stopped showing any CPU stats? Its a Windows 8 machine which showed the CPU stats when it was first installed. Anything I can do to debug this problem?

I had a conversation yesterday with Vick at Pulseway and discussed my solution to the problem of the Pulseway service not starting reliably 100 percent of the time. I always set the service to run delayed in Windows. I have had to do this with ScreenConnect as well. If I do not, every once in a while, on reboot, I will find the service not running. This is a real problem if I only had the remote built into Pulseway as my remote control, but I run ScreenConnect. What I find, is that Pulseway may not be working but ScreenConnect is running, or it works the other way. I would like to see an option on install of the agent, in the form of a radio button that I…

Hi, I have an error message when try to connect the systems behind a Corporate firewall. (see message capture). But, any system that has public IP, it works perfect. Do I need to open specific port for this service at firewall? or allow traffic from specific network? Thanks

Hi: In the new features in Apple Store announces some new such as: "Live view of all user sessions on a computer (subscribers / dedicated server user only)". But if i open de User secction in Ipad app only i can see the Server Administrator session, but some more user has a session opened in that server. I have a subscription for 20 computer. I haven't started using Microsofts AutoPilot (part of Intune MDM) yet, but I'm considering to do so in order to make the "out of the box"-experiences easier for both myself/IT and the end user. However, I don't want to hand over a new machine to one of our employees without knowing that Pulseway is installed and functional. We have a server with a lot of brute force attacks RDP: 3389 SQL: 1433 We can see in event viewer two repeated events (failed loing attempts) eventID: 4625 Microsoft Windows Security Auditing eventID: 18456 MSSQLSERVER We want to receive a notification when we receive "5 o more" failed login attempts in RDP and SQL. Can we use "Pulseway Counters" or "Pulseway evenlog"? How?

We are busy setting up the integration between Pulseway and Autotask. When signed into the server, opening Pulseway Manager 8.50, and going to Settings>Autotask we can enable the Autotask integration and enter the credentials for the account. After that the Account and Queue dropdowns become available with the company and the queue that the tickets needs to go to and this works as expected. With the amount of servers that we manage we want to roll this setting out using endpoint policies. We go to the webapp, create a policy, go to other settings, select Autotask. Hello, I am not familiar with Linux Debian, but at least I know how to connect into it using Windows CMD Prompt Terminal. I tried to send following command to Debian using Pulseway: ./start.sh without success. should I include root etc? Thank you in advance for your help, btw great app.
