  1. Just you will make more sense. Even if you install it for all accounts, making changes to PC Monitor Manager will require an administrator account.
  2. No, there is no Windows RT agent.
  3. OK, the disabled items in your list cannot be uninstalled because PC Monitor does not have enough info to perform that action.
  4. This is by design - you get a notification for offline after about 15 minutes. With the PC Monitor Enterprise Server this interval can be customised.
  5. Will consider all these changes for a future release, thanks.
  6. Tom, This is not a bug. Most likely there is no uninstall info for those apps and we cannot use the msiexec tool to uninstall them quietly from the PC Monitor service. Marius

    Thanks for the update.
  8. You can enable ping notifications between your workstations so if one is down you get an alert from the other one.

Hi, A Magic Packet sent on LAN or WAN to wake up Windows 8 does not work - not sure if this is a PC Monitor issue, looks like an OS issue. Have you tried to wake up your PC using other apps to see if the issue is still there? It will be interesting to find out if the issue still persists. Thanks.
  10. No plans. This is supported only by the Enterprise Server using the "Associated Accounts" feature.
  11. Click on the PC Monitor version row and you will be able to force the update.
  12. Thanks, we're investigating this. Update: We have found the issue and we are releasing an update shortly. Update 2: A fix has been released, please use the mobile app to force the agent update.
  13. Can you please send us a screenshot? As well, what PC Monitor Agent version do you have installed?
  14. Thanks for the suggestion - we'll consider this in a future release.
  15. We have replied to your email as well. The servers would auto-update if they are connected to the Internet. If not, we are going to modify the server to allow local updates (as long as your Enterprise Server has access to the Internet).
  16. Please contact us at support@pulseway.com - we will advise you on this.
  17. The servers should auto-update. Your server will contact our update servers and pass the info to all the agents. Please contact support for more details.
  18. Hi Mark, We will add it - thanks for the suggestion. Marius
  19. We are in the alpha stage with the Remote Control feature and it's working really well. No other ports will need to be opened in the firewall, it will just work over https. This feature will be first available to Enterprise Server customers and as soon as we enter the beta stage it will be available for testing.
  20. We're listing all the queues where the message count is greater than zero.
  21. Thank you for your suggestions, very useful. We'll consider them for future releases. Some notes: 1. You can disable the groups in Settings - Runtime tab - Show Computer Groups 2. "Or how about an option to at least rotate through the screens on a timed basis?" - this is already implemented 3. You can include / exclude groups of computers that can be displayed on Dashboard - check the Settings - Group Filtering Thanks again. Marius
  22. Make sure is not in the Spam folder - if it is mark it as "Not Spam"
  23. UPDATE: The new version is now available in Windows Store however it might take a day until is available to everyone.
