    Hi, Question about the Outlook plugin. Is the plugin 2 way sync? I have it pulling and pushing my Calendar items. It also pulls tasks from the PSA to my outlook, but does not PUSH or update the tasks. I have a task I added via a ticket, finished it and checked it off as done in my outlook. But PSA is not updating from my Outlook. Is this correct...Only 2 way sync on the calendar?

    Hi, In the PSA Product Quote, I can only add a hardware item once to a quote. So if I have a "Generic" item i want to use in a quote, and change the description, I can only add it once. So, If I am using Generic items in quotes (Product Items) and I want to put it in the quote more than once, I have to do it as a Service Quote. Can it be changed so we can add a product item more than once in a product quote. Then I don't need to use service quotes to send out product quotes.

  5. Hi All, I am trying to get some of the CRM features up and running and we seem to be falling at the first hurdle. When trying to update an opportunity and provide a quote we are not being shown any products? I am assuming that this is because the system is stating that we have nothing in stock, however I don't see why this wouldn't allow us to quote? I have tried resolving this temporarily with ad-hoc quotes, however this then brings up the issue of the VAT not showing, although I believe that we have this input correctly. I know that this is a little vague, however more looking for pointers to look in the right places at present. Any help ap…

    When opening a ticket for PSA related issues, the support experience is very frustrating. The front-line techs seem to to have limited in-depth knowledge of PSA advanced features and always report they will reach out to back-end PSA team. The replies take days and often the original issue was completely lost in handoff. Is there a better route to access timely and helpful assistance for PSA (not RMM) related issues?

    Hello Is there anyway to force a ticket assignment to the responding agent via a workflow rule or other? Its pretty easy to forget to assign the ticket to an engineer and/or queue as its not a mandatory field? Thanks, Aaron.

  8. Dear, We have setup the ticket system with email notification to the customer, the content of the note does get forwarded to the mail, however not the addons such as PDF or screenshots, is this possible to add or not?

    Pulseway PSA Support, Our deployed agent's policies under User Session are set with User Support Request enabled: Is it possible to separate end-user tickets for users that are requesting support from the tray icon in the PSA Portal? We've been missing on a lot of new incoming support tickets sent from the tray icon due to the abundance of other tickets coming from the RMM. It would be nice to have some sort of filtering in the search area or a dedicated tab for this type of tickets only. Also looking forward to the PSA Mobile App. Thank You,

    Hi, we can search on the network and it will discover all devices. But can we have an option to see it in a network topology map and save it as pdf for example. It’s nice to have such feature. Or is this already done but I can’t find it?

  18. Can Pulseway log how much data is going over a certain port for a certain time? I need to collect data for a specific port for a specific time frame on on a Local Windows Server that needs to me migrated to the cloud. TIA

    Hey, the PSA system shows all Hebrew alphabet as "?" in all the templates when saving, It will also show all contact names in Hebrew as "?" (In the service desk ticket panel)

  21. Are there any people in Europe (or more precicely, in the Netherlands) that use the full PSA solution to manage their business?? After a rather disapointing start with Pulseway RMM, due to some recent licensing changes, (i am at the moment starting up as an MSP/MSSP,but the minimum for Pulseway is 25 licenses, meaning i throw away half the licenses atm) i am looking at PSA as an option, but there’s no Dutch translations, (or maybe i can change the language used in the invoices myself??) My reseller seems to think i could only use PSA at the moment for ticketing, project management and perhaps time tracking.. lets prove him wrong please? …

    HI, Is there a way to change the quote template for service quotes to add the period field. When creating the quote, you end up with services, and the period (monthly, yearly, other). But when you print the quote, the "Period" filed is not printed. So, if you have a mix of items (Monthly and Yearly) there is no way of knowing in the quote. Gary

    Issue adding inventory items to a quote. - Create an inventory item, and only add Retail pricing. When you add the inventory item to a quote, the menu defaults to "Distribution" pricing. I then go to Lists in the admin menu and make Retail the default for inventory items. Well, it still defaults to Distribution price I then go back to admin lists, and make distribution NOT active. Well, when I add an inventory item to a quote now, there is nothing under the "Pricing Level" and you still have to use the drop down arrow to pick retail. BUG?

    Hi Can quotes be raised in Pulseway on items not set up in the inventory within Pulseway? The reason being that when prospecting there are a huge number of prospects that may need quoting simply by getting prices from suppliers and adding a mark up.Obviously many of these prospects may never go on to become clients. On researching the web I have come across Quotewerks which I am led to understand could do quotes quicly and with limited setup . Subsequently I found an article about a Quotework Connector which seems to show that Pulseway can be connected to Quotewerks? Still trying to think these things through but any help appreciated. …

    We have a local user at one of our managed sites that is using RDP to log in to a server to run a program. This RDP session runs completely separately from our Pulseway session with the same user name. I'm assuming this is normal, but I'm curious as to how Pulseway initiates a separate session without dumping the other session.
