Hi This morning one of our servers was rebooting ever 5 or 6 minutes and since I could not find a cause I removed the PW manager and the Problem was solved. Reinstalled it and problem was there again and so I removed it again and we'll called it a day for now. But like 6hrs later my phone was going completely nuts with one warning after another and almost all server were in the same bootloop, restart and after 5 minutes the next reboot So I checked the workstations and yes same issue here, I just don't have warnings for them. Hi, I had a look at my Pulseway monitor this morning and found a security event log warning saying 'Cryptographic Operation'. It says the provider is a Microsoft Software Key Storage Provider with an unknown algorithm. There are around 4/5 of the errors at this minute. Could this be something I did on my computer or would it be somewhere outside of my computer? Any help would be great. Thanks!

I really love it very much, that PW idea is not dead, love to see development taking places and things going forward into new dimensions. BUT I also love to criticize what bothers me. hi i'm new to team account is there a way for me to create a user for an end customer, and limit that user so he'll be able to do only specific actions on the agent? i've found the policies, which i've seen i can make those limitations there. and i've found that i can apply those policies to a site, an organization or an agent group. but how can i apply them so they limit the user via those policies? i could only find team permissions but it's only full/no/read only - nothing in between what am i missing here? thank you

I'm trying to roll out Pulseway on my Clints via the Discovery and Deployment tool in Pulseway. I have set up probes and are finding some computers on the network. When I try to deploy pulsway to the computers, some of them are successful and some are not. The ones that fails have have "Connection Failed" error Message under "result". Anybody know why this happens and any ideas on how to fix it. Will be a lot of work to have to manually install Pulseway on all the computers. Thanks

Hello I am currently trialing Pulseway and working on the patching module. Policies seem to work well enough but how exactly do I see all of the patch requirements of the endpoints? Also is there a way I can tell multiple devices to install a specific patch in bulk? Thanks Larnel

Hi there, I'm totally new to Pulseway (teams/MSP) and I need an hand setting up a, I think, common situation. I have a client that wants to receive e-mail notifications (not push with app) for his servers. I have placed his server in a dedicated agents group, but how to achieve? I don't want that he can log in web app and mobile app too, only receive his notifications. Thank you.

Hello, I've been trying to turn on my computer when I'm away from the house using both mobile data and another WiFi connection. When I'm on the same network the wake up command works but if I'm using mobile data I'll get the message "Wake up command failed" and when I'm on another network it says "wake up command sent" but nothing happens. I have the necessary port forwarded (UDP 9) and through the Pulseway android app port monitor I can see it works. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Is there any easy way to see which agents haven't communicated in 60 days? Need to clean up some computers that got replaced, etc. I didn't know if there was a report that could be generated or if there was already that functionality built into the web app. What is the best procedure to free up agent licenses and remove non-communicating agents?

hi, I downloaded your wonderful program and I immediately used the function wake on lan, it works perfectly, the problem is that during the day I find the pc turned on without having given it any consent, in different hours of the day the pc turns on alone. Hi Could someone assist in helping me to set up an alert when a network connection is dropped. This is happening at one of my client sites after changing to a new ISP. The ISP says the router/switch is fine but connections are dropping. I would like to be able to log when a connection drops (ideally knowing if the internet connection has dropped or just the internal network connection) I'm not sure a simple ping notification is good enouh in Pulseway to do this as I need to know if the connection has dropped for a few mseconds as well as larger outages. I guess the Event Viewer holds the answers but would appreciate it if anyone has done this befo…

Hi, Has anyone got some advice on monitoring McAfee please? We need a way to monitor to the AutoUpdate so it alerts us if this has not run. Previously we have a script that checks the registry of each server then sends an email with the information, however we would like to replace this with a Pulseway alert if out of date. I have searched the forum but the last post is from 2012 so i was hoping there is a solution to this. Also looked from registry/WMI queries but that seems to be for reporting rather than monitoring.
