    We are about to start working with a customer that uses (almost) only thin clients to connect to a terminal server farm. We need the ability to assist them remotely at the thin client level. The terminal server is no issue. Is Pulseway able to deal with the thin client itself? Thank you in advance

  3. Hi, I'm using Pulseway for personal use currently with the free plan. I'm able to remotely boot my PC from my phone on the same network, but not on my phone outside of the network or on my laptop at home and not. I don't know what I've done wrong, could you look at the pictures below to see if everything is configured correctly? Could anyone help me diagnose and fix this problem? Thanks.

    Any ideas what's going on with the main PW website? I've been getting 403's since last week. (tested from multiple systems, sites) If i keep trying, I'll sporadically get good pages, but not often. Finally got my account renewed after 3 days of trying.

    Pulseway, what the *****? Over the last two weeks I have had to re-install half of the agents on my network, because the client stopped working. I have servers telling me that they have pending reboots, and after I reboot them, Pulseway still says they have pending reboots. I have servers telling me that servers require updates, but the actual system says that no updates are needed. I’m paying for this *****???? Guys, maybe stop adding so many new features, and make sure your core functions work. And please don’t have a salesperson try to call me. One more month of this ***** and I will be cancelling.

    Is there a way to receive a second notification within a timeframe when i allready got one? Example: RAM Usage is 90% and we receive an mail. Nobody had time for the notification and the usage stays high for 2 hours, is there a way to get a second notification?

    Hey guys Hope some one can help - About 5 weeks ago my push notifications for when my PCs starts up stopped working - I get them for when they shut down - I have tried the usual un-installing the software, re-registering, validating - I find it strange that both the computers stopped at the same time with the notifications for start up I have sent a few sent emails to support but not getting any replies back for some reason - I hope someone can point me in the right direction as I may be overlooking something

  9. Hey, PW does not work while it asks for renewal of the subscription, the subscription is auto renewal and auto pay - I got an invoice indicting it is payed. I had difficulties opening a ticket, I got it going via email - I still do not have a ticket number and I can not find where I can manage this ticket - please help. It is two weeks now with PW down !

I haven't started using Microsofts AutoPilot (part of Intune MDM) yet, but I'm considering to do so in order to make the "out of the box"-experiences easier for both myself/IT and the end user. However, I don't want to hand over a new machine to one of our employees without knowing that Pulseway is installed and functional. I guess Intune can do some installations like the ones currently being handled by Pulseway, so some people may find this unnecessary, but we're currently managing as much as we can through pulseway (scripts, patch management, antivirus, remote control etc) and I'd like to keep it that way as much as possible while adding the benef…

  11. Good morning from the Netherlands I'm sorry if this was discussed before or even implemented. Im rather new whit Pulseway but i have a question about scheduling Windows updates. So far if been monitoring our computers and manualy starting the updates, but for some of our costumers who work in the train or in other location where there isnt a steady internet connection. And i would like to have a option that i can start that if they connect to a internet connection the updates will automaticly start to download/install. once again if this is already discussed somewhere im sorry.   12. Hello, Will the Pulseway Agent run on a POS (Windows PosReady 7 or Windows 10 Enterprise 1809 LTSC) without have Shell as explorer.exe? We have a POS-software acting as Shell so there is no procesbar nor a notification area. Will Pulseway be able to run and most important be able to run scripts (PowerShell i.e.)? Thx in advance.

  13. I'm a little frustrated with the fact that I can't monitor RAID configurations and Drive failures and also can not monitor host resources on ESXi hosts. I love the remote features but does anyone have suggestions on how I could monitor RAID arrays remotely. Hopefully via Pulseway. Actually very frustrated Over this even though the product is good in other ways.

    G'Day, I'm really loving your product and so far only have it installed on 2 of my machines. Ideally I would like to put it on all of my main machines here at home which is 4 machines or 5 if I include another laptop. I'm wondering if there is any chance you might consider raising the free usage threshold from 3 to 4 or maybe 5 machines? These days almost all homes with computers have one for each person so that is most likely going to be 4. Raising free usage to 4 or 5 would still not really allow it to be used for free in a commercial environment (which I firmly believe should be paid for) but would allow greater home usage.     I'm using Pulseway to monitor about 10 servers in my domain. Most of these run in a VMWare environment. Last night and this morning I received notifications that servers were offline. The first notifications involved 2 virtual servers running on the same physical host. The third and fourth notifications were for 2 other virtual servers, both of which were running on different physical hosts than the first 2 VM's. My first thought was that there was a network hiccup that caused the Pulseway agent to lose contact on these servers. However, here's the problem with that assumption.     Hi. I would like to start sending my clients a report to show that monitoring is taking place and updates applied etc. Does anyone have recommendations on what to send. I'd imagine most of my clients are not concerned with the technical aspects of a report but just need assurance that something is happening! Regards, Andy

    I am curious if there is a simple log/report for a machine in Pulseway that shows if and when the agent for a particular machine is disconnected or not reporting back to the server. I am trouble shooting some outage notifications that are happing in a separate system (Uptime Robot). I have seen a couple of the machine reporting offline in Pulseway but still accessible depending on the ISP. I think the disconnects are brief in nature. I am not saying this is a Pulseway problem but the logs of agent connectivity would help with cause and correlation investigations. Thanks in advance for your responses. -Jacob

    This may have been covered elsewhere, but I am trying to figure out how I can manage my remote agents...remotely. I can't get to every system all over the place, and was wondering if the Desktop Manager would let me remotely configure the Agent settings on remote machines. If this is not possible, it would be a great feature, especially for those of us who use PCMONITORS hosted server service. Thanks, Jason Braverman

  22. I downloaded, and created an account to test your software. So far I think it is great but when I tried to test the remote connection potion of the software I was unable to connect. Is this only available to paying customers, or am I experiencing a problem? Also what are your payment options, do you charge monthly or for the whole year?
