We had a Rasberry Pi that I believe was offline during the upgrade to 6.0, I turned it on but it will not check in. I did try updating the login info, I don't believe the old Administrator account exists under the new user based system. But still no luck, I have noticed it does not encrypt the password when I restart the service if that is a clue what is wrong. Any ideas appreciated.

We configured a Pi2 with Pulseway and it is working fine. We cloned the SD card and changed the system name and config.xml to the new device name. They also have different ip adresses. In the Pulseway monitor they are displayed as the same device, (the name changes continue) How can we configure and see theme as seprate devices, is there u Unique identifier we have to change.

Hi, I have installed the software, copied config.xml.sample to config.xml, edited the ACCOUNT USERNAME and PASSWORD in the config,xml file and started the PC Monitor service. But my RASPBERRY Pi does not show up under SYSTEMS in the console.

Hi All, I am trying to install the agent on a Pi 3 with Raspbian Stretch Lite running. It looks like it has installed but its not showing up on the device list and the password in the config.xml does not get encrypted. Hey Guys, I am new to PC Monitor and Raspberry Pi, and I have run into some issues and I have some questions. I will start from the top. First, I am having issues with the RPI going offline. It seems to happen when I try accessing the RPI from the Iphone App (My main method). I have the RPI setup to ping a single device, and it seems that whenever I look at the ping responses on the iphone, the RPI drops offline completely. Usually after a while it comes back online. Greetings...I have installed and configured the pcmonitor service and config file as per instructions and when I start the service all looks well but when I type in status command I get root@raspberrypi:~# /etc/init.d/pcmonitor status [FAIL] pcmonitor is not running ... failed! I am using my personal Raspberry Pi B+ to test Pulseway Linux before we try on live Ubuntu 12 servers. I have been able to get everything working except the online/offline/shutdown alerts. Here is a copy of my current config section. Hi, My current system has the following setup:- OS: CENTOS 6.5 x86_64 standard Control Panel: WHM 11.42.0 (build 23) System Type: Dedicated I was using a very old PC Monitor 2.0 installation on my system which was working fine but today i uninstalled older version and installed the latest PC Monitor 4.3 and after that my server is having reboot problem. When i select RESTART from pc monitor application on my cellphone it starts to show my server as offline after few seconds in the application. I've installed Pulseway (4.8 agent) on my Raspberry Pi B+. In the syslog, I am seeing these messages repeated every 15 seconds: Oct 1 09:31:00 pidp8 pulseway: free_percentage 82 Oct 1 09:31:15 pidp8 pulseway: free_percentage 82 Oct 1 09:31:30 pidp8 pulseway: free_percentage 82 I have all the syslog stuff in config.xml set to Disabled="false". On my Ubuntu box (also running the 4.8 agent) I'm not seeing these repeated space check messages. On both, I have the LowHDDSpace setting enabled: <LowHDDSpace> <Hdd Percentage="10" Path="/" Priority="0" Enabled="true"/> </LowHDDSpace> Is there a way I can stop these syslog messages?

So I have configured Pulseway agent on RHEL 8 to monitor nginx. I have configured it as a systemd service and sure enough I get an alert if I stop nginx. But it only does this once. If I start the service wait a few mins and stop it again it does not re alert, even if I clear the alarm. The only way i can get it to work again is restart the pulseway service.

I did search the forum for the answer to this but couldn't find any. What options do I have if the sysadmin when I'm installing pulseway and decides to use supervise to run the services. Any ideas what I put for DaemonType and any other options? Is much appreciate it!

As requesed by support, I am posting my issues and configuration information. This is a newly setup and configured Slackware 14.1 64-bit server and it is fully patched. Interesting part is I get the same error/results when I tried the agent on a Slackware 13.37 32-bit server (I know not technically supported, but I was trying for testing purposes and I think it'll actually work...). I have installed the x64 RPM file on a CentOS 6 system. I have configured the config.xml as attached (it has been sanitised). Several Linux machines behind proxy server are suddenly showing as offline. No changes to proxy or network so assume there has been a software update? I have tested with the proxy server configured as an IP Address, and hostname. The above is when configured with IP Address. config.xml
