Hi there, I'm totally new to Pulseway (teams/MSP) and I need an hand setting up a, I think, common situation. I have a client that wants to receive e-mail notifications (not push with app) for his servers. I have placed his server in a dedicated agents group, but how to achieve? I don't want that he can log in web app and mobile app too, only receive his notifications. Thank you.

Hello I am currently trialing Pulseway and working on the patching module. Policies seem to work well enough but how exactly do I see all of the patch requirements of the endpoints? Also is there a way I can tell multiple devices to install a specific patch in bulk? Thanks Larnel

I'm trying to roll out Pulseway on my Clints via the Discovery and Deployment tool in Pulseway. I have set up probes and are finding some computers on the network. When I try to deploy pulsway to the computers, some of them are successful and some are not. The ones that fails have have "Connection Failed" error Message under "result". Anybody know why this happens and any ideas on how to fix it. Will be a lot of work to have to manually install Pulseway on all the computers. Thanks

hi i'm new to team account is there a way for me to create a user for an end customer, and limit that user so he'll be able to do only specific actions on the agent? i've found the policies, which i've seen i can make those limitations there. and i've found that i can apply those policies to a site, an organization or an agent group. but how can i apply them so they limit the user via those policies? i could only find team permissions but it's only full/no/read only - nothing in between what am i missing here? thank you

Good night all, I want to sign up for the trial of pulseway, but i am not seeing my country in the drop down for country listing. I live in Trinidad and Tobago, which is in the caribbean. Is there anyway around this ? if i choose another country from the list, will there be a billing issue when i try to use my CC to pay for the service ?

Does anyone know if Pulseway can get UPS data from APCUPSD? http://www.apcupsd.org/ I have a bunch of USB connected APC UPS units I monitor with APCUPSD in both Linux and Windows. Primarily, they are APC SMC1500 2u units. No network monitoring available. If not, I'll stick this in as a feature request.

Tengo el bios configurado para magic packet, tengo la targeta de red configurada para despertar con magic packet y habilitado. Y tengo deshabilitado el inicio rapido en windows 10.

I am evaluating Pulseway and understand that for various reasons Windows Feature Updates are not included as part of the automated or manual patch management. I was told that they can be distributed via a Pulseway script. Two questions: Has the community built/shared such a script? Can the update be downloaded once and installed enterprise wide, thus eliminating the need to download these large files multiple times? Thank you

We have Webroot added to Pulseway One of the systems we added is now obsolete and we would like to remove Webroot from the system If I try to remove it from the Webroot section in Pulseway, it won't allow it, as the system is offline If I remove the system from Pulseway altogether will the Webroot association be removed automatically too? Hi, I'm studying Pulseway, so far I liked the way to monitor Sqlserver with custom queries. It's all I need for Sqlserver. But, so far, I didn't find a way to monitor Oracle Database. There is a way to monitor Oracle? Even with custom script? Thanks in advance. D.

In tying pulseway to our PSA we need to know the frequency at which the endpoint communicates with the pulseway server in order to update stats like CPU/Memory Usage/etc. Can this be customized or can they be force updated via script?

I have installed pulseway on my Ubuntu 18.04 machine but I cannot find a way to enable remote desktop. This is the only device that I have besides the phone app.

It seems as though, if I onboard a system that takes my total over my existing Pulseway license count, the new system does not appear anywhere in Pulseway. The new system will only appear if we upgrade the license count. There is no notification that there are systems pending a license. No alert, or error message to tell a user what they need to do. The Pulseway Manager indicates the new system is registered correctly and, again, gives no indication that anything is wrong or that a license is needed. Is this working as intended? If not, what am I doing wrong? If so, could you fix it? It's completely daft.

I am using a script to install rclone on servers when they are onboarded. The URL for the preconfigured rclone package is defined as a Global variable. Hi, Years ago when I first setup Pulseway there was an issue highlighted on the forums with servers and hard disk monitoring. It was advised at the time that you should disable this feature otherwise the HDD will get hammered with requests. I cant remember the actual reason in the forum post, but wondered if there we still known issues with having this enabled on production servers?

When setting up patch policies, Office 2019 and Office pro plus are there listed underneath the third part apps to update, What can I do to get Office 2016 listed there that way all of our Office products are being updated.

After we stop Pulseway service either via Services-Stop or with PowerShell, a minute a two later the service starts running again. Why does it start again and how can we avoid that?

Hi, i want to know how i can monitor the dropbox daemon on linux, i'v tried things with workflow but when i stop the service manualy it won't send me a notification or try to restart the service, and that is bothering me becaus on our servers we need to have dropbox running all the time for our application, i know that dropbox is weird on linux, it won't show with systemctl, but it's still like a daemon. I'm running debian buster machine all up to date with the last pulseway agent
