    Is it possible to add WireGuard VPN into the third-party patch management?

  2. Currently we can only place a device into 'Maintenance mode' if it is online. Devices which are offline do not have the command option to do so. Every other RMM I've used has this capability. A workaround would be to create a separate group with its own policies and then move the offline device into there, but that is convoluted and not ideal.

    It would be nice to have an fully integrated back-up solution. This for the following 1. Microsoft 365 (and other look a likes) 2. Local back-up to the cloud. If we can push an back-up agent through our pulseway management for the local back-up of server and workstations to our devices it would be nice. Also if we can setup the Microsoft365 back-up via Pulseway would be great. We are seaching for one platform where we have full control. What are the options at this moment?

  4. When cross referencing our asset lists, having the ability to quickly search our systems by Serial Number would be a major quality of life upgrade. As it stands, there is nothing in the search feature which allows us to look for a value that does not change as the device moves around from user to user. If someone obtains a device from an old user and the name is not updated or maybe we have an older field device with an obscure name schema from an ex-admin. If I don't know to search for that or the search feature doesn't think what I'm searching is close enough to the name, then I have to pull up the group that it *may* be in and search down each Asset Info tab trying to …

    I'm evaluating Pulseway. It could potentially replace multiple tools for us. The price is right and the functionality seems competitive. However, the dashboards are... abysmal. I was just reading a thread from 2 years ago requesting a dashboard widget that shows systems that need updates. It's still not there. I honestly expected to find that Pulseway was a new product, or at least that dashboards were a new feature, but after 2 years I would expect them to be much more mature. Things I'd like to see: Update Health widget (X number of computers need critical updates) Storage widget (for instance an individual file server) Service health (port xxxx…

  6. Currently when clicking on the Pulseway system tray icon, only two things appear - 1) Request Support and 2) About Pulseway. With most icons, when clicking on them their application opens up. Please could this be added for Pulseway on the desktop.

    Client Portal is a good idea for very small sites, but if you have hundred of users it is not usable at all. Ideally, everyone should have access to the Portal via the icon without having to be setup at the back-end and required to log in. A default menu (populated with scripts, etc) should be available to all users. If it is not possible, an accessible workaround would be to integrate AzureAD with SSO and SCIM, so users are created/removed automatically and can login with no effort As it is currently, the client portal is not useful to us at all...

  8. Hi Team, Can we have an event log for when Maint mode is triggered or removed? Not a bad thing to have when tracking a problem but also we can then use things like automations based on events. It would be good if it said which user triggered it but even just a simple maint mode on / off with a standard event ID would be amazing. Use Case: Medium to large organisations have lots of people managing servers even third parties. By seeing who / when a device was put into maint mode it would help track changes. Hi, I recently switched to using a Chromebook as my main device and was hoping to ditch TeamViewer as my main remote support app, but I have just realised that Pulseway does not have a remote support function for me to remote from my Chomebook onto any other devices, like TV does. Would be great if you could add this ability please.

    Many times I've made quotes that I forgot an Item. I want my quotes to be organized with like parts together. If I want to add another item I have to delete everything below and then reenter the rest. I wish I could reorganize the items more easily.

    Hello. I think the Pulseway is really good. There is always some room for improvement... What I did not notice during the test, or was not aware of: The push system is really in need of revision. With the following one would also simplify many processes and solve problems! # Interest What is the interest of the technician and billing? When? Date + time - What? A SHORT text with keywords for copy & paste. Now there is too much text. Status # Push It would make sense to make ONE, BIG window with the messages.     For the workstations, the ESET and the update status is already displayed (Up to Date... etc.). Unfortunately, this function is missing for the servers. And exactly here it would be extremely important to see. Possibly with a small alert if the update status is older than 10 days. (GER) Bei den Workstations wird das ESET und der Updatestand ja bereits angezeigt (Up to Date... usw.). Leider fehlt diese Funktion bei den Servern. Und genau hier wäre es extrem wichtig zu sehen. Evtl. noch mit einer kleinen Alarmierung wenn der Updatestand älter 10 Tage ist.

  14. Pulseway has had Slack Integration for a long time now but those of us who use Microsoft Teams get no love or have to run Slack just for alerts. Please look at adding Teams Channel Integration also.

    We have a large org with lots of users (many who don't want to restart their computer). After seeing a user machine sitting at 212 DAYS AND 15 HOURS we scheduled a reboot through cmd. It would be awesome to have a feature that sorts by time awake.

I'd like to request that when in a queue or a view, we are able to change status / assign tickets from the queue / views dashboard by left clicking the relevant section, and being able to change it from here, for instance left clicking the status, and it bring a drop down of all ticket statuses so I can then change it, or left clicking assignee, and being able to add an assignee straight from there. In the morning we typically have a number of tickets in the helpdesk, so being able to quickly view the ticket title normally enables me to then be able to close / assign tickets there and then, without having to go into each individual ticket If you require more in…

  18. I'd like to request that when we hover the cursor over the title of a ticket in the queue/view that it enables us to see the latest activity of that ticket, whether is is an internal note from a technician, or a reply from a customer etc

  19. speaking of opportunities, it would be good to be able to change the Account listed on an opportunity. We use QuoteWerks to create our quotes. We have had issues where someone creates a quote and it adds another Account instead of using one that already exists. Being able to change the Account on the opportunity and then delete the duplicate Account would be great.

We have need to be able to create a time entry related to administrative or etc items that do not have an associated task or project and do not wnat to have to create and or leave a task/project open indefinitely for administrative or etc processes, but would like to be able to track that time.

    Hi, Sometimes we see that our clients have issues with their onedrive status that files are not synced etc. Users are not checking that often so their files may be at risk.     Hi all I have recently started with Lamberts Business Systems, who make fairly extensive use of Pulseway for monitoring and alerts across our managed customers. I've worked with Pulseway elsewhere, but at a fairly basic level in terms of availability monitoring. Just getting my head around our processes and procedures, and when I went to review our alert notifications, I saw that the only option seems to be to delete notifications, as opposed to acknowledging them and adding notes where appropriate.   25. We'd like to use workflows when a specific eventlog item is triggered. Now everything will send by email if you use workflows. + It is possible to send an email when a new system is registerd. It would be nice if you can also have a item in the workflow which states the total of the specified group. Thanks
