I have a Linux Server that reports as up-to-date version 5.4. Is this correct? Because I can't move it in Pulseway 6.0 to another Organization or Site. I get an error message that the agent requires an update.

Hi! Some of our newer native Linux client are having trouble registering with our server. Hi, I have Centos Linux agent with currently running with no issue, I can define the computer name which display on the mobile app on windows agent but linux agent will use the hostname on the system, is that a way to manual configure that.

Hello, Have a number of Ubuntu 16.04 workstations with agent 5.3.3 installed. The daemon starts without error (nothing logged in syslog), but doesn't appear to report back. There are 15 units at this particular site, and only one has reported back since installation. They are all running kernel 4.10.0-42. I can't find any error messages in the obvious logs (/var/log/syslog - in particular). Appreciate any direction you can offer.

Hey folks I have configured PC Monitor on my MacBook Pro, Ubuntu 12.04 and iPhone. I can monitor hardware stats like CPU Temperature from my MacBook Pro with my iPhone without any problems. When I try to monitor the temperature from my Linux Machine, I fail. What do I have to add in the config.xml to monitor the linux temps? Is this feature supported from PC Monitor? If not, are there some plans to add this feature in the near future? Thanks for help

Hello, I have just registered and configured two Linux-based systems (both openSUSE Leap 42.3) and have been able to receive notifications about system down/up events as well as notifications about services not being started. This works perfectly well. What received my attention is that: * Shutdown notifications are not being sent. I have found out on this forum that this may be caused by the event being sent after the network interface has been taken down, so I am just ignoring it. Nonetheless: can you confirm this behaviour? * Notifications about user login events are being sent correctly, whereas notifications about user logout events …

Is there a way of making new notification in the WebApp. I see in the configuration file in my linux machine there is notification rules, but it will be nice if I can change them in the webapp? PS Also I have noticed that I do not have in the WebApp menu Server Admin? I have only System from I can see my 2 machines?

What would be the best practice for installing the agent on a virtual Linux machine where I don't have root access? The server is managed at/by cloudways.com Their support is phenomenal, I can always direct them to install for me (but then I would have to give them my account password) For the most part I would just need to monitor a running instance of Laravel (web framework) on Apache and MySQL (i saw MySQL monitoring is currently in the works) Would the API be a better solution for this case? Any thoughts appreciated.

I have two Linux servers, one running Jessie, the other running DietPi. The Jessie is running on a RPi 3 with external 2TB HDD connected by USB2, the Pulseway client is installed working and monitors the drive just fine, alerts when getting too low and everything. The DietPi is running on an Odroid-XU4 board, is monitoring services with Pulseway just fine, but now I have added a 6TB external HDD to the USB3 port. I am able to get to the drive just fine, and put files on it. But I cannot monitor the drive through Pulseway. Hello. I am only extremely short with TestAccount at Pulseway. I hope I am just too stupid or have not found the info with my poor English. # Question Linux -> Performance Monitor? For Windows systems I see CPU, RAM, hard disk. With my Debian I don't see that. Agent is installed. Are there sample policies somewhere or what do I have to do? I hope this works. Thanks a lot, Lars

Hi, We got a linux (Ubuntu) System with some mounted drives form a Synology NAS. The Server has UniFi Video from Ubiquiti installed. This depends on the mount point /media/NVR as mount point. When the NAS goes down or there is an other issue where the mounted drive could not be mounted lets say on startup. I would like to receive a notification of that. How can i integrate this with Pulseway on Linux? The OS drive is not more than 30 Gb. So i could say if /media/NVR has less than 30GB of free Space I want to get a notification. But I cannot figure out how to set this up, who has done this, or knows how its done?

I now have a Raspberry Pi that I'm using to run my Domoticz home automation system, and want to use Pulseway to monitor that too. I have Pulseway installed on the Pi and it's working fine, but I can't quite figure out how to setup monitoring of the Domoticz process correctly. Hi I run Domoticz on a Raspberry Pi and have this successfully being monitored by Pulseway. I am now also using the BA-Bridge software which runs as a java process. Can anyone tell me how to configure Pulseway to monitor this and be able to re-start it if it should fail? Hello there! I had three Linux systems monitored and everything worked fine untill yesterday. Then one raspbian was reported offline around noon, other some time later, and when I booted old laptop with Debian it reported coming online on my iphone, only to go offline few minutes after that. All machines were online all the time, only pcmonitor service stopped working and can not be started. Funny thing is that when I start it again it appears to actually work for few seconds before dying again. I can see that because iphone app says that system went offline few seconds ago. Is it possible to monitor MySQL with the Linux client? I'm running Ubuntu 12.04.

I am running CentOS Linux release 7.4.1708 (Core) and have just installed the latest agent. The base config is done and it is visible in the console, but only to the master account (the one whose credentials are added to the config file). How do I make the system visible for all users so that they may all receive alerts and see the status of the box in the dashboard and mobile app? In Windows this is easy, but I see no way to do the same thing in the Linux config. Thanks.

Hello All, This morning I discovered Pulseway. This product might be the solution to a number of "issues" I have. I have a home media server running Ubuntu 12.0, along with a Win 8.1 laptop and a Win 7 desktop. I've successfully installed agents on all three. In my linux server, I have a total of one system disk and three data disks. All four appear when I access the server in the "mypulseway.com" web browser. However in the Windows 8 application, it only shows one of the three data disks. Is there any way to correct this?
