Posted May 22May 22 I have S.M.A.R.T. disk error notification enabled as critical for all our Windows machines but I have one machine that has a failing SSD according to CrystalDiskinfo but no notification was sent/reported with Pulseway. Is there a known issue with S.M.A.R.T. disk error notifications? Or is there a configuration error I made?
May 28May 28 Administrators Hey @compsmith - Thanks for reaching out. Can you check and see if the monitoring policy of the S.M.A.R.T. alert is assigned to the device? Navigate to devices > device list > policies > (refer to the image)
June 16Jun 16 Author Yes it is enabled on all servers and workstations.This particular server has SMART warnings in CrystalDiskinfo, no warnings in Pulseway
