  1. I have 1 server that has been failing to backup now for 2.5 weeks, we have the Windows Server Backup module enabled and we generate a weekly backup report from the mobile app. Backup Report shows that backup has completed however the time shown is the same time the backup starts. Windows backup and Event logs show failures. Attached is the documentations. Windows Server Backup Report.pdf
  2. Hello, I have found that running chocolatey install or uninstall commands via Powershell through the webapp results in the client showing "offline" in Pulseway. I have experienced this with Windows 7 Professional and Windows 10 Enterprise. After checking the system I dont see any errors in the Application or systems logs and the Pulseway service is still running. I used a command like this "choco install skype -y" which should just install the skype package from the chocolatey repository. After restarting the pulseway service on the client it appears online again, but for me this is quite a problem since I update third party packages via remote powershell and chocolatey. Thanks Dan
  3. Hello i´ve been noticied a big use of outbound data from monitored servers. One in case run a simple webserver(webspeed) without connections and i could monitor it in focus. Based on this, what is this? What data the servers are sending that use all of my link? Someone can explain me? Thanks
  4. Hi guys 2 new CentOS 6.7 64 bit installations, all works as expected and the agent does its job well however, once machine restarts, agent doesn't start automatically. We need to force it by: /etc/init.d/pulseway start The get around the problem we tried: chkconfig --add pulseway and error comes up: service pulseway does not support chkconfig Any ideas please?
  5. Hello everybody A monitored server was offline in Dashboard all the time. Tried to reinstall --> no change. Delete device from dashboard and reinstalled again. Device is activated and even connected to, (Test notifications and validating account is working to.) But it still doesn't appears in Dashboard or mobile app and so we aren't able to perform any action on this device. In addition to that we are encountering this problem: When i try to establish performance counters I'm getting this: "Name der fehlerhaften Anwendung: PCMonitorManager.exe, Version: 4.7.6.704, Zeitstempel: 0x5598214a Name des fehlerhaften Moduls: ZIPPerformance64.dll, Version: 9.0.4.121, Zeitstempel: 0x546d2dc8" This dll is belonging to EXTREMZ-IP AFP Services
