  1. In NinjaRMM, you can set up your end users with a login to the portal and they then have the ability to click on an icon that launches Team Viewer and will remote them into any of the PCs that they have added to their list. Is there a way to do the same thing in Pulseway?

    Regarding Patching 3rd Party Application: 1st, can a rule be applied a single server in a group of other servers? Example, I have 20 servers in a group and only 1 has a specific application installed, I'd like to choose "Install and keep up to date", but that option will Install and keep up to date the application on all 20, so can a rule be applied to only one of many? 2nd, when rules for 3rd Party Applications are applied, how is the patching schedule determined, I start my patching manually, so my question is, if I have an election for "VMware Tools" to install and keep up to date, does that happen automatically or only when I start the update?     Pulseway, what the *****? Over the last two weeks I have had to re-install half of the agents on my network, because the client stopped working. I have servers telling me that they have pending reboots, and after I reboot them, Pulseway still says they have pending reboots. I have servers telling me that servers require updates, but the actual system says that no updates are needed. I’m paying for this *****???? Guys, maybe stop adding so many new features, and make sure your core functions work. And please don’t have a salesperson try to call me. One more month of this ***** and I will be cancelling.

  4. HI Everyone, On Saturday the 16th of September we will be upgrading servers that are used by our RD service globally. During this period, live RD sessions may disconnect. If this happens, you should be able to reconnect immediately as the traffic will be diverted to alternative servers. We expect the maintenance to be minimal and the operation of all other Pulseway features will be unaffected. Thanks.

    I can add endpoints, but if I try to reduce the number I get an error: You are currently using x endpoints, you need to remove an endpoint before you can decrease the order quantity I am over licenced by 2 endpoints, so would like this changed to reduce my bill. I emailed my rep as I wanted to do this last month but did not hear back.

    I'm able to login to Pulseway Remote Control. However, it shows some devices offline that aren't actually offline. For the ones that are still showing online, I'm unable to connect to them. When attempting to connect, it shows "starting remote control" but it never actually connects. I also occasionally get the warning that it is busy or no endpoint found at this address.

    Hi All, We are currently experiencing some unexpected disruptions across the Pulseway Webapp due to a balancing issue with on of our servers.     Our Pulseway instance has been incredibly slow to load, through Remote Control client and the Web UI. Actions take several seconds, sometimes up to a minute to perform. It has been happening intermittently over the past couple of weeks, but today is especially noticeable. Is anybody else experiencing this? I've tried two different ISPs and experiencing the same issue on both.

  11. I'm coming from Kaseya - used to be able to just export everything you had in the system or even just run a simple report. Why is this so hard in Pulseway? All i want is an export of my desktops + all of their info in a spreadsheet. If that's impossible - Computer Name + CPU + RAM Installed. Please help.

  15. I have 3 Windows 2022 serveres where Pulseway reports Offline, but they are running. If I use "Validate Registration" i get "This System is registred." Reboot of Service do not change anything. The last time I had to reboot server, but one server is a SQL server and the other 2 is Echonomics and used to control produktion...

  16. Hi people: Recently the business laptop (core i7 8th gen, 16 GB RAM, 512 SSD (CT1000P5SSD8)) got pulseway installed. But the laptop began to get lagged and the fans working more and noisily. So my question is: is this behavior normal? or is a bug? In case of bug; have plans to iron it?

Hi all, I'm enabling offline files just for the desktop for our laptop users and would like a way to be alerted if there is an error in the sync on the machine however i would like it to only alert me if there is an issue with the sync process itself and not everytime it has tried to sync but failed due to it not being connected to the corporate network (if that makes sense) Anyone done anything similar or how do you monitor this to make sure offline files ARE syncing ? Little bit of background here, the company I work for supports approximately 400 systems for one of our clients, they use Pulseway for these systems therefore we are provided access to their Pulseway account to administer and support those systems. As a company we support thousands of other systems mainly on another non Pulseway platform we pay for. We were advised by the account owner that File transfer had been removed by Pulseway in a later version and we confirmed this since version 8 still has file transfer and version 9 just gives a message to use copy/paste instead.   22. I can't get in on the web app. Machines that are online in the mobile app are reporting as offline and nothing is connectable I have had this service for a year now and the service has been down about 6-8 times in the last year. I have to pay for a backup service that, in the same period, has been down 1 time for 1 hour I opened the ticket and all I have gotten is the automated response and that was 40 minutes ago. Chances of renewal dwindling fast!

  24. Our US hosting provider has announced planned storage maintenance for Thursday May 25th between 06:00am and 07:00am EST. This work will enhance our storage availability and will impact any Pulseway SaaS customers hosted in the US data center. There may be intermittent disruption to service during this time, but in the unlikely event of this happening, it will only be for a few minutes.
