We like to monitor desktops but will want to have them on quiet mode, where notifications get logged but will not pop up on the phone (critical events only) Past two nights I missed a critical server notification because it was covered by the desktop once. We will continue to use pulseway for desktops if there's a quiet mode otherwise it just doesn't make sense to have servers and desktops together. Cheers

Instead of MB for ram usage there could be a setting in the Pulseway app to show GB instead of MB. When you have so much ram it’s a little tricky to try to convert MB to GB. https://imgur.com/a/nTrBkAG

  3. We have need to be able to create a time entry related to administrative or etc items that do not have an associated task or project and do not wnat to have to create and or leave a task/project open indefinitely for administrative or etc processes, but would like to be able to track that time.

  4. Hello dear Pulseway team, today I noticed that the navigation with the keyboard is inconsistent (or at least it felt a bit off) when adding notifications for Performance Counters. The numbers indicate the next option each time i pressed Tab. Cycling through the menu works fine, but "Cancel" (2) as the second option, when starting from "Name:" (1) seems wrong. Maybe remove the description (4) as a target for Tab-cycling? Also I noticed that Ctrl+Backspace (delete whole preceding word) doesn't work in here, it just adds rectangle (symbol) to the text. Behaves the same in Name: (1) and Value (6) and Minutes (7). This is also true for other textb…

Can we expect to see a new reporting template soon?

I would like Pulseway to automatically adjust the number of licenses as I add or delete computers and servers. At the end of the month this could then automatically be added (or deleted if you remove clients) from the bill. As it is now its a problem to always have to buy or delete licenses manually as I go along. I dont want to buy a lot of extra licenses that I dont use just to have some in reserve in case i add a couple of clients. Also, I was locked out from admin center one time when I had one server license to little and had forgotten to adjust. That was a bit stressful as I needed to change something and could not figure out why I was blocke out at first.

Perhaps I'm missing the feature or the request, but can we have Pulseway tell us how long a system has been offline? At some point it stops counting the days and it just says "offline". Would be great for culling systems that get missed in the turnover.

  8. As my tasks grow, I have no idea which ones are scheduled to run without editing each one. Imagine if there were 100 of them.

Hi, Please can you add a Group Task for Terminal or Powershell. You already have the option to for the above on individual devices. Can you not just enable it so it will repeat the task on all devices in the group? This would give so much power to IT admins wanting to update lots of PCS in a group. At the moment we have to go into each PC to run the Terminal or Powershell command. Thanks Phil

  10. I'd like to request that when we hover the cursor over the title of a ticket in the queue/view that it enables us to see the latest activity of that ticket, whether is is an internal note from a technician, or a reply from a customer etc

  11. hello i want ask how i can stopped the monitoring alerts windows updates , we want notifications without alerts message, is this possible? is possible use a workflow with for windows updates? is very nice for us when we can run a workflow for critical Windows updates and for important Windows updates. The best scenario is a query for - critical Windows updates then do this .. and for important Windows updates this ...

  13. When users submit a ticket, it would be useful to be able to take action based of that ticket item. This would allow simple scripts to be run based on user request input if it matches criteria.

I'm evaluating Pulseway. It could potentially replace multiple tools for us. The price is right and the functionality seems competitive. However, the dashboards are... abysmal. I was just reading a thread from 2 years ago requesting a dashboard widget that shows systems that need updates. It's still not there. I honestly expected to find that Pulseway was a new product, or at least that dashboards were a new feature, but after 2 years I would expect them to be much more mature. Things I'd like to see: Update Health widget (X number of computers need critical updates) Storage widget (for instance an individual file server) Service health (port xxxx…

  15. I would like to see additional 3rd Party Patching Options made available, specifically one that I would find useful in my own environment would be Microsoft Power BI. Currently this is a product that we must manually patch through PDQDeploy, as Microsoft doesn't offer any type of automated update of this product through things like WSUS/Windows Update. They no longer offer a .msi download (only .exe) so I can't configure it as a Custom Title.

  16. Create Tasks unrelated to a project and allow them to be picked up/assigned direct through tasks in all tasks view.

  17. Some competitors (datto) offer the ability for users to access scripts/software installs directly from their tray icon. This feature would greatly decrease overhead for things like software installs and common tasks.

Hi There, What would be nice is if an update fails (win updates or 3th party) we can make an trigger to show the fail on the dashboard. Cant find this anywhere at this moment.

It would be nice to have an fully integrated back-up solution. This for the following 1. Microsoft 365 (and other look a likes) 2. Local back-up to the cloud. If we can push an back-up agent through our pulseway management for the local back-up of server and workstations to our devices it would be nice. Also if we can setup the Microsoft365 back-up via Pulseway would be great. We are seaching for one platform where we have full control. What are the options at this moment?

  20. We setup some SQL query based notifications on one our servers yesterday and when it fired I noticed that at the bottom of the alert it said: Note: Another notification for this filter will be sent only after this notification is deleted. I know there are other types of alerts that won't refire on their own unless they are reset (I believe disk, mem and cpu are the same). It would be nice if all these types of alerts that need to be manually reset carried this additional note at the bottom as a reminder as I don't think they currently do.

  22. I'd like to request that when in a queue or a view, we are able to change status / assign tickets from the queue / views dashboard by left clicking the relevant section, and being able to change it from here, for instance left clicking the status, and it bring a drop down of all ticket statuses so I can then change it, or left clicking assignee, and being able to add an assignee straight from there. In the morning we typically have a number of tickets in the helpdesk, so being able to quickly view the ticket title normally enables me to then be able to close / assign tickets there and then, without having to go into each individual ticket If you require more in…

Currently the interface allows us to run a script which is great, but it would be more useful to have an interactive interface that allowed us to operate as if we were on the system.

  24. Started by Austin,

It would be nice to have a role/ integration into Windows Group policy. Be able to view, change, and apply policies to managed machines.

  25. Currently we can only place a device into 'Maintenance mode' if it is online. Devices which are offline do not have the command option to do so. Every other RMM I've used has this capability. A workaround would be to create a separate group with its own policies and then move the offline device into there, but that is convoluted and not ideal.
