I recently installed Pulseway, and for some reason it has or one of it's setting has corrupted my internet settings. I have Windows 7 x64 ultimate (with a VPN) on all my machines. What is happening is my adapters say I have Internet connection. I can see this activity via Glasswire (great ap also!) I can Torrent as well. However, when it comes to browser traffic it is intermittent at best or not available period. I have been reading through this forum and have discovered that Pulseway uses port 443, which is part of internet traffic, I think my question is.. is there any way to separate this traffic so Pulseway does not keep changing my Internet Options to using a proxy, …

Hey forum, When I click "Next" to start the installation of an agent on a certain machine, I immediately get the error "The installer was interrupted before Pulseway could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again." However, it doing it again does not change anything. Any ideas? - Jaapyse

I am in the process of testing the software and have a question regarding the SQL Server module. Is it possible to monitor/control multiple instances of MS SQL Server on the same machine? From what I can see, the setup does not allow for this.

Hi, I just added AV to my account but I'm having lots of problems with it. it installs fine but it wont update to latest def/version. I have left the pc's running over night updating and still no luck. I uninstalled all old av before I installed and lost count how many times I have rebooted the pc's now Anyone any ideas Martin

Something has changed in Kaspersky client version - 10.3.3.275 It is blocking the edit of a config file in the Users Apddata local folder - causing the app to crash This works with earlier versions of Kaspersky (10.2.5.3201) Excluding folders and applications etc makes no difference. The only thing that works is to reboot the server - having told Kasperksy not to run at all - then all is fine. Help please ! Thanks

We have a Heuristic warning be shown up in various places - always for the same file. Its been tested against a large number of AV engines and come up clean so pretty sure its a false positive. HEUR:Trojan.MSIL.Crypt.gen How do we report this to Kaspersky to get them to fix it? It seems that as it is bought through you we have no direct way of contacting them - is that correct? Thanks

Hi, I've just installed this on a server as a test - all seemed to go very smoothly - and looks like a nice integrated solution. Slight issue in that I tested with EICAR virus (which it reported nicely ..) But to delete the notification in Kaspersky on the server I need a username and pwd - I tried my pulseway one - it says default user name is KLAdmin But so far I've not found a combination that works ! Hi all, i just updated 2 systems to the latest Windows 10 1903 update. Now KAV will not install anymore. We needed to delete the installation of KAV because of the new update (Some conflict at the update on both computers) After installing the new windows 1903 release the Pulseway Webapp is telling at the KAV section "Missing Agent" Does anyone noticed this also and has an solution?

Hi there, We've recently set up Policies to use on all of our servers. We have nightly/weekly reboots on some of the servers within each group. We would like to know if there's a way to have Maintenance windows on a server level basis? Not all servers in a group are rebooted at the same time each week so we wouldn't want to miss any notifications. Thanks in advance

Good morning. I'd tried to install PC Monitor on a 32 bit Windows Server 2003, but Trend Micro antivirus has blocked installation. Now I have PC Monitor service installed but not started, and only this. I tried to reinstall but I got "error 1001 service already exist". How can I remove manually service so I can do a fresh installation? Thanks in advance. Luca

I have a weird fluctuation of memory usage of PCMonitorsrv depending on the server. Nothing huge and I'm pretty sure it has to do with what all it is monitoring on said server. But right now my mem usage from PCmon ranges from 24MB on a server to 124MB on another. What is everyone reading mem usage wise? NOTE: Again, not an issue as the servers have tons of RAM...more curious

Recently migrated my Pro account to RMM. It didnt migrate any of the organizations, sites, groups.... That sucks. I'm getting lots of nuisance notifications now. The most common one is the "Windows Time service has stopped on the computer 'x' ". 1-5 notifications per day per PC. As far as I can tell time service is working on the PCs but must occasionally must fail. could be occasional issues with time.windows.com or during startup/shutdown? Not sure. its super annoying. cant figure out how to exclude the time service from monitoring. any help would be appreciated.

When installing: PCMonitor_x86.msi on a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition server I receive the following error: "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. Hi All, I'm trying to configure Pulseway on a virtual Server 2008 R2 box however when trying to set hardware alerts for things like HDD useage the field just appears blank. When I then go to try and setup a hardware monitor that list also appears blank. Obviously the server itself picks up the hardware or it wouldn't work. I know that it works in a virtual environment as I'm using it to monitor another virtualised server with no issues, including disk space. Has anyone else experienced this or got any fixes to try? Hi, I'm trying to setup pulseway to monitor a UNC path and when that path is no longer available to send me a notification. The problem is that I CANNOT ping the path due to security reasons so I will have to use UDP to watch the path. I cannot find where to do this. Ive tried the ping options with no luck. Any ideas will greatly be appreciated. Thank You Tony

I have using Pulseway to monitor 40 servers, most of them are HP Proliant. One of my big issues for 3 years old server is the hard drive fails. Does Pulseway support monitoing Raid status so that I can net notice/warning when HDD failing. If so, how to set it up?

Hi, Long time user just for my home systems and just built a new gaming rig and installed Pulseway and as per the title am unable to set a notification for any hardware monitoring on the CPU, which is an I7 6700k ? I've installed Pulseway and rebooted but no joy? Running on Windows 8.1 Pro adn when viewing the new device in Pulseway monitoring it show the CPU usage (%) and the BIOS version etc. but unable to add the notifications? I know both the Motherboard (MSI Z170 M7) and CPU (Intel i7 6700k Skylake) are very new, so is it just an update of Pulseway needed or am I missing something ?
