Hi, I found a bug when updating account information using the api url: PUT /v2/crm/accounts/{id} The problem is that it nulls "createdOn" and "createdBy". Those variables should never be changed after creation.

Quite recently I had to reinstall the operating system (windows 10), since then I tried to install the soft to the same pc back, but there appear to be problems with the host once I try to register it. I know that the free account allows me to monitor only 2 PCs, and after I deleted it, something doesn't allow me to insert it back, possibly too many requests to the server. The only change to the PC is the processor change. ( Ryzen 5 2400g -> Ryzen 5 3600 ) Also i like to mention the widget are broken too. Any suggestion is welcome, thanks.

Goodday, When installing the windows desktop app for remote control it does detect that my application data is on an network. But it fails to resolve the folder path correctly. after "Applicaiton Data" there is a double "\" resulting in an error that the folder can't be accessed. I can't specify the folder myself so the installation fails.

Some of the Mac computers in my Pulseway WebApp are showing older version then they currently have. For example a computer with the latest version 11.3.1 is showing as 10.16.0 Agent Vers ion is 8.4.1

This was promised to be fixed long time ago and is still isn't. Every time I switch users on Windows 10, I get the reconnecting screen and never reconnect back, I have to close the Remote Session and Reconnect again. If I log out the user, I get the Reconnecting screen and never reconnects back, I have to close the remote session and reconnect again. If I restart the computer it doesn't reconnect back either. When will this be fixed for good?

When remoting to user sessions on Apple MacBook Pro with M1 Pro or MacBook Air with M2 chip I only see a blurry screen. M1 Pro: M2:

Our team has been experiencing issues recently as to where the Pulseway remote control sessions are disconnecting every few minutes and we have to reconnect the session. There is no drop in the internet connections at either locations.

I am trying to run an audit for the windows keys that are currently being used on my devices, and when I go into "Asset Info" and scroll down to the product key field, over 75% of my machines all come up with the same product key, and when I run "wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey" in the command prompt on those computers, it returns a different key than what was displayed. I would really appreciate if this was fixed or if someone could provide a script that would update said field.

When I add a task or script to a workflow, then add a condition and try to add an action parameter of the script, it doesn't present any parameters to select and the entire page freezes. This happens on several web browsers on several different devices. I've tried creating new workflows, new tasks and new scripts, but same thing.

Security settings menu showed weird firewall list. In my case, i already uninstalled kaspersky antivirus, but kaspersky firewall still showed up. It showed up twice, one enabled and one disabled. This bug affecting my executive system report and make the score lower. Please help

I've noticed lately that when I have a remote session live on a machine, my local keyboard input is not being accepted in items such as Notepad, Chrome, Outlook, etc. This seems fairly system wide and I'm not always able to replicate the problem. This is likely something to do with the keyboard forwarding method, but I can't isolate this myself. Also, this does occur on several different machines - not one workstation in particular. As soon as I close the remote session, the keyboard functions normally in my local Windows 10 environments. Good luck with this one - it seems very transient.

It seems as though the option of reboot if required under patch policies is not working correctly. There are instances where the service installs a patch or a 3rd party update to a product that I know for sure does not require a reboot but the machine will still reboot. Also, is there a way to split out the 3rd party patching from the windows updates? We have users that miss patching windows and it forces their machine to reboot multiple times. One for windows updates and another for 3rd party even though it is not required. Why would the system not install both windows updates and 3rd party patching if both are needed and then do 1 reboot IF REQUIRED?

We are randomly getting "Agent Missing" errors on machines even with the AV reporting to be installed in Pulseway (Application tab) and its fully working in Bitdefender GravityZone

I'm trying to email myself a file from another PC managed with pulseway, but even though I set up the SMTP server in the dashboard (and send a test email, confirmed it is working), the option to email a file on the android and web apps do not appear. I've tested this on two PCs and both have this issue. My account is a free account, so I'm wondering if this was moved to a premium only feature? If it did, are there any alternatives to somehow getting a file from a managed PC to my android phone?

The Default Tickets Listing Click Behavior option under My Settings > Preferences does not seem to work, I currently have this set to 'Open In New Tab' rather than the default 'Open In Same Window / Open In New Window' however it still seem to open in the same window. If it helps, I have my Service Desk Experience set to 'New View'

I would like to think this is a bug rather than desired effect, as the previous method was far more useful. This changed following the revamp to the "all systems page" (I'm running 8.9.0 build 127 release 312 : hosted) The Output of a script now just displays in one line, and to get all the detail, you need to on-hover. Which means, you cannot select any text from it. It's really annoying. See example below.

Hey there! When we try and add notifications for certificate expirations on internal certificates the status stays at "checking". Those certificates are from an internal Certificate Authority (Microsoft CA) and the websites in question can be opened correctly in a browser on the machine where we setup the notifications. Do you have any tips where and why this is failing or not completing the checks or where to get verbose/debug logs for this? Hi, I noticed Pulseway is interfering with the network tab in Windows task manager (Windows 10) when Pulseway service is active, the task manager doesn't show network usage for any application Disabling the service from Windows restores the functionality immediately. I tried disabling the network feature from the "Available Features" tab in Pulseway, but that doesn't help as long as the service is running Is there a way to fix this? at least disable the network monitor component of Pusleway?

I have a huge issue currently. I have uninstalled Webroot on a few machines (moving to BD GZ), and it shows in the Pulseway app as being uninstalled. Yet on the computers, Webroot is still installed, though nt visible in the control panel under uninstall a program. Webroot IS still active and in both the Program Files (x86) and Program Files folders. Using CMD in admin mode for "C:\Program Files (x86)\Webroot\WRSA.exe" –uninstall pops up a box that it is controlled by a managed source.

Hello, With the release of Windows 11 in early October, i need to start testing out if eveything will smooth for eventually a migration towards W11 in the coming months. Currently, when i add a system on W11 with a Kaspersky licence, the device sometimes BSOD, you can't open task manager (explorer.exe reloads), etc, etc. Basically, the system becomes unusable. If i remove Kaspersky, everything is fine. Is there a plan to update to another Kaspersky version before the official W11 launch? (if it even exists)

I have created a group Policy in pulseway under all my groups. I created a Event log notification that monitors the system log for 1001 and 41 but it doesn't push out to any of the machines. It has however successfully pushed out the screens view and remote desktop setting though. When looking at the servers there is just nothing under the notifications under event log, that's what i mean by its not pushing out correctly.

This issue could be isolated to Lenovo xClarity IMM that only support SNMP v3. But it also shows Pulseway is sending credentials even if No Authentication is selected. SNMP v3 devices (eg Lenovo xClarity IMM) it will fail to authenticate with option “No Authentication, no privacy” unless you have selected an Authentication option added valid user credentials and revert back to “No Authentication”. The windows update does not work with Windows feature updates. I have my systems set to notify me when a windows update is available. Normally whenever I see a notification I run the windows update through Pulseway and it works great. Recently there has been a Windows feature update available and Pulseway cannot seem to install it. I get the notification that an update is available, run the windows update through Pulseway and get confirmation that the command was sent. About an hour later I get a notification again about the same update, it was not installed. Installing the update from the system manually works fine. This is happening on all my systems …
