I've tried to enable "Allow sending files by email" in File browser settings, and tried to connect it with my Gmail account. Unortunatly every setting's i've tried, failed. i've used this settings: Server Adress : smtp.gmail.com Server Port: 465 i gave my user login and password, and type my email adress in "From email adress" field. I have enabled IMAP protocol in my gmail account. I've no idea what am I doing wrong?

Hi again, I'm having difficulty in lunching a software.exe from one of my monitored PC's desktop via Terminal using the following command: START software.exe /max of software.exe START /max the prompt gets back to me with a blank replay (looking like it has lunched the software.exe). Hello All, I have PC monitor installed on a home system and the remote app on Android. I'd like to be notified when Windows goes into battery mode via UPS. I want to receive a notification that it's on UPS and how much battery power is remaining. I'm not using the Parachute suite. I didn't want the overhead of another app. Is it a service that I have to tell PC monitor to alert me too once the service changes conditions? Thanks for your time & attention..

I installed the x86 version and had no errors during install. Yet, the service will not start on the PC. I have checked the services to verify that is it listed and it is NOT. Upon uninstalling, an error came up as unable to uninstall since no service is listed. I re-installed the program, again with no errors, with the same issue resulting of the service not starting. Any ideas?! Have looked through registry but nothing stands out as obvious. Thanks!

Hi, For a while i was monitoring the VSS service on our exchange server, I no longer need to monitor this service so i have deselected it from the manager software, however PC monitor still informs me when the the service stops/starts. anyone know how to resolve this? cheers

Hello we have a PC that has been showing offline for over 3 weeks now even though its is on, i assumed there was a problem with PC monitor and follwoing other posts on this forum decided it may be best to uninstall and reinstall but when i try to uninstall from Add/Remove Programs i recieve the following error and it will not uninstall; Error 1001. Unable to get installer types in the C:\Programs Files\PC Monitor\PCMonitorSrv.exe assembley. --> Unable to load one or more of the requested types, Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information. This system is a Windows 7 32bit Any Help would be appreciated.

When installing: PCMonitor_x86.msi on a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition server I receive the following error: "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." Please advise. Thank you, Carl Petito

The server I added yesterday to PC monitor has been showing offline since late last night. The software installed without any problems, the service is running and everything seems fine from the server side but it still shows offline in the monitors (Application, phone and online). I've restarted the service, turned off the firewall and redownloaded and reinstalled the software to no avail. It was working fine yesterday when I installed it but now, nothing. What am I missing here?

I am in the process of testing the software and have a question regarding the SQL Server module. Is it possible to monitor/control multiple instances of MS SQL Server on the same machine? From what I can see, the setup does not allow for this.

the phone is samsung galaxy s 2 i'm ticking all the notificfation options and nothing when i run the test it's fine. i'm getting the alert. but i'm testing by unplugging the network cable for 2 minutes and nothing (i see in the program on the phone and website that the computer is offline). the option for offline monitoring for servers is ticked. what to do?

Hi all, Really liking this a lot! Definitely something I'm going to put forward at work (60/70+ servers). Obviously need a subscription to do screen view and probably going to get one for my home so I can test properly but in the mean time... so I can really sell it at work has anyone or can anyone point me in the right direction to set up and screenshots of screen view? As this would be a prime feature for what we're after! Also, like logmein is there the possibility to swap screens? We'll probably consider putting this app on a few PC's, most of which are dual/triple screens? Thanks, Ollie

Hello, I'm monitoring 40 computers with MPM. All works great and I'm very happy with the product. There is 1 thing I'm missing tbh. Thats multiple screen vieuws. Whats the best way to monitor the temperature of the server room? We don't monitor of the temperature and I'm worried that the equipment in our server room might overheat one day and we wont have enough time to make the correct action to cool the room and save the equipment. Thanks

Hi, can PC Monitor be used through a web proxy? Does it use the proxy settings configured in Windows, or will it try to send traffic directly to the PCM servers via the network gateway? We have a requirement to install behind a firewall on a network where web access is strictly controlled via a proxy server only. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Good morning. I'd tried to install PC Monitor on a 32 bit Windows Server 2003, but Trend Micro antivirus has blocked installation. Now I have PC Monitor service installed but not started, and only this. I tried to reinstall but I got "error 1001 service already exist". How can I remove manually service so I can do a fresh installation? Thanks in advance. Luca

Hi, Just installed and bought a 3 comp licence, and I have a quite disturbing issue. I cant see my system in web app or ios apps. I still can receive mail or push notifications, i can read reports, but system loos like to be invisible.... I had no issue installing pcmonitor on a fresh 8.1 pro win. No firewall or antivirus installed for testing and same result Validation of account is ok and service running without problem. Thanks for help guys

is there a specific setup required for auto update to work? both on the dashboard and windows manager our products dont update themselves, so i have to manually do them each time you release an update! wouldnt mind if it was only a few, but we have 80 clients!

Hi All of our monitored servers are showing as offline on the dashboards. In addition to that, when we try and validate our account details within the Pulseway Manager client, we get the following error message: "An error occurred while making the HTTP request to https://ws15.pulseway.com/Server.svc. This could be due the fact that the server certificate is not configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case. This could also be caused by a mismatch of the security binding between the client and the server." Our current client version is 4.4.1 (build 5275) running on a variety of Windows servers. Stadler

Hi, Today I get notification that server is offline. I connected to machine via remote desktop and everything looks ok, server has internet connection but i can't validate my account in Pulseway Manager. I get timeout error (screenshot in attachment). No changes were made in firewall. Pulseway is working properly on different server in same location/data center. Adam

I'm new to Pulseway and need to deploy it to a number of customer servers, hand-configuring each one is going to take quite a bit of time, and the group policies section does not provide configuration of server modules. Can I customize pulseway.pcmcfg and use it as a new installation template? Am I able to trim down the config file to only the items I need to change/configure?
