Wondering if there's a way I can pause patching without completely disabling patching. In light of the Crowdstrike issue that just happened, I'm curious if I can just pause patching in the patch management portion of Pulseway RMM. I don't want to take away the patch policy because it enables me to stop Windows updates from happening by themselves or allowing the end users to run them.

PC keeps waking up after the latest update Any idea?!

Hey Ive found that since I installed pc monitor on my windows 7 pc, it keeps waking up from hibernation at round 1-1.30am every day. I don't know if this is due to pcmonitor or just a coincidence and something else is doing it. Is there any way I can get it to log every call/command which is run through pcmonitor, so I can see if it is something pcmonitor is executing, or something more intrinsic with my pc Thanks

Hello all, We've been running PC Monitor Enterprise here and everything is working correctly, however, the server only allows us to open the Server Administrator application if you are running it as the user that installed it. We have several server admins here who need to be able to run this, and the account that installed the software is my personal domain account, not a shared account. I'd rather not have to reinstall under a shared service account, so I thought I would check here first to see if there is a way to either give out permissions to other admins or if this is a bug with a fix. Hi all, I have 3 kids at school all of which have the Windows 8 Surface (Windows RT). Is there a Pc Monitor Agent I can run on these? I seem to be only able to find the PC Monitor in the Windows Store however this does not allow me to see these computers from my PC running the Dashboard. Thanks in advance Cameron

I am running Windows 7 x64, I recently used my iPad to remove two accounts from monitoring. I am trying to open the desktop monitoring program to make some changes to one computer and it fails to open. I have rebooted, removed, reinstalled and rebooted again to no avail. The service is running but the monitoring program won't open. The dashboard program opens fine though. Markos

Hi, can PC Monitor be used through a web proxy? Does it use the proxy settings configured in Windows, or will it try to send traffic directly to the PCM servers via the network gateway? We have a requirement to install behind a firewall on a network where web access is strictly controlled via a proxy server only. Thanks in advance for your advice.

If I use Group Policy to push out a configuration change to PCM clients via registry, does PCM automatically start using the new configuration, or do I need to bump the PCM service, or open & close the GUI?

Tried to download the Windows Monitor x64 for my Windows Server 2008 R2. After downloading Windows claims that "The signature of PCMonitor_x64.msi is corrupt or invalid" and would not let me install the MSI file. Never had such a warning from another program that I have installed, so I hesitated to install that agent. Is it me or has the file a problem? BR Edmund

Hi, we have problem with CPU Usage of PCMonitorSrv.exe. On one server this process uses about 30% CPU. I tried to restart service and server, but it is still same. Do you have any idea, where is problem? Thank you very much.

Hi, I am trying to setup this ping monitor for like 30 ips, i already put it at 1000ms and 1 min, but it keeps on saying pinging error. When I do a continuous ping in command prompt the results are fine.

I'm looking to automate a lot more of my server update routines and part of that includes putting PCmonitor into Maint mode and then when the schedule is complete pulling it out of maint mode. I'm hoping there are powershell scripts to do this as the machines in question are Live and cant be downed every week so a monthly schedule is all can utilise otherwise I would have used the built in schedule service in the gui Though if there is a switch that can change this into a monthly view that would be great, ideally the 3rd Wednesday of the month so as to give Patch Tuesday a week to have the major bugs ironed out Any help greatly appreciated. A bit of introduction: I'm a happy user of Pulseway Manager. I use Pulseway Manager Enterprise (but for this topic it doesn't really matter). I manage quite large deployment with 250 Pulseway monitored machines. Someone else installed (via GPO) and did some basic setup. After running basic setup for a while, someone else changed some settings and tweaked it a bit. Finally ... again someone said lets change things around... This got me to this point... I have to change: CPU For all servers CPU > 90% for 30minutes > CRITICAL RAM RAM on 1 HOST – 5% for 30 min > CRITICAL Disable Low RAM on VM's Disable Low RAM in Azure …

Hi When I install Webroot from the within pulseway it shows as installed but there is no trace of webroot on the target PC? It also does not show up in the webroot console which leads me to believe that while pulseway says it is installed it clearly is not? Target PC is Windows 7 Pro. I have uninstalled both WR and PW in the hope that a reinstall would work. Reinstalled pulseway and WR not showing up on the target PC or WR console. Never had problems installing before !! Hi there, I'm wondering if someone here could help me out. I was just installing Pulseway on a server and the installer crashed part way through. So now the service is on the server (but not running) but the rest of the application is not. So if I re-run the installer it detects the presence of the service and stops, saying that Pulseway is already installed. But I can't start the service because it detects that the program files are not there. Likewise, because the program files are not there Windows doesn't show Pulseway as a program I can uninstall if I wanted to clear everything out to get a clean start. Can anyone suggest a way forward for me here?

Hi, I have managed to install the general PC Monitor apps on my desktop computer, laptop computer and my mobile phone. All of these are running windows 8. However I believe I have to install the agent software also and when I try to install this on my desktop and laptop it just comes up with an error saying "There is a problem with this installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run". I have downloaded it a few times now to make sure it's not corrupted in any way but to no avail. I am trying to run the 64 bit version. How should one upgrade to 3.7 in WinXP? I tried sending an upgrade command from my Android app and nothing happened. I also tried downloading the latest Windows Agent from the website and the install process would close on its own after executing. Afterwards, it still shows 3.6. What gives? Thanks in advance.

I've installed the connector but when I check my add-ins, the Pulseway PSA Outlook Extension is inactive with the load behavior of: Not Loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in. I've tried checking the box to enable it. I've tried restarting Outlook. I've tried restarting the PC. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugin. Where should I go from here?

I have installed the Outlook sync addin to sync my PSA events and service calls with Outlook calendar. It sorta works but not really. 1st problem: It injects HTML code into the Outlook subject like this example: <span style="font-family: Calibri;">Client: Fred's Paving<br /> Location: Office - Artesian<br /> Ticket Number: 20180321-1<br /> Ticket Title: Upgrade Susie's PC to Windows 10</span> 2nd problem: I set it to sync every 5 mins. Everytime it syncs, I get a duplicate copy of calendar entries (service calls) into Outlook. Every time sync runs, I get another copy. Not really functional....

Is there any way to automate on a schedule the importing of customers from Quickbooks to the PSA? I know invoices are automatic, why not customers? Thanks, Steve
