Hi all, Have to say, Pulseway is a fantastic product and it exactly the type of tool we need to monitor the health of PCs based nationally. I do have one small issue though. If a PC is on and a user logged in, I'm able to connect remotely. If a login is required, the remote session stalls then fails. Is this fixable in the client configuration?

Hola. Pulseway funciona bien en red domestica pero en Wan con el celular en 4g no puedo despertar la pc, lo raro es que en wan 4g la puedo apagar pero no encender/despertar. Tengo el bios configurado para magic packet, tengo la targeta de red configurada para despertar con magic packet y habilitado. Y tengo deshabilitado el inicio rapido en windows 10.

Hello, I'm new to Pulseway, I have realized a few things and I'm wondering how to fix this so it doesn't happen again in the future. Some of agents on my list aren't always online even when I'm looking at them in front of me. Some of these agents are in the same locations where multiple agents are online but some stay offline. Some agents are also located at other locations and still have the same issue. Wondering if there's a fix for this? Best Regards, Bilal S.

does anyone know whether the status notifications can be changed to send as elevated rather than just normal? say if the public ip of a site changes (not ideal for a server, but what can you do while in contract and BT charge you to change to static) pc monitor does send a notification, but its not elevated so i dont see it unless i go into the server on the dashboard, could do with it grabbing my attention as things need to be changed asap. thanks gary

Hello Team Pulseway! Can we assign a ticket to a custom queue by scanning keywords in the subject line? For example, we have made some custom queues for Hardware, Email issue, Epicor, etc. and would like to create rules to scan the subject line for specific keywords and place them in a specific queue and assign them to specific users too. I tried under Admin -> Business process -> Workflow, but it didn't seem readily apparent exactly what I should be doing from there. I have no clue where to put this so MOD's feel free to move... OK, for the past couple of days I keep getting alerts on 3 endpoints about Windows Defender needing to have an update installed, even though WebRoot is installed and Windows Defender was disabled. After going through the processes, I noticed that Windows Defender was and was not disabled. Heres what I found when looking at the Startup under Task Manager. There are two (2) Windows Defender installed and one was disabled, the other not. After research, it appears that going from 1709 to 1803 installs the second Windows Defender with so far no way to remove it. So I just manually disabled it and also di…

So, I'm currently dealing with a pretty urgent issue that unfortunately, I am at the mercy of whenever the devs look into it. None of my tasks will run which means I'm dead in the water for a lot of my custom automation. This is terrible. I assume based on talks with staff over time, that these are something like VPS instances that area spun up? I asked regular Support to reboot my instance for the sake of it as scripts run, but tasks to control them do not, they just immediately say skipped. Hi Folks, I've recently deployed Pulseway, and getting my staff to start using "Request Support" feature. Is it possible to have the "Request Support" set to a different priority than the default of "Normal"? For example, set it to "Low" by default? Are there any customisations available regarding the priority levels? For example, can I insert a custom priority & set this as the only option for "Request Support"? Thanks.

Our US hosting provider has announced planned storage maintenance for Thursday May 25th between 06:00am and 07:00am EST. This work will enhance our storage availability and will impact any Pulseway SaaS customers hosted in the US data center. There may be intermittent disruption to service during this time, but in the unlikely event of this happening, it will only be for a few minutes. I did install Pulseway in December, only to discover that my chipset was not yet supported. When I heard about an update, I tried to check if it was now supported. However I get the message that my account is deactivated when I open the app on my iPhone as well when I triy to log in on the website. Why is it deactivated? I tried creating a new account and I got the message that my email address is already in use. So how can the account be reactivated?

hi i'm new to team account is there a way for me to create a user for an end customer, and limit that user so he'll be able to do only specific actions on the agent? i've found the policies, which i've seen i can make those limitations there. and i've found that i can apply those policies to a site, an organization or an agent group. but how can i apply them so they limit the user via those policies? i could only find team permissions but it's only full/no/read only - nothing in between what am i missing here? thank you

We are having issues with a single Pulseway agent and I need help troubleshooting it. We have 2 servers installed in this environment, the first Server Pulseway works without fault, however on the second server Pulseway worked briefly, however now appears to be offline in the web client. Connecting to the server and the service is running, agent is running, and registered. I can successfully unregister and reregister the agent. does anyone know of a way to change the way android receives notifications? like for example a backup notification is of low priority and doesnt need to be shown on the phone, whereas the dhcp service on the server being off is a high priority and it would need to be sent to the phone. we get around 40/50 notifications a night just for low priority and would like to narrow this down to just the high priority ones

We run a series of game servers and pc monitor is great to notify when an application crashes. However when it crashes users are disconnected and are unable to reconnect. Typically I'll update the twitter account to let them know of the status, but it would be great to have the system do it automatically. Possibly with a time stamp? If anyone knows of a way to do it, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I was installed Pulseway on 16 Servers 14 show online 1 show offline but it was online from yesterday dashboard flashing up offline so I was deleted from server group and no idea how could I add back this server again to dashboard.Last server I just installed pulseway 2 hours ago wont cameup in dashboard yet. Could any one help me to resolve this issue please. Thanks
