  1. We've discovered that some old installations of the Pulseway app are incorrectly displaying the "This application version is no longer supported, please update it" message. To resolve the issue, you just have to sign in again. Our development team is working on releasing an update that detects this situation and prompts you to re-authenticate automatically. On the Android app, if you don't can't use the "Log out" function, just long press on the app from the home screen and select "Clear storage" and you should be prompted to authenticate when you open the app. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. -Paul

    Dear Support, I tried the Mobile PC Monitor on my machine. It shows always a 0% CPU usage. My processor is a i7 2600K and Mainboard is Asus Maximus IV Extreme P67. Any hints?

  3. Since 24th Jan, when I delete a notification via Pulseway dashboard it come back with same timestamp within in few seconds. However, I am able to delete notifications permanently via the mobile app. Anyone else having the same issue ? Also, for past 2 weeks pulseway ticketing is very slow, when you try to create a new ticket or add notes etc.. the load time is very high.

  4. Hello guys. I am a Mac user administrator and have been trying to use Pulseway platform and for the most of time web interface works ok. I have Mac computers (Desktop and laptops ) deployed in my company and Support and Development team is a joke at Pulseway. I had a really bed experience since we started using the platform since February. I Opened 3 Tickets regarding this issue and since February was not fixed and resolved. Pulseway simpluy ignores and does not take you seriously 9 months passed and i can not use Remote Control or remote host from any of my Mac Computers !.   5. After our new account set up/successful agent installation, I found a Hyper-V (1 system) role created. I cannot delete it or edit it. When I drill down to the actual server involved (which by the way does not play any Hyper-V role in any sense), I get a spinning icon and then a red error message "Data not available". How can I remove or edit the role? Or remove that machine from that particular role? Also is there somewhere in the documentation that outlines the purpose of "Roles" and what I can do with this particular feature?

    Hi Pulseway Support, Since weeks I'm unable to use Remote Desktop for a specific customer through proxy. (Although, I can see that the systems are online etc.) In the settings of Pulseway Manager, I have set the correct proxy. Also, in the debugging logs on the client side the rd request appears to be received, but it still gives me the error (see attachment).   7. I have pulseway 9.9 running on 100+ solar-powered Raspberry Pi B+ (Raspbian Buster). They have been running smoothly for over a year, however within the last month on approx. 30 of them, CPU utilisation has increased from 5%-10% to 95%-100%. Stopping pulseway stops the issue and starting again resumes it. How to go about diagnosing problem?

  8. Hello all, We have agents running over multiple rds environments. Pulseway has patched Net.Framework After this patch Pulseway dashboard is showing those systems as offline but they are up. What ive tried: Executing the PCMonitor.exe is not showing or doing anything Reboot rds servers Restarting service PCMonitorsrv.exe in services, is giving me this error: 'Windows could not start the Pulseway service on Local Computer / Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.     Hi Is there a way to set up an alert when the custom title stops working or starts to error? We use a tile that connects to an external web host to install our AV/EDR, but it has started saying "Failed to Download" and didn't give an error other than in Title list Ux. Regards

  11. I dont get it it seems more frequent untested updates Pulseway releases things getting worse and out of hand! As of October 16 I stopped receiving Notifications in iOS notification Pulseway App !! I relly on them 99.9% of all my time during a day! It is really important to me to receive them as i used to on my iOs app!. I work in a field a lot and they save and notify me about problems when i am on the go.! I created a support ticket and 2 weeks go unanswered ! i no longer receive Notifications ! Please fix it ASAP my business relies on them ! Anybody else have the same issue!? P.S. a temporaily fix …

  13. After changing the internal IP on a client's network, I can no longer connect to the workstations using the Remote Control. I still can connect through the command prompt and PowerShell. All those machines are Windows 10/11. However, I can still Remote Control the Windows Server 2019 server. Always getting this error: Any ideas?

  14. The title/header in the notification for automatic reboot genereated by the patch managments settings looks off. If the entire prompt could be more descriptive and say how many updates have been installed, must be restarted before <end date & time>. "You need to restart your computer. Your computer have been updated according to the company patch policy and needs to be restarted before to complete the updates. (3) Updates installed, choose to restart the computer now or schedule it for a later. Restart will automatically be done <date & time> if not performed earlier."     The active alerts widget on the dashboard is not updating and previously deleted notifications are still counted on the graph. Clicking on it will not show any new notifications.

  17. Since the upgrade to 9.7 i am unable to change profiles and save the changes i have made. When i press the save button, i get the following dialog screen: The same happens when i try to duplicate a profile, change it and press the create button. Same dialog screen is shown. If i go through the process of selecting a folder, creating a new folder called 'test' and selecting create, it proceeds as expected. it saves the profile, but does NOT create a separate profile folder called 'test'. After removing Sophos from a Windows 11 Pro laptop and adding Windows Defender as a replacement, the Security tab under a device shows both security solutions as being active: I checked both the "Program Files" and "Program Files (X86)" folder and removed a single, empty Sophos folder, just to be sure. There are no processes active on the laptop for Sophos. It seems like it just shows the 'ghost' of Sophos.

  19. in the dashboard if i refine the scope it doesn't for example refine by MacOS and its still showing windows PCs also if i set group filtering it wont work, it just makes no devices visible (Group name and Case are correct)

    Tested on Windows devices any agent version, when we try to see the screen of a PC, we only get part of the display when the scaling is not set to 100%. Usually, it's 125% or 150% on laptop screens. The full screen is displayed if the resolution scale is set to 100%. This screenshot should show the full screen regardless of the scaling setting

  23. Hello all, We are having an issue when we add new systems to Pulseway using the custom iso installer in that it doesn't seem to acknowledge that the system is newly added. Because of this PW doesn't run the workflow designed to run at install and it's creating quite a hassle for us seeing as we set up about 100 computers a year. It worked without any issues up until recently. We'd run the iso, PW would see the newly added system, and the workflow would be triggered. Now, we run the iso, the system is still added to PW, but nothing happens. There is no notification that the system has been added nor is the workflow triggered. If I then manually run the same ins…

  24. So I've asked this question several times and I can't get an answer, so here I go again. Why doesn't and when will Pulseway support patching 3rd Party Apps on Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022? We've subscribed to 3PP however when we purchased it we didn't know that it doesn't work on those 2 OS. Whenever I as ask I'm told to use "Custom Titles" or submit a feature request. Why should I have to use Custom Titles if we've paid for 3PP and isn't 3PP a feature of the Pulseway patch management product? I just need to know if and when this is coming or should I start looking for a better product... hopefully I can get a straight answer. Thank you.
