We are testing Pulseway and so far it's a great program. One feature that would be useful to us is the ability to create a checkpoint on a VM in a Hyper-V system from the app. Is this possible?

Pulseway Notifications displays that Windows Updates needs to restart a computer How can I have Pulseway automatically send an email to my end user to reboot their computer? I looked in workflows but couldn't find the right workflow to use. Thanks

We had a user who somehow got upgraded to Windows 11 over the weekend. She swears she didn't click on the update to 11 icon in the taskbar. In Pulseway, our patch policy she is assigned is set to install all updates including Optional. When I look on my Win10 laptop under Windows Updates > Optional, Win 11 is in the list. Does this mean users will get upgraded? If so, everyone needs to be aware. Pulseway, anything in the works to block this? I'm not afraid of 11, I just want to roll it out in a more managed way esp since we have to upgrade SSLVPN client after upgrade to 11.

Hi all. A colleague of mine have created a patch management policy and assigned it to several groups of computers. This works as indented and have made everyone happy However, if I create a new patch management policy it's impossible for me to go to Patch management -> Agents status, search for a group and change the patch policy. When I hover on the "Change Policy" or "Remove Policy" buttons, the mouse pointer transforms into a "forbidden" sign and the tooltip says "Disabled by policy". What policy is that, and how can I assign a new patch management policy to a group? I have the admin role in the Pulsway portal, and I'm able to edit patch policies.

I have a few pcs at home that I wanna manage when I'm not at home but I do not have a work email is their another way to get an account or will you be making gmail accounts usable for your program? This isnt just a personal thing lots of people use Google accounts for their businesses. Thanks.

Just curious if this was a new feature? Where is it in the patch notes?

Curious if we can be provided a bit more detailed road map. It would be nice if when ideas from the Feature Requests page get approved, that we can an idea of the timeline until we see that feature. For example, all the ones in my below screenshot marked "In Development" have been in that status for months. When you look at the Roadmap thread, it doesn't show any of these specific items in there. It would be nice to see an estimate on when we can expect some of these features to be released.

Hi Folks, Been noticing this on a test machine for the last few days and just had a client email about it. When starting Firefox v94.0.1, you get a popup notification saying to Upgrade or Dismiss. Checking the Mozilla releases there is a new minor release, V94.0.2. Not a major update for sure but I don't like the idea of Clients receiving Update notifications and having to make decisions on what to do, that's my job. Is there a way to turn off update notifications for 3rd Party Patching? Thanks, Craig

When I look at the Systems, on my mobile app or via the web interface, you get something like this, if the machine is online: Craig - HP Windows 10 Pro(21H2) 5 days, 0 hours, 44 minutes I am interpreting this to mean the length of the time the system has been turned on. I had users who has 30-60-100 as their days number. I sent an email to all users, please reboot your computer every day or two, this will make sure the software updates are done in a timely manner. Search, filter and quickly find network devices with the new Device List.

Is there a way to automatically tag computers that have been offline for a certain length of time? If so, would it be possible to remove them so I don't have to scroll through each list?

This is becoming a growing issue for us, to the point where I'm actively looking for alternative solutions. Remote control works great for Windows computers. But for Mac OS...not at all really. Maybe 1 out of 10 times will I actually be able to connect to the Mac. And even then, oftentimes my mouse wont actually be on the remote screen where it shows up on my side. I just don't know what else to try.

Hey all, Is there a way to allow a user to move devices between groups without giving them full administrator? The way we have been moving machines is by going to the server admin tab and moving through there. Im trying to more granularly manage permissions within our org for the helpdesk.
