  1. With lots of bad events occurring this past week and one happening right now. I went to create a policy for patch management so that a computer could be assigned to a policy that would prevent windows updates until issues can be resolved. So I have set it to not install under all conditions. It requires me to set a schedule. Is this schedule the dates on which Pulseway will check and refresh the Windows update policy in the event they have changed on the PC or does this schedule apply to anything in this case ? I guess I'm wondering how the policy is enforced. If I set it to repeat daily does it update the windows update settings once a day or is this checked before …

    I am curious to know why 3rd party patch mgmt. is an additional paid feature. Before I would get notified for like Adobe Reader needed an update, know I have to pay additional to get this notification? What else within the features we already get will be removed to a "module" that we have to pay additional for? I only oversee around 60 endpoints, so I am not a big player, but there are issues now that are making me look and trial other RMM solutions. Today I logged into my dash-panel as I do everyday M-F only to be greeted with 53 notifications for critical updates for Windows.     Hi, I am kinda an MSP.... I work with SMB to SME clients and work on a project basis. I provide Wi-Fi, VoWi-Fi, PTP hardware, IP surveillance, access control systems, digital signage, IP phones, etc... products to clients. I often design and own the network in these environments.     Hi, I'm assuming I've overlooked something very simple. However, no matter what process I tell pulseway to monitor the closing of (e.g. wordpad.exe, calc.exe, firefox.exe) it will only notify me the first time (first time after either a server restart or after setting it up in the first place). After that I receive no more notifications no matter how many times I open and close various applications. What have I missed? Regards, Will

  9. Hello, I have a quick question regarding offline notifications. I've seen evidence of the ability to set up notifications through the mobile app when a server goes offline for more than 15 minutes via the PC interface, However I have not been able to figure this out. Is this feature available on the free plan, or is it hidden somewhere for Pro plan and higher?

    Hello, Is there a way to MANUALLY open a ticket from within the RMM? Since Pulseway doesn't offer "round trip ticketing" where a ticket can be automatically opened and closed by the RMM (if a ticket is opened automatically, then resolved from within the RMM the ticket is automatically closed) we are trying to reduce the "signal to noise ratio" by only having critical issues automatically open tickets in the PSA. However, since we do our billing from the PSA, I would like to have our techs be able to open a ticket by clicking a button on a device or alert in the RMM so a ticket is opened in the PSA with the pertinent information auto-filled and a timer started.…

    Hi I see 3rd party patching is now active but is an additional cost. This has been on the roadmap as an upcoming feature but additional costs were not made clear. Pulseway is now beginning to lose value? Regards, Andy

Hello, When we create a note from the webapp, we have a business process that notifies the client that a note has been added to a ticket, however, when we create a note from an email, it gets added to the ticket, but a notification doesnt go out.     Hi I am trying to deploy a new solution on my systems and I thought of a combo Chocolatey + PulseWay in order to facilitate deployement.
