When I installed the APK about a month ago on my Android, there were 2 features which were "Webcam" and "Screens". They were removed to be part of the Paid version instead, and that's fine. I just paid for a 5-computer subscription to get those features back, because they are pretty damn useful. I currently have 3 PC's on my PC Monitor network: 1 at work, and 2 at home. On enterprise server I tried to change any settings of a server and I am asked for password. For my account password. I am let go and I can see settings of server. Problem is the server settings are running on different credentials (setup ones) and if I try to change something (like group name) it doesn't take any effect (I guess because it's different setup account).

After updating (I think this is what casues it). I get no screens found message when using the screens function.

I am in the process of testing this software on multiple servers. When you try to use the "VIEW DATABASES" functionality, the browser responds "Loading databases" and eventually times out with an error message "Data not available". This usually occurs within 1 minute. The server is marked as "Offline" within the browser/mobile app and cannot be accessed if you navigate away from the module. The "PC Monitor" service has a status of "Started". If you remain within the module for a couple of minutes the client would respond with the database list and two messages: "Data not available" and "79 databases found" The server would also be marked as available again. Hi I have pc monitor running on mac min os x (8g) and have noticed started to run bit slower .. In Activity Monitor it is shows Process Name "com.mobilepcmonitor.PCMonitorHelper" and Real Mem shows running at 2.47GB therefore taking up most of my memory as other apps are using smaller apps. That I can see I also have pc monitor running on a 4g ram windows pc and all ok. I have shut down and restarted the application on the mac but the memory just goes back up. If any one can advise or if they have same issue please let me know Many Thanks

Hi, I found since last version, that when I shutdown any of the PC's I have, I receive the message "The computer "PCNAME" in group "X" is up and running" (the exact message that I received when I turn them on). Any idea how can I solve it? Thanks in advance,

When I register a new computer on my account, I find an additional (duplicate) entry in the list of computers. In this case, I added a 5th computer to my free account, and now I get a notification that I have registered 6 computers.

I Noticed when using the Dashboard with an 25% (or larger) increased fontsize that every watched computer info gets cutoff, see the attached info. The reason for the choice of larger fontsize is that i hus a FullHD screen and to be able to read the info from a distance i need the larger size .....not an age thing ;-)

Hello Forum, i want to configure a Rule without a notification. Apparently this is not possible, as i can uncheck the checkbox for "Send a notification with priority...", but after the save, the box is checked again. Is this a bug? Greetings Markus

hello its like over a months after your last updates that i dont receive more push notifcations.you stopped to sent push notifications when a pc is up or down, applications uninstalled/installed etc... can you explain why?, thanks iphone 5 ios 6.1.2 pcmonitor 3.8

Yeah.. After 2h or something i get a notfication that the computer is offline (its on hibernate) dont know IF that's a bug or IF it should be so.

My PC does not show up as online any more. When i press the Validate Account button in the PC application i get this error box "Error: Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed." I have restarted the service and the PC, but i doesn't solve the problem. I do have access to the internet via cable and sharing a wireless hotspot for my mobile phone. Any ideas?

PC Monitor app version: 3.9 build 77A2 iOS Version: 6.1.2 (10B146) iOS client - Character escaping in Terminal mode makes redirection and argument quoting impossible It looks like non-alphanumeric characters are being escaped before being executed on the destination server. Attempting to use characters like " or > results in broken commands and error message about "quot" or "gt" not being recognized commands. This prevents me from using IO redirection or replacing text with sed. Thankfully the web client does not have this problem. Still, this is a pretty serve limitation for mobile system administration. Good morning, I woke up today to an alert from PC Monitor that one of our DC's went down in the middle of the night so naturally I remote in and check. System was up just fine but PC monitor was seemingly uninstalled/missing (~\Program Files\PC Monitor contains a "PCMonitorSrv.InstallState" file along with a couple tmp files). We did our deployment of PC monitor yesterday afternoon and didn't seem to notice any problems. Any ideas? This is on a physical box running 08R2. I'm having issues retrieving my password from the website. I know that I'm using the correct username and e-mail because I was able to retrieve my username using my e-mail address. However, when I enter my e-mail and username to retrieve my password it gives me the following error: "Please resolve the following errors Invalid account (1013)." Like I said, I know the account is active because I was able to use my e-mail address to retrieve my username. Any thoughts?

Hi, Raspberry PI has been on for 13 hours with no problem, this morning I received an alert to say its offline from PC monitor, but the PI is still FTP'ing data to a website so is clearly working, can't seem to wake up the PC Monitor agent on the PI, does it have any other self checking ability. This is more of an oddity than anything else, but it appears the group notification counter on the Windows 8 App doesn't work. One group shows six notifications on the group screen, but counting manually from the computers I only count five. A number of other groups show four, but a manual count only shows two. The overall notification count is correct. I checked Windows Phone and iOS and neither of these seem to have the issue. Just thought I would let you know.

We noticed that the website checker does not use a User Agent. This is proposing an issue to us, as our website is configured to not accept connections where no user agent exists. Is there a specific reason that the website checker does not use a User Agent? Is there any possible way to configure to use a user agent? Thanks!

Hi, We are experiencing the following bug and would appreciate some help: We have setup vCenter monitoring on our dedicated Pulseway server to a vCenter server, including notification alerts when warnings/errors are triggered. I can see Pulseway logs in to vCenter periodically to presumably do its health checks from the vCenter eventlog, and from the Pulseway app I can browse the vCenter server and see Warning and Error alarms, however when they are triggered there is no notification in the pulseway app at all. All other notifications are working fine. Please assist as this is proving quite frustrating and the usual troubleshooting (restarting/resetting conf…

Had 3 Win servers crash last night and on reboot they came up Windows Repair! Yikes. Server 2012 R2 Server 2008 R2 Noting that a 2008 R2 standard server is incorrectly identified as Windows 7 In the Pulseway monitor. as a matter of fact I have at least 3 servers that say window7 when they are 2008 R2 Standard!! these servers were setup in veeam as APPLICATION AWARE backups. We reboot few times and no luck with veeam backup. After disabling PULSEWAY client veeam worked fine and no crashes since then. Can you advise. Thanks Clark
