    I am the Director of a medical company with about 50-55 end users and 10 servers (some virtual, some physical). Do I need to install PC Monitor on EVERYBODY's machine and SERVERS? Or Do you have a Server based software that I can install and will go out into the network and grab data? (If that makes sense) Ultimately, I would like to be able to pull up my iPad or iPhone and view everybody's machines and servers! Monitor the Domain Controller, Exchange, SQL, etc... Thanks!

    Hello, I've been using PC Monitor since 5 computers could be monitored for free and this has served me well. PC Monitor is really great. I intend to replace 1 of them since I got my sister a new computer, but I'm not sure I will be be able to add the new machine once I remove 1 of the 5 in use. Will the new 3 machines limit be applied or old users still get 5? By the way, I would like to suggest a "light" subscription of up to 7 or 8 machines. That would cover most of the tech guys family needs (wife, sons/daughters, brothers/sisters, parents..) Regards, Gilson

    Hi Team! I'm working with workflows for the first time to automate simple incidents such as disk full - and have a few questions regarding conditions. This workflow in the screenshot has a few steps above it to clear out temp/cache/defrag, then it gets to a condition that determines if the notification should be removed or set to critical. When executing this workflow on a system with less than 1% disk space, the OS disk was at 60% free space, yet it ran the "fail" actions instead.     In one of oure servers when we launch the configurations manager everything is greyed out. I restarted the service bu no luck we can manage it from another server jsut wondering what could have gone wrong. Thanks

    I'm trying to roll out Pulseway on my Clints via the Discovery and Deployment tool in Pulseway. I have set up probes and are finding some computers on the network. When I try to deploy pulsway to the computers, some of them are successful and some are not. The ones that fails have have "Connection Failed" error Message under "result". Anybody know why this happens and any ideas on how to fix it. Will be a lot of work to have to manually install Pulseway on all the computers. Thanks

  7. Since Pulseway forced an update to 9.7 roughly a week ago connecting to clients has been extremely difficult. Almost 100% of the time when attempting to remote control via the app it sits at "Starting remote control Session..." for about a minute before giving the message in the attached image "Connection timeout while trying to start the remote control session." Sometimes the systems you are trying to connect to will go offline in Pulseway after the failed attempt; however, they are most certainly still online since I can RDP from systems right next to them that I also happen to be connected to via Pulseway.     Good night all, I want to sign up for the trial of pulseway, but i am not seeing my country in the drop down for country listing. I live in Trinidad and Tobago, which is in the caribbean. Is there anyway around this ? if i choose another country from the list, will there be a billing issue when i try to use my CC to pay for the service ?

    Just installed PC Monitor today, great application, the only problem is that on our iPhone monitor CPU usage on the monitored computer is a constant 0, but we know this isn't true as our monitored computer shows different in task manager. Overall though, great app, found it out through Pop Science and would reccomend it to everyone!

  14. Lots of admin types just about live in vRD. (If you've never heard of it, check it out: www.visionapp.com.) Happy to report that PC Monitor Dashboard 2.7 can be installed as an "External App", and 90% works. The 10% that doesn't is the menu bar. But I don't use the menu bar in Dashboard much after it's installed, so that works for me.     Hi, I had a look at my Pulseway monitor this morning and found a security event log warning saying 'Cryptographic Operation'. It says the provider is a Microsoft Software Key Storage Provider with an unknown algorithm. There are around 4/5 of the errors at this minute. Could this be something I did on my computer or would it be somewhere outside of my computer? Any help would be great. Thanks!

  16. Recently we have started integrating the client portal and we are doing some tests, however when we send an invite email. It uses our custom email template from 'server admin' email settings. When I switch off using the custom template and send the invite again, it will send the regular email from Pulseway. How do I use our custom email template whilst also able to send client portal invites to our customers?

    Hi Folks, I've recently deployed Pulseway, and getting my staff to start using "Request Support" feature. Is it possible to have the "Request Support" set to a different priority than the default of "Normal"? For example, set it to "Low" by default? Are there any customisations available regarding the priority levels? For example, can I insert a custom priority & set this as the only option for "Request Support"? Thanks.

    Hello, I need to delete a customer, they have 300+ devices and when i tried to delete the organization under Configuration > Organizations > and the customer it says its not empty, i cant delete them one by one, it will take to much time. is there a better way?

    Maybe a stupid question, but I don't get it. Where can I remove a monitored Computer? I've deleted the service on the client - but still see the Computer in the App and the Online Page. By the way - keep up with the very good work!

  25. Hi, I did a search and this topic has not been asked before. Anyway, what is the difference between shutdown and power off options on PC Monitor? Aren't they the same? I always use the Shutdown option. I haven' t tried the Power off option. If I choose the Power off option, will I still be able to turn on the computer remotely. I know I can with the Shutdown option but how about the Power off option. Regards, Elos
