I am trying to remove the service from a service that did not install properly. I tried using the sc.exe delete pulseway command and receive a message that the service does not exist. There is no Pulseway icon in the systray.

Hi, recently my PC upgrade from Win8.1 Pro to Win10 Pro. ALL working fine execpt Pulseway service cannot start Automatic at start up. As per advise of support, i changed to Automic Delay and it works now. However, Remote Wake Up to my PC is NOT working at all. Anyone can help on this matter? See image attached concerning the network LAN adapter setting. Thanks a lot.

The service ran fine until a couple of months ago, but I did not notice that it had stopped working until recently. I thought the issue may have been related to the name changing from PC Monitor to Pulseway so I first tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but the installer failed stating that a step that could not be completed. I then searched for and removed files and registry entries relating to PC Monitor, PCMonitor, Pulseway, and MMSoft and was able to reinstall the application. In my server I have NICs, one of them is connecting via LAN to internet the second one is routing all traffic via VPN router (with VPN available only at specific time intervals) and should be used for specific apps only. Pulseway client seems to use the second one, so every time VPN goes down I get system off-line notification, which is clearly not the case. Is there any way to force client to use only specific NIC or IP?

Hi I'm experiencing a problem after installation of the agent on some Windows Server 2008 R2 servers. After installation and configuration of the agent, when the service starts, it'll begin hogging all available resources on the CPU until the service/process i restarted. After this, the agent appears to run normally for at time, but then after an couple of hours it'll begin to use all available CPU again. The agent is configured to monitor processor, RAM and storage (General health), and then we have 2 performance counters for more advanced processor and RAM monitoring I also installed the same agent, with the same configuration on an Windows Server 2003 …

Pulseway forums members, I have a problem trying to install (re-install) Pulseway on a clients' Windows 8.1 Pro machine. When I initially removed this computer from a AD Domain everything seemed smooth. I forgot to uninstall Pulseway from my domain admin account before removing the machine from the domain. Now no matter what I do I can't seem to get Pulseway installed. Initially I tried to uninstall it, which failed, so I scoured the forums and figured out how to stop the service and wipe the Registry of it's presence. Hello, very nice tool ! I have only one problem. In my system is a HDD which is unused. So I told windows in powersetting to bring it to standby after 5 min. In Pulseway Agent I deaktivated the features "Hard Disks" and "Hardware Details", furthermore, there is no space check on this HDD or another notification. But pulseway always wakes this HDD. In ProcessMonitor with pulsewayservice running I get many wmiprvse.exe accesses to that disk. If I stop the services no more processes are accessing this disk. I there a way to tell pulseway to exclude this hdd ?

Hi, we have problem with CPU Usage of PCMonitorSrv.exe. On one server this process uses about 30% CPU. I tried to restart service and server, but it is still same. Do you have any idea, where is problem? Thank you very much.

I have several computers with pulseway that have either stopped working or reporting. When trying to reinstall or uninstall it pops up an error: Error 1001: Exception occurred while initializing the installation: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly file:///C\Program Files\PCMonitor\PCMonitorSrv.exe' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. Is there a way to manually remove the application and then install it back? Thank you for your help.

But i want to configure the android app so that i can wake up my computer with the mobile network on my android phone. With another app it works fine cause i can use my dyndns adress. I recently installed Pulseway, and for some reason it has or one of it's setting has corrupted my internet settings. I have Windows 7 x64 ultimate (with a VPN) on all my machines. What is happening is my adapters say I have Internet connection. I can see this activity via Glasswire (great ap also!) I can Torrent as well. However, when it comes to browser traffic it is intermittent at best or not available period. I have been reading through this forum and have discovered that Pulseway uses port 443, which is part of internet traffic, I think my question is.. is there any way to separate this traffic so Pulseway does not keep changing my Internet Options to using a proxy, …

Good Day, I have installed Pulseway cleint on domain workstations using the local domain admin user. I can run the pulseway manager using the local admin account, but when I try running it from on domain user account the application cannot run, it gives an error when loading AD db, erroe states pulsway manager has stopped working. do i have to run the manager as with admin rights? if so how should I do that. I get the error by validating that there was no endpoint listening on "myservername"/server.svc. Maybe caused by incorrect addrees of Soap action. I'm new to Pulseway and need to deploy it to a number of customer servers, hand-configuring each one is going to take quite a bit of time, and the group policies section does not provide configuration of server modules. Can I customize pulseway.pcmcfg and use it as a new installation template? Am I able to trim down the config file to only the items I need to change/configure?

Hi When i try to validate my account, i get the following error: I tried to connect to this server via telnet, and i didn't get any error. I also restartet the pc monitor service, but the error remains. PC Monitor lost connection today at 01:37am. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks and regards Simon

Hello, We have noticed a possible issue on 2012 server Non R2. Firstly Asset info is not available, but more importantly The cpu can spike upto 50% on the server when making the request and then closing the app on my phone. Also a client was having performance issues with a database application and once pulseway was removed the performance issues have gone. We have 4 monitored 2012 standard servers that all seem to show similar oddities with pulseway. They are all HP Proliants All our 2012 R2 servers are fine. Anyone else seeing this?
