  1. When remote controlling into our office PC's the middle mouse button will not be recognized and there seems to be no input while clicking the middle mouse button. Does anyone know if there is a work around to allow this type of input. This will would be a pretty crucial operation while using certain software that we use while remote controlling each PC.

    We recently started trialing Pulseway, hosting it on our own platform. We use Cloudflare for DNS. If you haven't used Cloudflare, it basically uses caching and proxy technology. Obviously, with Pulseway, you can't do that. So we disabled the proxy route (for now). Cloudflare has the ability to create rules to bypass the proxy/caching features, but still provide security. Has anyone used Cloudflare before, and has anyone used it in front of a Pulseway Server? If not, my thought is if anyone is interested in working on this together, we could. Hi there, This might be a bit of a long shot - but I have an end client who's interested in deploying custom Teams issues with Pulseway (as there aren't many users in-office for obvious reasons). I've attempted to deploy this by pushing a batch script, to copy the backgrounds from a shared location. The backgrounds folder in question is located in the user's roaming appdata (%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads). For this reason I wasn't able to use %username% correctly in my batch script, as the script is being run by some Pulseway service, rather than as the local user account.   4. I am working on building an Ad Hoc report in PSA to be able to list on-hand products and serial numbers assigned to that product for inventorying purposes. I know the Serial Numbers are tracked, and are listed when deploying them as assets in Service Desk. Is there a way to get that information to display in a report to possibly inventory product & serial number?

    Hi Team! I'm working with workflows for the first time to automate simple incidents such as disk full - and have a few questions regarding conditions. This workflow in the screenshot has a few steps above it to clear out temp/cache/defrag, then it gets to a condition that determines if the notification should be removed or set to critical. When executing this workflow on a system with less than 1% disk space, the OS disk was at 60% free space, yet it ran the "fail" actions instead.   9. We reinstalled Pulseway on a re-imaged system and after the install we noticed issues. In the patch mgmt section, the status was "assign failed" in red. We rebooted the system and then the service was not starting. We checked the service, it was set to start automatically and in the event log it was generating this error: "Service cannot be started. The handle is invalid" We removed the system from Pulseway, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Service is starting normally, but still getting the same issue of the patch policy failing to assign. I tried moving the system to another group that did not have a patch policy at all and got the same result.

  11. I have pulseway set to send me a notification for critical updates. Normally windows defender definition updates would not fall under this. Over the past couple days I have started to get notifications for when these are released, which is many times a day. Is this a bug that these are now considered critical? If not a bug and is something new and intentional is there any way to exclude these?

    Hello, I have a question about the Pulseway app. When the pc is on all of the commands work great and are perfect for managing the pc. But I am attempting to turn on my pc when I am away from my home and then be able to fully control it like I was there. The issue is how the wake up command from sleep or from powered down will not work even when on my home network. How can I fix this. Also a side question, is there a way I would be able to see a live view of the screen or does it only allow screenshots of the screen. Thanks

  15. Hello, I get Detection notifications from KAS through pulseway. The files are then found to be already in Quarantine Backup. The Status is QUarantined. The Date of the notification is current although the files were quarantined many days before. Deleting the notification results in a new notification. Is there a policy setting to prevent this, if not then how is it handled? Also Is there a setting to expire the Quarantined Backup? To clarify I want notification of the detection and that it is quarantined. But do not want repeated notifications after it is Quarantined

    Looking at these forums it is quite clear that the search function doesn't find currently logged on users. However I haven't been able to get it to work on manually set custom fields, notes or tags either. Is that also not an available function either? Edit: Never mind I see it now, its part of the drop down itself.

However, now we would like to forward it through Pulseway, but it doesn't seem to be triggered at all while they are being displayed in the Security Windows log...   18. Hi All I wanted to share my experience with workflows, in the hope that someone else can benefit, or if there is a better way to do things I am all ears! In the sales/onboarding process I noticed how amazing and powerful the automation engine was, yet restrictive it was that I wasn't able to trigger an automation workflow myself (on schedule, or other action like restart).   20. Hi, I'm receiving a lot of fasle notifications for server down. But all servers that I have checked are working fine. These servers are locate in different datacenters and different countries. Is it possible that there are problems related to Pulseway Servers? is there link where there is the possibility to check the status of the Pulseway services? edit: I have problem with website too, there are many pages very slow to load (if they load).     Does anyone know if there are load limits to generating workflows. We are triggering scheduled workflows every 30 minutes, for all ~80 servers. (Yes I know that is fairly small numbers compared to most of you). Has anyone had issues with workflows hitting a performance/load limit. We may want to increase the frequency of the workflow, and definitely increase the server count. Each workflow is fairly simple, updates custom fields, tags, and runs simple powershell scripts.     Is there a way to be alerted to GPU hardware changes? We have had a few clients who have Nvidia 3080s and other high end cards stolen and replaced with onboard video or lower end cards. We would like to be notified for these hardware changes via an alert. I know Pulseway is able to set up custom alerts, I just don't know what we need to do to make this happen. From what I read on Google, Windows tracks this in the System log?

    Is there a way to receive a second notification within a timeframe when i allready got one? Example: RAM Usage is 90% and we receive an mail. Nobody had time for the notification and the usage stays high for 2 hours, is there a way to get a second notification?
