  1. My phone app is working fine. Today I can't login. I reset the password and I'm still getting this error.

  2. Hello, I've been trying to turn on my computer when I'm away from the house using both mobile data and another WiFi connection. When I'm on the same network the wake up command works but if I'm using mobile data I'll get the message "Wake up command failed" and when I'm on another network it says "wake up command sent" but nothing happens. I have the necessary port forwarded (UDP 9) and through the Pulseway android app port monitor I can see it works. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Hello, I wanted to know if there is a system to configure the agent from the command line (powershell) or from the WEB interface? I would like to avoid connecting remotely to more than 200 servers to make minimal changes to the configuration. Thank you

    Is there any easy way to see which agents haven't communicated in 60 days? Need to clean up some computers that got replaced, etc. I didn't know if there was a report that could be generated or if there was already that functionality built into the web app. What is the best procedure to free up agent licenses and remove non-communicating agents?

    hi, I downloaded your wonderful program and I immediately used the function wake on lan, it works perfectly, the problem is that during the day I find the pc turned on without having given it any consent, in different hours of the day the pc turns on alone. How do I solve the problem? I would like to turn it on only when I give it the command. Thanks a lot

  6. Hi Could someone assist in helping me to set up an alert when a network connection is dropped. This is happening at one of my client sites after changing to a new ISP. The ISP says the router/switch is fine but connections are dropping. I would like to be able to log when a connection drops (ideally knowing if the internet connection has dropped or just the internal network connection) I'm not sure a simple ping notification is good enouh in Pulseway to do this as I need to know if the connection has dropped for a few mseconds as well as larger outages. I guess the Event Viewer holds the answers but would appreciate it if anyone has done this befo…

    Hi, Has anyone got some advice on monitoring McAfee please? We need a way to monitor to the AutoUpdate so it alerts us if this has not run. Previously we have a script that checks the registry of each server then sends an email with the information, however we would like to replace this with a Pulseway alert if out of date. I have searched the forum but the last post is from 2012 so i was hoping there is a solution to this. Also looked from registry/WMI queries but that seems to be for reporting rather than monitoring. Thanks.

  8. With lots of bad events occurring this past week and one happening right now. I went to create a policy for patch management so that a computer could be assigned to a policy that would prevent windows updates until issues can be resolved. So I have set it to not install under all conditions. It requires me to set a schedule. Is this schedule the dates on which Pulseway will check and refresh the Windows update policy in the event they have changed on the PC or does this schedule apply to anything in this case ? I guess I'm wondering how the policy is enforced. If I set it to repeat daily does it update the windows update settings once a day or is this checked before …

    I am curious to know why 3rd party patch mgmt. is an additional paid feature. Before I would get notified for like Adobe Reader needed an update, know I have to pay additional to get this notification? What else within the features we already get will be removed to a "module" that we have to pay additional for? I only oversee around 60 endpoints, so I am not a big player, but there are issues now that are making me look and trial other RMM solutions. Today I logged into my dash-panel as I do everyday M-F only to be greeted with 53 notifications for critical updates for Windows.     Hi, I'm assuming I've overlooked something very simple. However, no matter what process I tell pulseway to monitor the closing of (e.g. wordpad.exe, calc.exe, firefox.exe) it will only notify me the first time (first time after either a server restart or after setting it up in the first place). After that I receive no more notifications no matter how many times I open and close various applications. What have I missed? Regards, Will

I've seen evidence of the ability to set up notifications through the mobile app when a server goes offline for more than 15 minutes via the PC interface, However I have not been able to figure this out. Is this feature available on the free plan, or is it hidden somewhere for Pro plan and higher?

    Hello, Is there a way to MANUALLY open a ticket from within the RMM? Since Pulseway doesn't offer "round trip ticketing" where a ticket can be automatically opened and closed by the RMM (if a ticket is opened automatically, then resolved from within the RMM the ticket is automatically closed) we are trying to reduce the "signal to noise ratio" by only having critical issues automatically open tickets in the PSA. However, since we do our billing from the PSA, I would like to have our techs be able to open a ticket by clicking a button on a device or alert in the RMM so a ticket is opened in the PSA with the pertinent information auto-filled and a timer started.…

Hello, When we create a note from the webapp, we have a business process that notifies the client that a note has been added to a ticket, however, when we create a note from an email, it gets added to the ticket, but a notification doesnt go out.
