We have a very low server count and manually perform patches via the pulseway mobile app when necessary. We also have another app that scans each system on our domain for patches/software that is primarily used only to deploy to workstations. Currently our servers show we are missing KB4537819 and KB4538158 via Windows Update (no WSUS). The other app is set to ignore preview updates, so in turn shows we are missing updates KB4519108 and KB4530745.
Is there anyway to get these patches to show up in the general windows update scan so we can deploy them via the pulseway app?
