Hi Again I hope this is a small ask, but when running the dashboard in "full screen mode" (I now have a big screen nailup on the wall running all day long) the clock is obscured. It would be great to have a ticker type clock so that you can mentally note the time that things are happening eg server went off line at such and such a time. Many thanks Conrad

Hi There Love the program. Just a minor tweak. In the dashboard there's an option under Settings->Runtime that once selected will "Play a system sound on new alerts" Can we have an option to select and play different sounds (saved WAV or MP3 files stored on our PC) on new alerts? Extending that a bit further, I would also like to be able to be able to choose different sounds for different monitored PCs for different types of alerts. I need to buy a 3rd monitor to put the Dashboard up permanently, for now I sometimes find that the dashboard gets hidden by my work so relying on sounds would be a great help. Don't know if anyone else thinks that might be…

I have finally acquired a big tv to go on the wall of the office Its now happily running the Dashboard. Would it be possible to make the dashboard split screen? I.e Current setup on the left of the screen and on the right some sort of rss style ticker that cycles through the event notifications?I know this does it at them bottom, but I am currently monitoring about 120 systems so I would like a 'cleaner' alternative.

Hello, As 95% of my computers have configuration lock enabled it would be really nice to change / set passcode lock using the dashboard application. Paul.

  8. Having a tray icon AND a taskbar icon is redundant. MUCH prefer a tray icon. I've added Dashboard to my Startup group to run minimized. Preference would be to have an option to launch on logon AS A TRAY ICON. Tray icon (get the theme here?<g>) should post a balloon as new notifications arrive. Tray icon should flash (or something) when a new notification comes in, and keep flashing until I've seen and dismissed it (not necessarily deleted it). Minor, and if it never changed it would be OK with me. But that stock traffic light icon has been around for at least 15 years! A desktop Gadget that summarizes system status and scrolls notifications would be cool. Great pr…

Hi Would it be posssible for you to add some more views in the dashboard application. it's great to see it on a big TV in the office but would be usefully if we can change: - to a list view (like windows explorer allows to change the views of files in a folder) - then would enable us see more customers on one screen rather than waiting for them to come around after the rotation - change font size - make the green / red circles smaller ( a column list view would be good) - remove items from view like - hiding os version. - adding items on the view like - logged in user - option to remove the scrolling banner at the bottom. …

I'm evaluating Pulseway. It could potentially replace multiple tools for us. The price is right and the functionality seems competitive. However, the dashboards are... abysmal. I was just reading a thread from 2 years ago requesting a dashboard widget that shows systems that need updates. It's still not there. I honestly expected to find that Pulseway was a new product, or at least that dashboards were a new feature, but after 2 years I would expect them to be much more mature. Things I'd like to see: Update Health widget (X number of computers need critical updates) Storage widget (for instance an individual file server) Service health (port xxxx…

Hi Thanks for a great app i have been using it now for almost 4 months and think it is one of the best monitoring systems i have used Not sure if anyone has asked but it would be great if we could log events server stats notifications etc to a lcoal database eg an access database from the dashboard App This would allow us to do automatic server reporting for my clients eg average server loads, Uptime stats etc Thanks again for the App Cheers Peter

Just learned about this application this week and love it so far. Would love to see support for DD-WRT routers, being able to monitor and make some config changes would be awesome.

Computer dies at an office and I want to check warranty status, presently when I pull up the system in Pulseway I find it of line, when I open it I see its cmputer name and last known IP, no info on the computer such as serial number, vendor ect... that info was there when it was alive but gone when its dead or down. As the serial number is not going to be changing anytime soon lol or ever. if we could have data that retained on a dead system such as: Serial number mfg name hdd size ram processor This way when the system dies, I can say to the customer, it was 7 years old and its time was over it had 20gb of ram and a larger processor…

This pertains to the PSA.. I know this is a SMALL thing, but it would be great if the phone number and email address default when inputting contacts could be customizable, or default to WORK. I imagine most of the MSPs that use Pulseway service businesses, and it would save a click or two when inputting a new contact.

  16. To support the need I have, where I want to delete some functions (manage rights) to an Associated account ie. Read Only rights are not enought and Full Access is to much, it would be needed to specify on a per system level, which general, services, Network, Scheduled task etc. the Associated account is granted manage access to. I may want to grant the manage rights to restart a specific service on a specific system to a specific account - currently not available. /Henrik

  17. We have our agents logged in using the Administrator account. We've created user accounts that are associated to all the systems/agents logged in using the admin account. When logged in as administrator in the Dashboard, i can delete inactive agents. When logged on as a user that is associated with the admin account, I cannot delete inactive systems. Can you make it so that associated accounts that have full access rights can remove agents/systems from the dashboard? Thanks

Dell is the primary server hardware manufacture we use and right now we rely upon this alert script to send us SMTP / e-mail notifications to our ticketing system. Is there anyway for MPM to incorporate and read the OMSA log and integrate nicely? http://www.tachytelic.net/2010/03/setting-up-e-mail-alerts-from-dell-openmanage-omsa/

It would be extremely useful if you had an option to run a script/task the next time a computer connects if it is currently offline. I'm at 25 mobile users right now and it is difficult to make sure a script is fully deployed. I'm considering rolling out to 100+ users and cant imagine how I would ensure that they all get a script.

With more and more remote users, it would be nice to deploy Windows 10/11 to any remote pc. New desktops & laptops have pre-loaded bloatware. They are usually shipped directly to the end-user then an admin would get access to deploy the organization shares, emails, etc. With this solution, we can remote deploy a fresh golden image via a simple executable the end-user can perform after opening their brand new computer and passing the first-time setup. Would like to see this in Pulseway someday. We are currently using SmartDeploy.

New to PW and I would like to add the following as an example: One can whitelist IP addresses/ranges. When there is a list of 10-15 items, do you know by head which is what? So asking development to always have in mind if it is handy (or even needed) to add description fields to something. Going back to the IP-whitelisting: aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd Description: HQ bbb.ccc.ddd.eee Description: cbd kkk.lll.mmm.nnn Description: Owners Home fff.ggg.hhh.iii Description: etc I gues you experienced guys can think of other locations where this could give you more/instant overview

Please make a lite version of your desktop app.. I use this to monitor a few home computers from my iPhone, but you can only monitor from those devices.. Even if it had to be self hosted or something, you guys have a pretty good idea but it feels like your going down the log me in route, at the moment I am looking at the alternatives but don't really want to switch.. 60 Euro a year for what I want it for don't seem like its worth it I guess, pretty sure you'd see a surge of users if you had at least basic control from PCs as well as mobile devices..

When I receive an account lockout notification, it would be nice to know what the calling computer is (i.e., where the lockout is originating from) without having to dig into Event Viewer and try to remember the Event ID associated with the lockout. For the record, it's Windows Event ID 4740. The last line in this event contains the information I am after: Caller Computer Name: BAD_COMPUTER_NAME_HERE This would help track down the source of the account lockout much quicker than simply seeing which account is locked out. Thanks for everything you've already crammed into this excellent system!

I am wanting to create a tag called server and assign it to all the servers I manage. It would be very helpful if Pulseway would show a count of how many devices have this tag. Better yet show a similar count like shown in the Groups tab. 29 online and 1 offline systems
