Hello people! Its possible to configure a notification by mail when a script runs, with results? I have some scripts that I use with windows schedule task, but if I will configure a email notification I have to configure a lot of dependencies. So I want to use the automation from Pulseway to run this scripts...

Hi, My predecessor used an email address for the account username which I would like to be able to change but I can't see how to do this. Also, I've changed the email address for the account and the password and I now seem to be stuck in some sort of lockout loop so neither the old (old email address) username and either the old or the new password will let me back into the account. I am monitoring 20 machines so I'd like to resolve this as soon as possible before all the monitoring fails. I've reset the password several times but to no avail.

Once a Pulseway chat session ends - are there records or reports kept of each conversation?

We get notifications of systems going off line and they generate a ticket in the Pulseway PSA ticketing system. But if that system comes back on-line and shows a normal status, it does not automatically complete or close the ticket out. Right now we have to manually go in to each ticket and close these tickets. Is there a way that the system can automatically close these tickets when their status changes to normal?

Please help me here I am certain all my setting are correct I have 21 other servers working perfectly on the same network.

After installing some new software (not related to Pulseway) a reboot was required. As it happens, the server went down and no notifications were sent out. Looking at the Pulseway manager it looked like it was monitoring the server, however i got NO notifications about the downed server. When i ran a service pulseway restart... i quickly got a notification that the server was on-line. That seemed to resolve the problem. My question is why does Pulseway not automatically do a restart when the machine is rebooted? Is this something i need to do every time a server is rebooted? I use Jenkins when i need to run mass jobs on our servers. Should i create a job that …

Hello, I've been using PC Monitor since 5 computers could be monitored for free and this has served me well. PC Monitor is really great. I intend to replace 1 of them since I got my sister a new computer, but I'm not sure I will be be able to add the new machine once I remove 1 of the 5 in use. Will the new 3 machines limit be applied or old users still get 5? By the way, I would like to suggest a "light" subscription of up to 7 or 8 machines. That would cover most of the tech guys family needs (wife, sons/daughters, brothers/sisters, parents..) Regards, Gilson

Hi Just taken on a client with laptops that have encrypted hard drives. They need a password when starting up so does anyone have experience/ideas with regards to remote support and monitoring. I use Pulseway to apply Updates, for example, in an evening but with many needing restarts I'm then unable to check all is well before the start of the next working day. Cheers, Andy

I recently took one monitored machine down and although I still only see 6 in the Dashboard (what I am licensed for) I keep getting emails about having 7 and over my license. But where/how do I see all the ones registered so I can remove any no longer in use?

Hi all I'd love to see a way to exclude certain patches from alerts and reports. More specifically Windows Defender and Windows Malicious Software removal. Since we use Webroot, Defender is not needed, yet every single day all my systems are showing at least 1 missing Important update (Defender). It is therefore virtually impossible to create a report with a good overall score. It also creates too many notifications. It would be great to have some sort of override options to be able to exclude certain patches.Or maybe we can separate critical and important alerts in notification, as right now they are treated the same. Good morning, Being a satisfied user of Pulseway, I still have a few questions: How do I monitor the Ashay Backup (version 6)? I’d like to know whether the backup succeeded or failed. Is it possible to monitor the internet speed? How do I configure that? Is it possible to monitor Backup exec? How do I configure that?

I have been using PC Monitor for a few months now to monitor my servers behind our corporate firewall and all has been well. Last night, all servers reported being offline which seemed unlikely. As of today, they are still not reporting but I confirmed they are working. I believe that my main office may have some ports offline or blocked but I can't find any documentation on which ports are used by PC Monitor so I can report this issue to my IT group. Where can I find port and communication methods that PC Monitor uses?

Hello, I would like to be notified when a particular event is logged in the Windows Small Business Server/Operational log. However, when setting this up in PC Monitor, there is no check box to select this particular log. Am I doing something wrong? Or does PC Monitor just not recognize this particular log? I have been administrating my company's pulseway account for 4 years. I am starting to get request from upper manegment that they want to be able to look threw the webcam feature at remote locations. I have 4 different groups setup with local and remote users servers EXT.. Is there a way I can give access to a user certain options and certain groups to access. I only want him to see the remote group and not servers and local users. Including owners, CIO, CEO and CFO local information. But I don't want to give them my administrator information.

Anyone out there figured out any work arounds for running Pulseway on FIPS enabled devices? I can get Pulseway to start/connect/function if I modify a couple Pulseway config files by adding a line to disable FIPS enforcement, but after 24 hours or so the changes to the Pulseway config files are removed. It seems like the Pusleway app has ran some type of internal update and set the config files back to default. Open for any ideas/suggestions. Thanks.
