  9. Hi, I've checked and you have 4 computers registered. On the mobile application the computer list is limited to the number of allowed computers but you can see the full list in the PC Monitor Manager app installed on your PC - press the Registered Computers button. Hope this helps.
  10. This has been implemented for the WebApp and for all the account settings. You can enable it in PC Monitor Manager -> Account Details -> Security. As for the mobile, we've added Device Policies and Default Device Policies (in PC Monitor Manager -> Registered Devices) - you can define access level policies to the computers for a specific mobile device as well as define the default policies (you can disable all new devices from having any access unless a specific policy is defined for each). As for sending an email / sms, if this is going to be sent to the same mobile PC Monitor runs on that's not good. That's why we went for Mobile Device Policies.
  11. HI, Check the Notifications table in the PC Monitor database. For the colours on Windows updates - if there are critical updates the notification will be critical otherwise elevated. Marius

  15. You can set the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MMSOFT Design\PC Monitor\MaintenanceMode value to 1 or 0. That's the only way for now.
  16. Not at the moment - we will add support for this in a future release.
  17. Enable the diagnostic logging on that computer - it looks like a db connection error most likely caused by a wrong authentication.
