I had installed Pulseway and then wanted to delete it but I was not able to find Pulseway in the control panel uninstall feature and so I tried manually uninstalling files but that also did not work. I tried running the .msi installer again but an error came up saying that Pulseway is already installed but it still was not showing up. Please help me with this.

We are taking snapshots of our server, but when we create (or restore) new server from that snapshot we are getting swarmed by conflicting Pulseway notifications. So I can't install the Pulseway Agent on a Windows 2019 Server. I installed it on 21 servers, but on this one fails. The error "The installer was interrupted before Pulsenay could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again." I tried installing the certificate, it changed nothing.

When trying to install the Pulseway .msi on a Win10 OS I receive the following error message and the installer closes out. "This advertised application will not be installed because it might be unsafe…change the installation user interface option of the package to basic" What can I do to correct this error? Thanks

I am new to Pulseway, and have noticed that when I deploy manually by downloading the .msi and running as a local admin that the Pulseway Manager shortcuts get added to the desktop and the start menu. However, if I use a probe and deploy via mass deployment that the agent still gets deployed but without any shortcuts. Is there a way to replicate this behavior (no shortcuts) when running locally? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hell,can some one explain to me what pulsewayaddonmanager.exe is/does? and is there a way to disable it? i noticed after the last update one more running process witch i don't need if it can be disabled and view just the basic info about my pc

More and more, we purchase laptops and get them delivered directly to end-users. As par of their initial setup instructions. we send them the URL for the correct group so they can download and install the agent. However the process is quite chatty. Would someone know the syntax for URLdeployment for silent installation? Is there also some sort of flag in the syntax to disable the user to open the agent and change settings themselves? Thanks

Hi I have created a Patch Policy, and when to Agent Status, selected a Scope or Group (I tried both) and then assigned the policy However, if new agents are installed and part of the correct Scope or Group, they do not get the policy assigned. The Status shows as 'Not Assigned' What is the correct way to ensure that any new agent installation gets the correct patch management policy automatically without any manual intervention? Thanks

I am testing new endpoint policies and testing inheritance on some of the different scopes/groups I have deployed. I am still waiting for my test endpoint device to adopt the applied endpoint policy(s). Is there a way to force the PCMonitorManager to check the see if a new endpoint policy has been applied?

I have a VM agent that failed, I've tried to reinstall, but I get the 'Error 1001. The specified service already exists'. The program doesn't show up in windows programs to remove. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Seemed pretty simple to set this up in the Pulseway Manager (9.2) Application on Windows (target PC). Sending the test eMail worked perfectly. I then tried sending a file from the web application (running on a different windows machine) - email pick don't even show up. Only Delete & Cancel are shown. Restarted Pulseway service on target machine - email pick not shown Complete reboot of target machine - email pick not shown Next tried the mobile client on Android (version 12) - email pick not shown So does this feature really work? I have no problem sending / receiving the test email but no chance to even try sending files.

Error states: You have a policy for this group that doesn't allow the system addon command to be executed. Where would I look to change this policy? I have looked under configuration - orginizations and found the correct group. Where am I to find the setting to change under the policies located here?

A fresh install of the Pulseway Remote Desktop Client on a brand-new Windows 11 laptop gives me this error: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel. The first time I installed this app, I had no issues, but after a few months, this message started appearing. I was able to fix it after messing with certificates and uninstalling/reinstalling a few times with Revo. Are we not at the point where installing this app will take care of installing all necessary certificates, configs, etc? What is the best way to resolve this error?

Wondering if there's a way I can pause patching without completely disabling patching. In light of the Crowdstrike issue that just happened, I'm curious if I can just pause patching in the patch management portion of Pulseway RMM. I don't want to take away the patch policy because it enables me to stop Windows updates from happening by themselves or allowing the end users to run them.

Hi All! Does anyone know what to do about the Google Update Services? We have added the policy profile "All Auto-Started Services Notifications" to our servers, which works just fine. The problem is, that Google renames their update service every time, they update Google, making it virtually imporssible not to disable notifications on my iPhone, as it keeps me up all night. I was hoping, that it was possible to use a wildcard character, ignoring the current build number in the Google update service. Something like Google* Regards, Morten

There is no pulsway service running Nothing installed in either program files nor program files X86 tried the net stop "PC Monitor" and sc delete "PC Monitor" came back with nothing to stop. We are very happy with Pulseway, but have noticed an interaction we are trying to fix. We recently moved to AutoPilot/Intune for shipping out laptops and having them get automatically configured. We are pushing out the pulseway client and its working well. However, we want Pulseway to NOT manage windows updates, only 3rd party applications. Right now, both Intune and Pulseway are setup to manage windows updates, and the rules are not playing nicely together. Is there a way to tell the Patch management to ignore windows updates, and only care about 3rd party applications?

I had to reload my counters with a command in order to get CPU readings at all. I got that working, but now the only accurate CPU reading is the CPU tab.
