  1. Its very frustrating if you want to add newly added apps to the Third Party patch management section that you need to check what apps you already have in the list; See screenshot. It would be better to remove items from the dropdown list if they already are in a rule. I understand that you will be able to have multiple rules (1 for install and 1 for update) But you would be able to make a Checkbox or some other solution to get this done. Or put a Checkbox in the dropdown list or whatever to quickly see what is already added to a rule. That way its easier to keep the list up to date since you are adding apps all the time.

I just downloaded the free version and cant find an answer.. Is it possible to see - on my Android phone - using the PCM Android app - if the PC I'm monitoring has its "monitor/screen hardware" either on or off?? And while I use that PC remotely to lock them out of "my Win7 user profile" ???? I have the problem that other people at the remote location jump on and mess around when I'm trying to remotely connect - I want to shut them down remotely.... Somehow lock the PC... I hope so...

Hi, It would be nice to have a report (day/week/month) of the notifications or actions made on the Pcs, and also to have the possibility to send it via email. Thanks! Daniele

Hi There. Apologies if this is more of a case of my getting something wrong with my cmdlets but I'm struggling with the Powershell on my iPhone app. I have a batch file I would like to be able to execute from my phone however I'm struggling to get it to work. I'm using the following cmdlet... start-process c:\bat\filename.bat ... however I keep getting the following error message... "Error: This command cannot be executed due to the error: The system cannot find the file specified" I've checked the location of the batch file and it's definitely correct. I did try putting the file and location in ""'s and this returned a "Command executed successfully" …

Hey Forum, Due to security issues our company has recently decided to close all Windows RDP ports and switch to using the Pulseway remote desktop feature, as we were already using Pulseway on (almost) all of our customers' systems. However, these connections seem extremely slow and laggy, even when we had a good connection using Windows RDP. Is this a known problem that we can fix? Is there maybe a workaround? I'm looking forward to your response, - Jaapyse

Hi. I don't find the SQL Server module under notifications. Does that mean that SQL is not monitored - but only managed. It would be nice to get notifications from SQL Server. eg: - When SQL Agent jobs fails. - When deadlocks occurs. - When fillrate in data and log files reaches XX %, and autogrowth is disabled. - When autogrowth is enabled, but the free diskspace allows less than XX file expansions - When a specified SQL-statement returns more than 0 rows or a specific value Best Regards Martin Stevnhoved Abakion A/S

Hi, I hope I'm posting in the right place... I am trying to send a command to a monitored computer via the web-based terminal (also tried from the iPad app), but I receive a message within the terminal which states, "Access Denied. The device is not authorized." I have tried other commands which also failed. Is there something simple I missed in the config? OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 Role: Domain Controller PC Monitor Version: 2.4.1 Thank you!

Hello, I first noticed this problem after performing a new install of agent 4.8.3 on an SBS 2011 server. I thought it was related to just this Server (which has been rebooted since install and the firewall is disabled), but found that this error occurs with a number of Windows 7 hosts as well. I can't immediately establish the reason why some hosts connect and others don't. I've not encountered this error before so am unsure where to start with troubleshooting. Appreciate any assistance.

Having a small problem here. Ive got PC Monitor on two Win 7 64 machines which functions with WOL perfectly over the internet without any port forwarding on the router. I also have it installed on one Ubuntu 64 10.04 machine which will not wake up at all using PC Monitor but will using other WOL apps. Ive tried forwarding port 9 on the router to the machine with no luck, it wont wake up at all with PC Monitor either from the Android Client or server side command LAN and WAN. The Android client says "unable to send command" Out of all the machines this is the one I need to work with WOL. Any ideas guys?

If I have a workstation configured to Download updates but let me choose when to install them, and I then use Pulseway to Check for updates. If the updates are already downloaded will Pulseway just install them or will it re-download the updates and then install them?

Hi. Does the Zendesk integration require a specific Zendesk plan, or will it work no matter what plan you have? http://www.zendesk.com/product/pricing Best Regards, Martin Stevnhoved.
