  3. Hey there! When we try and add notifications for certificate expirations on internal certificates the status stays at "checking". Those certificates are from an internal Certificate Authority (Microsoft CA) and the websites in question can be opened correctly in a browser on the machine where we setup the notifications. Do you have any tips where and why this is failing or not completing the checks or where to get verbose/debug logs for this?   4. Hello all, We are having an issue when we add new systems to Pulseway using the custom iso installer in that it doesn't seem to acknowledge that the system is newly added. Because of this PW doesn't run the workflow designed to run at install and it's creating quite a hassle for us seeing as we set up about 100 computers a year. It worked without any issues up until recently. We'd run the iso, PW would see the newly added system, and the workflow would be triggered. Now, we run the iso, the system is still added to PW, but nothing happens. There is no notification that the system has been added nor is the workflow triggered. If I then manually run the same ins…

  5. The PC Dashboard desktop app cannot edit the local agent config for any agent that is version 9.0+, is there a new dashboard release coming? "Edit system settings" from the dashboard results in "unsupported config" error. On a side note, is there any other way to modify the agent config besides logging in and using the local manager app? I don't see a way to do that in the web app.

  6. Our fleet are experiencing issues with high memory usage. I believe this is due to Pulseway creating an excessive amount of handles (Named pipes). Attached are some screenshots. Please refer to the "Handles" columns. I have used Process Explorer to look at the handles and 99%are all NamedPipe (please see bottom section of attached screenshot labelled Process Explorer). We have around 100 computers with this problem. Restarting will allow them to use the computer for a while until it builds up again.

  8. Is anyone else having issues adding new titles to 3rd party patching, or updating existing custom titles? Every time I try, I get the attached error, which doesn't provide any insight. I am following the documentation on the process, found here, but get the same error every time..

Hi, I noticed Pulseway is interfering with the network tab in Windows task manager (Windows 10) when Pulseway service is active, the task manager doesn't show network usage for any application Disabling the service from Windows restores the functionality immediately. I tried disabling the network feature from the "Available Features" tab in Pulseway, but that doesn't help as long as the service is running Is there a way to fix this? at least disable the network monitor component of Pusleway?

  11. Security settings menu showed weird firewall list. In my case, i already uninstalled kaspersky antivirus, but kaspersky firewall still showed up. It showed up twice, one enabled and one disabled. This bug affecting my executive system report and make the score lower. Please help

  12. Goodday, When installing the windows desktop app for remote control it does detect that my application data is on an network. But it fails to resolve the folder path correctly. after "Applicaiton Data" there is a double "\" resulting in an error that the folder can't be accessed. I can't specify the folder myself so the installation fails.

    Hi, I found another small bug in the api v2. When using POST /system/tenantlookup/ProductManufacturer the response data contains the wrong id for the newly created entry. But if you afterwards use GET /system/tenantlookup/ProductManufacturer you will get the correct id.

I'm trying to email myself a file from another PC managed with pulseway, but even though I set up the SMTP server in the dashboard (and send a test email, confirmed it is working), the option to email a file on the android and web apps do not appear. I've tested this on two PCs and both have this issue. My account is a free account, so I'm wondering if this was moved to a premium only feature? If it did, are there any alternatives to somehow getting a file from a managed PC to my android phone?

  15. When I add a task or script to a workflow, then add a condition and try to add an action parameter of the script, it doesn't present any parameters to select and the entire page freezes. This happens on several web browsers on several different devices. I've tried creating new workflows, new tasks and new scripts, but same thing.

  16. So I've asked this question several times and I can't get an answer, so here I go again. Why doesn't and when will Pulseway support patching 3rd Party Apps on Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022? We've subscribed to 3PP however when we purchased it we didn't know that it doesn't work on those 2 OS. Whenever I as ask I'm told to use "Custom Titles" or submit a feature request. Why should I have to use Custom Titles if we've paid for 3PP and isn't 3PP a feature of the Pulseway patch management product? I just need to know if and when this is coming or should I start looking for a better product... hopefully I can get a straight answer. Thank you.

    Tested on Windows devices any agent version, when we try to see the screen of a PC, we only get part of the display when the scaling is not set to 100%. Usually, it's 125% or 150% on laptop screens. The full screen is displayed if the resolution scale is set to 100%. This screenshot should show the full screen regardless of the scaling setting

  18. After changing the internal IP on a client's network, I can no longer connect to the workstations using the Remote Control. I still can connect through the command prompt and PowerShell. All those machines are Windows 10/11. However, I can still Remote Control the Windows Server 2019 server. Always getting this error: Any ideas?

  19. We have (of course) some monitored Windows services and today we were stumped that the notification of a service that wasn't running didn't show up again after clearing all notifications. The service died Monday night (due to problems with the SQL server hosting the corresponding database of the service) and we missed the alert, since we clear our notifications first thing in the morning to get a clean "what's up" (or down )view. So the alert was there, it just didn't come up again after clearing and we're almost certain that this behaviour was changed in the past, although I couldn't find anything about it in the changelogs.     Hi, I have soothing wrong in my config, but i can't figure it out by my self. User sends e-mail to it@mydomain.com. Ticket is created. I got the notification e-mail. When I solve ticket or respond in ticket by PSA web site, user gets the response email. BUT! I he responds directly to that email, PSA will create new TICKET! Here is one example were one conversation created 4 tickets. How to stop that madness? (BDW, We use Thunderbird as e-mail clinet)

  21. Hello, I am trying to setup a custom title for patch management. I used google before but I am now having provisioning issue with google so I created a direct download link with OneDrive. I can paste the link into a browser and it directly downloads the file with no issues but for some reason when I try to save the custom title in Pulseway, I get this error: URL cannot be reached.     When capturing screen on both my installed computers it only gives me a partial screen. Like top left corner and part of screen? installed on a win 10 and a win 11 machine. On the win 10 machine it’s under 50% of the screen that’s captured, on the win 11 it’s like 75%. is it an installation issue or a setting I’m not aware of?

  23. After the update to client version 9.3, we get for all servers an alert, that the free memory is over the configured limit. It seems, that the agent calculates the free memory wrong. When checking the machines, there is enough free memory. It seems, that not only the actually used ram is taken, but also the buffered ram.

  24. Hello guys. I am a Mac user administrator and have been trying to use Pulseway platform and for the most of time web interface works ok. I have Mac computers (Desktop and laptops ) deployed in my company and Support and Development team is a joke at Pulseway. I had a really bed experience since we started using the platform since February. I Opened 3 Tickets regarding this issue and since February was not fixed and resolved.   25. in the dashboard if i refine the scope it doesn't for example refine by MacOS and its still showing windows PCs also if i set group filtering it wont work, it just makes no devices visible (Group name and Case are correct)
