Breen81 Posted September 5, 2023 Share Posted September 5, 2023 I'm able to login to Pulseway Remote Control. However, it shows some devices offline that aren't actually offline. For the ones that are still showing online, I'm unable to connect to them. When attempting to connect, it shows "starting remote control" but it never actually connects. The issue has since been solved and returned to normal, but in regards to a long-term solution please refer to this post, which details our plans to migrate customer to a new an improved server host.
