I've been asked if it's possible to enable the option for receiving other Microsoft products in Windows Update. I looked at Pulseway's OS patch configuration and don't see an option for this. If I were to enable this option via registry/GPO, when Pulseway does OS updates would it also fetch the updates that this registry key/GPO would enable, or does it ignore those updates entirely?

Hi We would like to pull a report or see a list of systems that are falling under the xx/xx of RMM Server licenses and xx/xx of RMM Workstation Licenses. Is there anyway to do this??

We recently started trialing Pulseway, hosting it on our own platform. We use Cloudflare for DNS. If you haven't used Cloudflare, it basically uses caching and proxy technology. Obviously, with Pulseway, you can't do that. So we disabled the proxy route (for now). Cloudflare has the ability to create rules to bypass the proxy/caching features, but still provide security. Has anyone used Cloudflare before, and has anyone used it in front of a Pulseway Server? If not, my thought is if anyone is interested in working on this together, we could. Hi Folks, Just making sure I'm not the only one still having problems since the outage earlier today? - My mobile app is showing me computers as not powered up, but I know they are up. People are looking for support, I tell them to turn on their computer and they are already on. - I tried to install Bitdefender, the options are: - Don't have the plus sign to add anything - Only option is Webroot - I select Bitdefender, make my selects and when I click Install, screen flicks and I'm back to the Web login page. Is there a way to easily check which tasks and scripts have ran for the past xx days with its status for a particular machine? I would have expected to find it when selecting the machine amongst all the other information Instead we have to go to Tasks , and then Execution History, but it is per task, and there could be hundred of executions for that task, and we need to open then one by one to find the desired machine. Not easy Basically, very quickly, we want to check what has ran or not, and if the tasks were successful Thanks

Is there a way to install via login script and have it install silently? Also, can I install NOT using PowerShell?

Hi there and sorry if this has been brought up before but I can't seem to find any answer. So I'm really just wanting to be able to see what "Applications" are being used on remote PC's I can see "Processes" but there are usually SO many! Is there any way Pulseway can be configured to show "Applications" open and how would I do that? It seems like Pulseway can report so much other information this should be something quite straight forward? Many thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Cheers Andrew

Support, I have created a new Organization with the correct Site and Agent Group. No different to my all other Org setup. On my laptop, I can see the new Organization with the Agent. On my PC, the Organization is missing. I've un-installed and installed the Remote Desktop Client and is now on version 8.7.1 My current workaround is using Pulseway Dashboard to access the client remote agent/pc by right-mouse click and Remote Control option. Please advice how to refresh or how I can add the new Organization in my Remote Desktop Client on my PC.

My experience has not been horrible, but it hasn't been good either. The high pressure that they put on you during calls is definitely not appreciated but I don't blame the sales people, upper management is probably leaning on them pretty hard. Overall, I think I would give them a 3/10. As soon as we can move on we will. Just like others have mentioned on Reddit, We have licensing issues from time to time that we just ignore and they will be restored a few hours later. The RDC isn't very good in a mixed PC / Mac environment. TEST, TEST, TEST, before you become a customer. They are not easy to deal with if you have any complaints.

I found the following topic from 2015. Our organization started using this in earnest about two months ago, and I just noticed that network printers will not show in the printer module. Why has it been nearly 6 years and this has not been fixed?

In NinjaRMM, you can set up your end users with a login to the portal and they then have the ability to click on an icon that launches Team Viewer and will remote them into any of the PCs that they have added to their list. Is there a way to do the same thing in Pulseway?

Dear all, remote WOL over internet has suddenly stopped working on two of my computers ('wake up command failed'). On the other registered computers, WOL works without any problems. Would anyone have an idea how to solve the problem? I would be grateful for any advice. Best regards fred

Hello, I get Detection notifications from KAS through pulseway. The files are then found to be already in Quarantine Backup. The Status is QUarantined. The Date of the notification is current although the files were quarantined many days before. Deleting the notification results in a new notification. Is there a policy setting to prevent this, if not then how is it handled? Also Is there a setting to expire the Quarantined Backup? To clarify I want notification of the detection and that it is quarantined. But do not want repeated notifications after it is Quarantined

I use Bitdefender through Pulseway. To properly remove Bitdefender from a device, you have to change the device's policy and remove the AV agent, and free up a Bitdfender license. What would you do if the device is broken and can't turn on anymore to get the license back?

Hi Email Parser works fine and monitors the O365 Inbox. Just wondering if anyone knows if I can add the movement of an email that has been processed by the email parser from the Inbox to another folder? Thanks in advance

Hi all, I'm enabling offline files just for the desktop for our laptop users and would like a way to be alerted if there is an error in the sync on the machine however i would like it to only alert me if there is an issue with the sync process itself and not everytime it has tried to sync but failed due to it not being connected to the corporate network (if that makes sense) Anyone done anything similar or how do you monitor this to make sure offline files ARE syncing ? Thanks in advance
