Jamie Taylor Posted September 24, 2021 Posted September 24, 2021 Deploy BitDefender antivirus to your endpoints with just the level of protection you need, all with one click. Additional In app support for Bitdefender Endpoint Detection and Full Disk Encryption further strengthens your security. Â Â Â
Mark G38 Posted September 24, 2021 Posted September 24, 2021 (edited) Hey Jamie, Editing my post. I've found where this is at, but I have Bitdefender through Pulseway deployed on my clients, but this was before any integration. How do I get my current ones to link up and show in Pulseway? Also, are we able to make Bitdefender policies in the Policies section of Antivirus?  Edited September 24, 2021 by Mark G38
180DegreesIT Posted September 26, 2021 Posted September 26, 2021 So, how does this work? We've been waiting for this for well over a year now. I just found out where it is, went to go and deploy to a test system, and find that "install" is greyed out and unclickable, no matter what I do? Am I missing something here?

Bitdefender does not allow 3rd party applications to edit policies at this moment. 8 hours ago, 180DegreesIT said: So, how does this work? We've been waiting for this for well over a year now. Check to see that you don't have an antivirus policy configured under the Server Admin -> Configuration that disables manual antivirus management. 5 hours ago, Misha said: cant find it at all.. WHERE?? First start the Bitdefender trial from the WebApp -> Antivirus -> License (if you haven't already done so) and then from the WebApp -> Antivirus -> Agent Status you can deploy the antivirus endpoint. -Paul
Dragos Ilie Posted September 27, 2021 Posted September 27, 2021 Ok.. so considering that Kaspersky will no longer be supported we are trying to migrate all our customers to BitDefender. The problem starts here because we activated a trial for testing purposes but we can't see any BitDefender in the server admin area or the antivirus menu.
Administrators Paul Posted September 27, 2021 Administrators Posted September 27, 2021 Hi Dragos, Under the WebApp -> Antivirus -> Agent Status you should see BitDefender listed for Windows Agents. If it's still not showing up, try logging in again into the WebApp. -Paul

Misha Posted September 27, 2021 Posted September 27, 2021 (edited) ok, found how to install. but... for some reason, even we have hundred istalled BitDefenders, in PW it still shows 0/600... Edited September 28, 2021 by Misha

Eddie Posted September 29, 2021 Posted September 29, 2021 We have an ongoing subcription to Bitdefender through a partner and 75% of our estate is managed through this. Is there anyway I can integrate an existing Bitdefender Subscription? Or is this module purely for subscriptions purchased through pulseway?
JohnBe Posted October 3, 2021 Posted October 3, 2021 Juste Ordered 30 BitDefender via Pulseway dont find the way to deploy to my customer base. Please update urgently the way of work we are starting to remove Kaspersky .  Regards  John Â
180DegreesIT Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 Hi Paul / Pulseway Team. Still blanked out for us, but i believe this is because we haven't signed up for the "Bitdefender Trial" - we've been paying for BitDefender / Gravity Zone through pulseway for over a year now, and it doesn't show on the dashboard. Can this be implemented?

Not yet unfortunately. I've had a ticket open with support for almost 3 weeks now. They did fix the ability to click install, but still can't select the EDR module. Â
Continu IT Solutions Posted November 24, 2021 Posted November 24, 2021 Where are we at with this? I still cannot buy licenses, see my license useage, or deploy bitdefender through PW it's been almost 2 months since the "integration"
Mark G38 Posted November 25, 2021 Posted November 25, 2021 @Continu IT Solutions That's odd as all Bitdefender issues have been resolved for my instance. You might want to hit up Support in that case. Jamie Taylor 1

This was never answered, like Eddie, we have an existing subscripton to GravityZone, can this be integrated into Pulseway? If so, how would this be accomplished and what would be the benefit? Edited September 6, 2022 by JonasB Nick S and Jamie Taylor 1 1
Jamie Taylor Posted September 7, 2022 Author Posted September 7, 2022 We can do that, we just need to transfer the licenses.
Nick S Posted January 3, 2023 Posted January 3, 2023 @Jamie Taylor: please elaborate on @JonasBÂ inquiry, as we are in the same boat. We need to integrate everything together and identify the best methods and practices for administration between these products. Thank you!
KTurner Posted January 27, 2023 Posted January 27, 2023 Any progress on these aging issues? We need to deploy to a customer site that has been configured in GravityZone and allocated licenses. In Pulseway, their AV Policy has been assigned to devices but when we attempt to deploy through Pulseway, it shows we are "over quota" when we clearly are not over quota (yes, we double-checked under Billing). What do we do to reconcile Bitdefender licensing between GravityZone and Pulseway? On top of that, our Pulseway tenant is apparently broken. We cannot click the query icon where we used to be able to search KBs or contact Pulseway Support but that is another issue for another day. Â
Jamie Taylor Posted January 30, 2023 Author Posted January 30, 2023 I have raised a support ticket for your query, our team will assist your regarding the same.
