this is not a bug - press the "Validate Account" button in the PC Monitor Manager - I suspect your user/pass is wrong.

Does that program writes an entry in the event log? If yes, you could set up an event log filter.

You can disable it in the PC Monitor Manager app -> Settings -> Runtime.

The computer will appear again next time it's online if you remove it from your phone app.
