Hi, I am monitoring a number of systems remotely for a number of customers and have found that if for any reason they lose their internet connection, all their systems appear on our dashboard as offline. I understand why this is happening, but is there some method within Pulseway to recognise when the remote internet connection is down so that the alerts/notifications can be ignored? Thanks

When setting up patch policies, Office 2019 and Office pro plus are there listed underneath the third part apps to update, What can I do to get Office 2016 listed there that way all of our Office products are being updated.

I really like PC Monitor, but I basically need it for one function: kill a process when it is creating havoc on my server. On the first server I set up PC Monitor it works perfectly fine. I go to the list of processes, I click on one, and it allows me to kill it. However, on the two subsequent servers I set up, I cannot click on the process; it won't bring up a popup menu. I have gone back and forth through all the settings. I have even exported the settings of the 'working' system to the two other systems, to no avail. Hi all, I'm an administrator, I would like to know if there is a way to force users to receive notification or, at least, if there is a way to know if they have notification. I have a Jenkins job that runs clamav on some windows machines that i have. I would like to figure out a way that i can get notifications if a job doesnt run... is this something pulseway can do?

Hej, I have installed the pulseway agent in my Raspberry Pi rel 4. However I can only sent commands via terminal and I want to see the remote screen connected with GUI. How can I achieve that. I could only find information on how to setup the agent but nothing about a remote desktop connection to a raspberry pi.

I can add endpoints, but if I try to reduce the number I get an error: You are currently using x endpoints, you need to remove an endpoint before you can decrease the order quantity I am over licenced by 2 endpoints, so would like this changed to reduce my bill. I emailed my rep as I wanted to do this last month but did not hear back.

Hi, I have turned off 3 Client Servers and I want to remove them from my Billing. The Billing screen shows that I have 3 Server licenses and that I am using 0, when I try to reduce the number, I get a popup that says: You are currently using 3 licenses, you need to remove a server before you can decrease the order quantity. I have no problem adding licenses but removal is a problem. I've sent a two emails in the last two months to my Account Manager with no response. Anybody know how to remove the Servers? I recently took one monitored machine down and although I still only see 6 in the Dashboard (what I am licensed for) I keep getting emails about having 7 and over my license. But where/how do I see all the ones registered so I can remove any no longer in use?

Hello, I am not familiar with Linux Debian, but at least I know how to connect into it using Windows CMD Prompt Terminal. I tried to send following command to Debian using Pulseway: ./start.sh without success. should I include root etc? Thank you in advance for your help, btw great app.

hi peeps. im new to this program so i hope you all can forgive me for this question. im using pulseway manager to monitor my pc activity at home when im away. i just cant figure out how to set it up so it will start automatically on windows start. what i tried so far is to put a shortcut of the program on the startup folder. but i found that the pulseway manager menu is showing as launching on the screen. i want it startup discreetly. can anyone show me the way to do it? thanks in advance. btw im using windows 7.

Hey and well ive read about quite alot and I am still clueless on how to set all this up The plan was to monitor my debian server from my main pc and in time my phone (but main pc to start) How do I even start all this? Hi Just running a ping -t command via terminal on a remote device using Pulseway. Normally to halt it I would do Cntl+C to stop it, locally. Can't see how to do this using the Pulseway app. Sorry - have just found the close session command which terminates the Terminal session. Problem solved!

Planning on playing with this more on my personal laptop, but everytime I run the iPhone Apps, it sends me a notification that the server modules evaluation has ended via email and also a notice on the app itself. This happens everytime I open the app or some other notice comes in. If I disabled all the server modules, how come I still get these notices? *Tried to search on this topic, with no luck*

I notice that there are tickets coming from RMM events, such as offline statuses for servers where it takes up far more room than it should. Both the title and the description contain the same information: Only the first line is necessary in the title, or something like, "'MYSERVER' in group 'My Servers' is offline" with the full description within the ticket.

I got everything installed and setup last night. This morning I started looking at the monitor on my iPhone. I navigated to the Hard Disk section and expected to only see information about my drives and functionality statistics, but to my surprise, I saw a listing of every file on my computer! I navigated to a personal folder and saw some very private files; although, I could not open them at all, which is good. This still really concerns me, and I have to ask if any of my file contents are sent to your servers. Is this the case? Thanks, Tony
