Hello everybody A monitored server was offline in Dashboard all the time. Tried to reinstall --> no change. Delete device from dashboard and reinstalled again. Device is activated and even connected to, (Test notifications and validating account is working to.) But it still doesn't appears in Dashboard or mobile app and so we aren't able to perform any action on this device. Hi There I unfortunately deleted a Device out of the Dashboard. I reinstalled the Agent on the Device and restartet the Device. The Account validating on the Agent seems to be ok but the Device doesn't appear in Dashboard nor online ( https://my.pulseway.com/).Already tried to reinstall and delete the Pulseway folder, restarting agent --> No effect. System info: Windows Server 2008 R2 installed on ESX Host Thanks for any help Kind Regards Patrick

It seems like when I try to restart a service in windows 10 it freezes with "stopping". Are there any known bugs with windows 10? Thanks

Hi! I configured the agent as in the handbook described. My Kiwi-Server receives logs but the heartbeat-server doesnt show up any results or data. Though website is working but no data. Is there a way I can fix that bug? Thanks Roman

Pulseway's sensor monitoring feature may cause VSS locks during notifications checks and may interfere with VSS backups. To prevent VSS locks you can disable hard disk sensor monitoring from Pulseway Manager -> System. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

So I am running Ubuntu Linux 14.04 x64 on a dedicated headless server. Sometimes everything works fine (80% of reboots and some service restarts). Hi support team When I try to conect to remote machines, in some of these machines menu option Ctrl+Alt+Supr is disabled or not working. These machines are Windows Server 2008. Is that a bug, or a setup poblem? Thanks!

I reckon that with 4.7.4 the remote desktop is final? i can see in manage devices that all my clients is up to date, and i am trying to remote desktop to some windows xp machines (that are on the road) but i get the error: The agent remote desktop libraries are not up to date, please update them to the latest version. i have tried all my XP installations, both virtual and physical, and i cant connect to either f them, they all respond with the same error. what do you suggest i should do now? thanks.

Had 3 Win servers crash last night and on reboot they came up Windows Repair! Yikes. Server 2012 R2 Server 2008 R2 Noting that a 2008 R2 standard server is incorrectly identified as Windows 7 In the Pulseway monitor. as a matter of fact I have at least 3 servers that say window7 when they are 2008 R2 Standard!! these servers were setup in veeam as APPLICATION AWARE backups. We reboot few times and no luck with veeam backup. After disabling PULSEWAY client veeam worked fine and no crashes since then. Can you advise. Thanks Clark

I have updated my iphone to ios 8.3 and since doing that am unable to wake up devices, I can shut devices down okay, I can wake up the same devices on an Android device fine. I have also uninstalled the iphone client software and reinstalled it and it still does not work. Is this a known issue?

Hi Since the release candidate has been added to Pulseway some of our servers are unable to connect via remote desktop. The option is grayed out and says feature not enabled.

Hi Pulseway. testing the Remote desktop Beta on our dedicated server setup, not once i have suceeded in creating the connection, i can see the logged in user, but when i try to start the remote desktop, i always get an error 1568. My server is running on alternate port 8080 instead of 443. Thanks, Have a nice day.

PW reports my CPU temp as 6C. The ASUS app says 41C. I have an A6 on an A88XM-A.

Hi, I have noticed with a few of our systems that the event notifications are no longer being sent, I have checked through the event logs on the specific computers and can see the monitored event occur however cannot see an event entry from Pulseway that it has sent the notification. I have not done much more testing other than tweaking the event details to see if it is something within the specific event. Regards, Michael

Hi, all of my agents on every device have stopped with the following error if i click validate account: "could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS with authority ws1.pulseway.com" Prior to clicking validate account they all were showing offline, so I'm guessing comms has stopped. I have read the forum about a hotfix but that seems to apply to Windows server 2003. I am mostly running 2008r2 or above. anyone help. Of course this problem occurs just as I start my week off :-( Bernie

I'm running Pulseway User Agent 4.6 on Win8.1 Pro x64. Right now, I have 5 Pulseway tray icons showing. None are "ghost" icons that remain after an application crash; they are all working properly. I recently installed/uninstalled Carbonite backup software a couple times, and I think that is when the extra tray icons were added. The Carbonite installer kills Explorer.exe and restarts it to add/remove its shell integration. I believe that Pulseway detected the Explorer crashes, and automatically added a tray icon afterward, even though the existing icon(s) were still there. First off, I wanted to thank you for bringing the remote desktop feature to Pulseway. I can't wait to put it to work to my job much easier! I just wanted to let you know about this issue in case it is only my setup. The remote connection works great except that my keyboard doesn't work. If this is a known issue, I will patiently wait for the next release. If not, I would be more than willing to assist in any troubleshooting. Thanks for a great product! Matt

I receive the following error from a system with a 54 GB hard disk with 9.96 GB free set to alert via group policy when the system partition has less than 10.0%. "The free space on system disk drive C: on the computer X in group Y is below 10% (9.96 GB% free of 53.81 GB%)" Just thought you would want to know.

When I install and launch Pulseway on my iMac (mid 2011, 27 inch, CPU i7, Mavericks 10.9.4) in Console is generated periodical error - SMC::smcReadKeyAction ERROR TB0T kSMCBadArgumentError(0x89) fKeyHashTable=0x0xffffff804814a000. Frequency of error is around 3-6 per second. I tried reinstall Pulsewayq but noting has changed. I have two other iMacs (late 2012), but with them everything is ok. Can you help me?

Hello community, I’m trying to configure the Pulseway Manager on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition. The Problem is that upon configuring the processes, that I’d like to add on the notifications-system, they are not being correctly displayed, meaning I am getting 3 processes displayed and they are not the ones, I want. Hi Guys, I am having an issue with the Dashboard notifications at the moment. I have not checked the mobile app. It is appearing that notifications are being deleted automatically sometime during the night. When I arrive at work in the morning I normally go through and confirm that all my backups have completed however the last 2 days I have not received any backup notifications when I investigate I find that there do not appear to be any notifications older that 2 AM. I also have about 4 or 5 servers that are set-up to send me half-hourly notifications so when I get to work in the morning I can have anywhere up to 210 non-critical notifications. I have also c…
