  1. Hi @Andrea Marchi, Is there particular reason why are you trying to set this via powershell script? We have this functionality available via Pulseway Group policies. Regarding that script error: In lime 5, the dash character is copied incorrectly .
  2. Hi @Guy Steels, This issue has been fixed and the fix for it will be included into the next release for the Pulseway WebApp.
  3. Hi @Matt, There was some issues with the bulk delete for tickets and merged tickets, that if we delete multiple tickets in one go, then only one ticket was deleted or none. This will be fixed into the next release for the Pulseway PSA version 4.0.25.
  4. Hi @karbonphyber, Please specify are you referring to the Pulseway RMM or Pulseway PSA? If are you talking about the Pulseway PSA, then that system supports the option to create the reports using Exago reporting engine, therefore you can link the asset with the notification using it.
  5. Hi @Louwrens, This is happening because that session is no longer active (idle) and as soon as you connect to the console session that session is destroyed by Microsoft. The Pulseway RD is designed to join the currently active console session, therefore as soon as Microsoft makes changes to existing session you are asked to reconnect to that session. The same will happen if you will switch the user accounts while you are connected to that system. You will need to reconnect to that system using the Pulseway RD using the account to which you want to switch the console.
  6. Hi @Labsy, Is it possible that you have configured the Pulseway app to override this functionality. Please check the settings when you log onto the Pulseway App?
  7. Hi @guyvaio, Thank you for contacting us. We always had the notification limits per certain time period. In order to identify the issue, please open the Pulseway Manager on the remote system and enable the Diagnostic Logging under the Settings -> Diagnostics. After you've enabled the diagnostic logging, stop the Pulseway service, wait for 15 seconds and then start it. Reproduce the issue and then send us the trace.log file from the Pulseway's installation folder to support@pulseway.com so we can investigate the issue. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions regarding this.
  8. Hi @Asso4Trick, Please contact us at support@pulseway.com and we will set up audit logging for your account to get more detailed information regarding this.
  9. Hi @Christian Kiesel, Please verify that you can access SMTP server without providing user credentials? Please try to use the script from this post. Note: If the PowerShell Impersonation is not configured, the PowerShell scripts run using the System account.
  10. Hi @David-, For the scripts we keep the data for the last 5 executions, however this information is lost as soon as we release an update for our systems or we reboot them, because this information is stored into the catch memory.
  11. Hi @Andy Raybould, You may try to configure multiple Ping notifications which are triggered at a different times. Also, you may configure the website monitoring however this monitoring will not give you so detailed information regarding connectivity as ping does, because the minimum time interval for the Website monitoring is 1 minute.

Hi @Perks, If this information is written into the registry on the system, then you can create the Client side Plugin which will check the value for the registry key and send notifications based on it.
  13. Hi @David, If the name for the user and password for the Powershell Impersonation is different on each system, then you will need to configure it manually on each system. And yes - the credentials are encrypted, but this encryption is not unique for each system, therefore if the credentials are the same, then you can copy these keys from one system to another.
  14. Hi @Ashok, Yes, you can create the script which will check whether the process is running and kill it. This can be done via the Pulseway Automation.
  15. Hi @dbeckwitt, You will need to update the count of currently active Ping monitoring under that registry key. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MMSOFT Design\PC Monitor\DevicesPingResponses\Count
  16. Hi @JCourtney, Please send an email to support@pulseway.com requesting this? Add some details regarding your Pulseway server and we might be able to create this list for you.
  17. Hi @Asso4Trick, I have enabled the audit logging on your account. Please let us know if this happens again. Also, if your system can be started by moving the mouse, then it is possible that your system was started when mouse was moved due to any reason.
  18. @gpedro, Please send an email to support@pulseway.com and include the information regarding your system, syslog entries related to Pulseway and config.xml file.
  19. Hi @jmorris, Please do one test: Does it trigger the notification for the second switch, if you delete the notification for the first switch and then trigger the second notification for the second switch?
  20. Hi @XxLilBoPeepsxX, Please send an email to support@pulseway.com and include the information regarding your system, syslog entries related to Pulseway and config.xml file.
  21. Hi @Varinder, If you want to run the application in users session with GUI, then you will need to use the PsExec to do that. However if you want to start the service in user session, then you might do it using powershell after you have enabled the Powershell Impersonation using required user account.
  22. Hi @Brandan, This option is already available just the amount of the text which you can copy is limited. Also, this option is not instant as this text needs to be transferred from your system to the remote system using Pulseway service.
  23. Hi @Colm Whelan, You will no longer be allowed to use your account details to authenticate 3rd party applications so they can access your SMTP. You will need to generate an password for apps and then use it in the settings fro the applications. For more details please check out this link.
  24. Hi @David, For more details why is this error reported, please check the WindowsUpdate.log file. If there are any errors in this process, then Pulseway will report that there was some Errors.
  25. Hi @Ali Syed, Please open that file using MIB Oid browser and check all available values.
