Maybe it could be possible in the future to choose an option: ask a user permission when taking over a Terminal Server user in the Remote Desktop Client tool.

Hi Guys, We've been using Pulseway for years, great product. One thing we could do with is the ability to monitor Arcserve UDP backups, nothing fancy just an alert to tell us if a backup has failed and possibly why it failed. I'm fairly sure Arcserve publish a full api guide. Thanks

We do IT for multiple company. (Managed Services) Maybe a idea to scan all devices in the network and do a audit of the found devices? And then make a rapport out of the outcome? So we can present it to the company and show them what they got of hardware and software.

We currently use Pulseway to manage/monitor our clients' servers & critical infrastructure and would REALLY like to roll it out to all of our supported computers. The only thing holding us back is the current User Support Request functionality. Currently for user desktop management we're using Soluto (the future of which is extremely uncertain) which has the excellent feature of turning the F8 button into a hotkey that users can press to instantly send Support a message and a screenshot. This makes the entire process of getting in contact with support frictionless for users and they love it - we receive over 60% of our support tickets through this channel. Pul…

Many of our clients run on Workgroups and so we can't centrally manage updates with WSUS. Pulseway gives us a good way to install updates, but it can be laborious individually pushing the updates on each computer - it would be much better if updates could be checked/pushed for a whole group at once.

I've been testing Pulseway out for a few weeks now and have about 2 weeks before my trial expires. So far, I really like Pulseway and what it does, but I'm very concerned that there are tons of features for monitioring windows servers and there's quite a bit that can be configured for linux (I haven't dug into this yet), but the OS X daemon seems to be lacking in features. Why can't we monitoring services on Macs? I don't see services or scheduled tasks for Macs. For Mac servers (using Apple's server app) I would think it should be pretty simple to integrate with status off the server app. There are a ton of console commands for "serveradmin" that return sta…

Hi MMSOFT, Would you please prioritize in the near feature to exclude "BACKUP" and "RESTORE" statements from the "Send a notification when a SQL Query is executing for more than ..." notification. It is a bit annoying to get notifications on backup of large databases every day. Thank you very much for a very good and flexible program. Best Regards, Martin Stevnhoved

Is it posible to make: scheduled patch update for a specific group and also make a notification for that to the computers in the group so the users do not turn off the computers and after the update an automatic shutdown of the computers. Or is this something that is posible when scripting is enabled in pulseway? Regards, Dave (The Netherlands)

When chatting to customers over Pulseway it comes up with the computer name. It would be useful if this could be changed manually or automatically to the technician name.

Hello, Sometimes I have to watch my clients through the pulseway remote desktop, however I tend to multitask with other scripting / programming. I would be nice to have a option in the Pulseway Remote Desktop to view only.

I was wondering if you had on the roadmap or if you could add the possiblity of doing SAML connections for use with single sign on, and if you guys had any plans to do MFA using Google Authenticator, RSA, or Duo Security, etc.? I love the product and the capability of using it mobile, but it would be great to enhance both the web and mobile apps with added security.

Any chances you guys would consider building a desktop applet that has the look and feel of the phone app? Real quick navigation always on etc. The web portal is nice but when you are consistently on the road using the phone applet stopping and opening the desktop web portal seams clunky to me. 90% of the time I will return to the phone app (Android) to perform the usual commands. In our case we have a Rds shared apps that locks up users periodically and we quickly log in and disconnect the user. This function is painful on the web interface. Too many clicks besides the fact it is constantly disconnecting you. The web interface is great for updating and cr…

I am trying to setup Pulseway to send me a notification every time my NPS Radius Server (Windows 2008R2) generates a Access-Reject packet. The purpose of this setup is to know when someone fails authentication on cisco ipsec gateway (I use NPS to auth VPN users against Active Directory.) The "NPS Authentication Clients" counter has an "Access-Rejects" that increments on each event, however I can't set a notification because the only "Value Comparator" options are to check if "greater/less than/equal" to the value. What is needed is a new "comparator" that has a checkbox that says "value incremented". Any thoughts?

A few things I think are missing: 1. Basic support for Microsoft DHCP/DNS. 2. NPS notifications for radius login etc 3. Windows firewall with advanced security. edited: removed services (I didn't realize this feature already exists, I just had to enable it)

If the monitoring system (Win, OSX) Pulseway Manager password is locked against changes are seen all settings, but they are disable. If triggered locked Pulseway Manager, there would be only the password field, and after successful login would only previewed the settings window. Thus, it is seen though disable many important settings and end user would not know what it is set. Perhaps just as it should ESET ideal. He can not even uninstall without a password. TY, RK

(Before I get in to the post, I wanted to thank everyone for their hard work creating PCM plugins. It is amazing what can be accomplished while I'm working off of the tablet and getting a late night caffeine fix a local cafe. Simply amazing). I handle Windows (OS, Microsoft apps, third party) patch management for around 200 machines. I also have a WSUS setup at home for the machines at the house. There are are few statistics and alerts that require quicker response than the normal monthly update cycle. For example: * Machine(s) that have not reported to WSUS after XX days * Machine(s) with XX pending updates or higher * New machine in Unassigned Computers …

It would be great if the capability to run and view results of remote network diagnostics from a host computer was added. Thing such as: - Ping - Traceroute - SpeedTest (via Ookla)

Often times we will install a new application during production hours that will warrant a restart post-production. Right now, we place calendar reminders to restart. It would be much better / easier to schedule restarts from inside the application post-production.
