Hi guys, Since the new update 4.3.2 of the PCM Dashboard, The Dashboad jumps to page 1 (we got 12) right after a refresh even when it's on pause. The is a problem beause we never reach page 12 and we are missing notifications this way. Can you please fix this? Greetz, Robbin Schut

Hi Guys, We noticed something strange when het Print Spooler Service hangs on a windows server the PC Monitor agent blings offline in the Dashboard even if it's not. When we log in into that specific server and go to the Print Spooler Service it's state is "Running" but when we restart the service it takes quite a while an than it crashes and the agent turns out to be online again. If we start the Spooler service again than there is no problem anymore. It looks like the Print Spooler Service blocks a port or something that PC Monitor uses. Are there any ways to avoid this form happening? Thanks!

When I install and launch Pulseway on my iMac (mid 2011, 27 inch, CPU i7, Mavericks 10.9.4) in Console is generated periodical error - SMC::smcReadKeyAction ERROR TB0T kSMCBadArgumentError(0x89) fKeyHashTable=0x0xffffff804814a000. Frequency of error is around 3-6 per second. I tried reinstall Pulsewayq but noting has changed. I have two other iMacs (late 2012), but with them everything is ok. Can you help me?

I'm running Pulseway User Agent 4.6 on Win8.1 Pro x64. Right now, I have 5 Pulseway tray icons showing. None are "ghost" icons that remain after an application crash; they are all working properly. I recently installed/uninstalled Carbonite backup software a couple times, and I think that is when the extra tray icons were added. The Carbonite installer kills Explorer.exe and restarts it to add/remove its shell integration. I believe that Pulseway detected the Explorer crashes, and automatically added a tray icon afterward, even though the existing icon(s) were still there. Hi Pulseway. testing the Remote desktop Beta on our dedicated server setup, not once i have suceeded in creating the connection, i can see the logged in user, but when i try to start the remote desktop, i always get an error 1568. My server is running on alternate port 8080 instead of 443. Thanks, Have a nice day.

Hi support team When I try to conect to remote machines, in some of these machines menu option Ctrl+Alt+Supr is disabled or not working. These machines are Windows Server 2008. Is that a bug, or a setup poblem? Thanks!

I have updated my iphone to ios 8.3 and since doing that am unable to wake up devices, I can shut devices down okay, I can wake up the same devices on an Android device fine. I have also uninstalled the iphone client software and reinstalled it and it still does not work. Is this a known issue?

Dear Professional: Pulseway Version 4.75 (build 5) On one machine, Pulseway PCMonitorSrv.exe runs 40 to 50% CPU usage for maybe 80% of the time in a kind of cyclic fashion ... not always at 50%, sometimes at 5%. One single machine exhibits this behavior for about 5 or 6 months now. The machine (and others) have been running PCMonitor/Pulseway successfully since the beginning. Several machines (clients & servers) have run fine for years. Ordinarily, I would kill process tree and move on in the hope that the bug or issue would be corrected in a release wave. Hi There I unfortunately deleted a Device out of the Dashboard. I reinstalled the Agent on the Device and restartet the Device. The Account validating on the Agent seems to be ok but the Device doesn't appear in Dashboard nor online ( https://my.pulseway.com/).Already tried to reinstall and delete the Pulseway folder, restarting agent --> No effect. System info: Windows Server 2008 R2 installed on ESX Host Thanks for any help Kind Regards Patrick

Hello everybody A monitored server was offline in Dashboard all the time. Tried to reinstall --> no change. Delete device from dashboard and reinstalled again. Device is activated and even connected to, (Test notifications and validating account is working to.) But it still doesn't appears in Dashboard or mobile app and so we aren't able to perform any action on this device. Hi, with Remote Desktop version 4.7.6 I noticed some bugs: When Remote Desktop is opened for some time, the Num Lock on my local keyboard gets set to whatever is set on remote machine and cannot be changed as long as Remote window is opened.Also typing into local programs is not possible if remote window is frozen (which seem to happen after leaving remote window active for few hours). Hi, I am having issues below after installing Pulseway on my VMs and backing up via Altaro. Checking the forum I found an old post that recommends “Disable hard disk monitoring to prevent VSS locks” is that still the recommended fix for the below error? I was able to disable the Backup (volume checkpoint) in the hyper-v manager to get backups to start/complete but would rather not have to do this each time. Thanks for any help!! Altaro Error Hyper-V reported that there was a problem taking an internal shadow copy on this VM. This may be a temporary problem and the Microsoft recommended way to fix this error is to wait ten minutes and then repeat…

I was attempting to create a task on Pulseway, and got an error after attempting to save / publish the task. I am using the current version of Google Chrome. Something went wrong. The formatter threw an exception while trying to deserialize the message: There was an error while trying to deserialize parameter https://webapp.pulseway.com:parameters. The InnerException message was 'Error in line 1 position 1046. 'Element' 'ScopeName' from namespace 'http://schemas.datacontract.org/2004/07/MM.Monitor.Types' is not expected. Can someone tell me why this script works locally from the server but not from Pulseway. I've tested running the script both with impersonation enabled and disabled. Both tests were done on server 2012 R2. One with default Powershell version and one with 5.1. This script runs perfectly fine from the server itself just not through pulseway. I have several scripts that give the same type of error. I'd appreciate any help so I can figure this out. It seems like Pulseway doesn't like certain characters? Interesting. When I set the Schedule for patch management, it sets the time as though it is UTC 0:00 and adds my timezone to it. i.e. I am in MST (-7) and if I set the schedule for Midnight, the schedule changes to 07:00 AM. Also....Everywhere else in the RMM, if you hover over an option (like a report) the Edit, view, delete menu just shows up., Now in Patch Management, you have a button "Actions" that shows up and you have to click on it before you get the menu. Why change it and have two different ways to get to the menu in the same interface? Gary

Bug with Time Approval message in PSA App. We have setup a notice to let me know when time needs to be approved in the PSA. The email I get in my Outlook in box, has a link that shows "Click Here" that brings me to the timesheet to be approved. There is also a message in my Messages - Inbox in the PSA. This message in the PSA has a broken link for the "Click Here". The URL reads.... "https://psa.pulseway.com/Dashboard/psa.pulseway.com//Dashboard/TimesheetEdit.aspx?.............................." Hello, since some days my hard disk drives don't spin down anymore while not in use. I tracked the problem down with process monitor and found out that the PCMonitor Service is accessing the drives every minute through the WMI Provider Host Service (wmiprvse.exe). I disabled in Pulseway the storage notification of local disk space on all drives but it did not help. As soon as I disable the Puleway service, the disks spin down after the configured laps of time as they should do. I'am using Pulseway since some years, but the problem occured recently and was not there before. Thanks for your help. Michael

Hi guys, It appears that Bulk operations (even to just a couple of tickets) are taking an inordinate amount of time to complete this morning. [(Job#2344) - Your request Status is: Enqueued] this screen shows indefinitely and doesn't move on from there. Hi Guys, I've had a couple of instances where I've replied to a ticket using a template response and the end user has recieved an update to say that a note has been added but the note doesn't show. This appears to only happen when we use any templated responses. Cheers, Martin

Hi, I think this is since the last update. When the RMM starts a ticket for a client, it does not include the Default Contract when starting the ticket. If I start a ticket manually for a client, it does pick the default contract. This is a large issue as I am having to go back the full month, find any ticket created by the RMM and edit the tickets to add the contract rate. Gary

Using the dashboard I updated the settings for a client's machine. I added in cpu and hard drive temperature monitors setting them to the default 70 C. Less than a minute after updating the dashboard reported all 3 were elevated temperatures. It was reporting them in Fahrenheit. I again edited the settings and double checked. Hardware sensors were set to report in Celsius. I deleted the hardware notifications, uploaded the settings and it ceased to report the elevated temperature. I again, edited the settings, added the hardware notifications for the cpu and hard drive, saved them and the dashboard again reported elevated temperatures in F!
