Yes, you can monitor network devices if the SNMP monitoring is supported on those devices. Pulseway will monitor your network devices from the Windows system using SNMP. The instructions how to configure it is the same as in that KB article.
Just make sure that SNMP is enabled for network devices on the required network interfaces so Pulseway can access it.

Thank you for your feedback. Pulseway currently only supports sending OTP via email at this moment, we have plans for adding support for Google Authenticator in the future too. This is a feature that is very functional and it does add another layer of security.

This is a popular request and we did consider it however we don't really like the idea to just delete the notification if the condition no longer applies. You will still want to know that there was a problem, don't you?
 
We're considering on adding the ability to see a notification history (when was the notification marked as read and (if applicable) when the notification condition no longer applied).

Unfortunately this functionality is not available at this time, however, we are planning to introduce it into the future release. At first, we are planning to move all the configuration from the Pulseway agent to the Pulseway WebApp, therefore you will be able to configure the Pulseway agent from the Pulseway WebApp and then the next step will be the P2P connections for the Pulseway RD connection. All this functionality will become available once we will implement these changes.

When you add the note or a time entry to the ticket then you have the option to send the notification:
In this section you have the option to select the contact to who you would like to send notification. Also, you may create the email template for this notification, therefore you can specify the content of it.

Thank you for your suggestion. At the time when this integration was created we did not had the option to create the Organization structure into the Pulseway RMM, therefore it was not implemented. The current version in which this functionality was added was released just a few month ago. We are planning to update this integration into the future release.

I would suggest you to configure the PowerShell impersonation on one of your monitored systems manually and then you might use the PowerShell script to configure it on other required systems:
At first you will need to copy the value for the following registry keys and then use them in the following script:

Thank you for contacting us. Is it possible that you are trying to monitor the latest version of StorageCraft ShadowProtect SPX. If yes, then Pulseway currently does not support it (the last supported version is 5.2). However, we will consider the possibility to upgrade this integration into the future release.

But in a meantime you may consider to monitor these Windows backup events using the Event log filter. In order to configure this, please open the Pulseway Manager -> Notifications -> Event Log and configure it. For more details regarding this please check the following article.

This Plugin will check for the certain Windows event log entry which was logged during the boot process into the system log. You will have the option to configure Windows event id (any ID) and the time.

Please note, that this functionality will no longer work after we will upgrade Pulseway to the version 6.0. In version 6.0 all your monitored systems will be owned by the server and server will no longer trust any changes which are maid on the system in regards of the change of the group name. If the system is known to the server, then server will overwrite all the changes which are made on the agent. In order to move the system from one group to another you will need to use the Pulseway WebApp -> Server Admin -> Configuration section.
Or for the Free accounts Systems -> Configuration section.

Please doublecheck the settings (permissions) for the Pulseway app. Is it possible that you have selected the settings not to allow the Push notifications when you were asked about it after the installation? Also, please check the Pulseway app settings to see if these options are enabled.
If you want to reconfigure the Pulseway app on your phone, then please delete the storage for this app and reconfigure it.

In this case you might set up multiple notifications for the same drive: for example one notification when the free space on the drive is less than 10%, the next one at 7% and the third one at 5%, therefore you will get 3 notifications for the same issue.

The Duplicate Alarms counter is increased if the same Alarm is repeating during the day from RMM for the same system. However this functionality is not supported by Pulseway at this time, however we are planning to ad it into the future release.

We are planning to support this functionality when we will introduce the new Pulseway RD. Our new RD solution will support P2P connections, therefore it will be faster and it will support the file transfer via it.
