    When capturing screen on both my installed computers it only gives me a partial screen. Like top left corner and part of screen? installed on a win 10 and a win 11 machine. On the win 10 machine it’s under 50% of the screen that’s captured, on the win 11 it’s like 75%. is it an installation issue or a setting I’m not aware of?

  2. I have disabled all, but notification still comes, and not one but 2. From diffrent Emai Template, I try to dissable it to diagnsoe why I got 3 email every time.

    Hi, I have soothing wrong in my config, but i can't figure it out by my self. User sends e-mail to it@mydomain.com. Ticket is created. I got the notification e-mail. When I solve ticket or respond in ticket by PSA web site, user gets the response email. BUT! I he responds directly to that email, PSA will create new TICKET! Here is one example were one conversation created 4 tickets. How to stop that madness? (BDW, We use Thunderbird as e-mail clinet)

Similar to the Topic created on March 27, 2014 in Bugs, I have an issue with multiple windows VMs reporting as a single Pulseway device (due to us distributing one Windows VM to multiple machines. Whats the best way to fix this? I installed Pulseway on each VM seperatly (not through the VM distribution)

    A few weeks ago, one of my servers ran out of storage and Pulseway never sent me a notification. I found that the low storage notification is no longer working for any of my servers. Below are a few examples, as of today. The top 2 are Windows 2019 Server and the bottom one Windows 2016. In all 3 cases, my iOS app should have a notification for these low storage conditions, but there is nothing. In addition, the notification for when the computer is started is also not working. Once a month, I reboot all servers and Pulseway now only notifies when the computer is shutting down not when it started.

  6. Hi, Is there a way to get more information back from Pulseway when using a custom tile to install software? This install popped the following cryptic error in the Pulseway history log, but then Windows logged the actual issue and more relevant details in the Windows application log saying, "Reboot Required" Mar 11, 2024, 11:19:21 AM Application SentialOneInstall (23.2.358) failed to install.     Dear Support Team, I am opening this topic because we have been experiencing high CPU usage by a program on our Windows 2022 servers. The program is using 28-30% of the CPU constantly, even though it should only be using 1-5%. This is causing performance issues on our servers. We have already tried the following to fix the issue: lodctr /R Reinstall the program Reboot the server Update the server Lowering the task priority in Task Manager Limiting the program to using only 1 CPU core None of these solutions have worked.   8. Hello, I am trying to setup a custom title for patch management. I used google before but I am now having provisioning issue with google so I created a direct download link with OneDrive. I can paste the link into a browser and it directly downloads the file with no issues but for some reason when I try to save the custom title in Pulseway, I get this error: URL cannot be reached.   10. I set up a Raspberry Pi with MobilePCMonitor and then imaged my Raspberry Pi filesystem to several other Raspberry Pis. Each Pi is set to generate a different hostname on boot and then start up MobilePCMonitor after changing the hostname. Sometimes when I boot up two Pis that both received the same filesystem image, they refuse to identify themselves independently in the MobilePCMonitor admin area. The machine that’s listed in the admin area alternates between the two hostnames periodically. It’s as if they’re both vying for the same spot. Please help!

  11. Pulseway is not generating alerts on event logs under the Applications and Services Logs folder. I've specifically tried "Microsoft-Windows-Windows Defender/Operational" and "Microsoft-Windows-Windows Firewall With Advanced Security/Firewall" and neither work. Attached here is how I have my alert configured and this exact configuration worked at some point in the past. Other event logs such as Application and System work. Has anyone experienced this issue and found a fix?

  12. Hello, today we've noticed that on our Server 2016 OS machines we can't use the Windows Update GUI to Search for or Install Updates. Controlling it with USOCLIENT startscan & USOCLIENT startinstall works as expected but the Button to Search for new and Install pending Updates is greyed out. After a bit of testing (blocking our GPO, removing the Pulseway Patch Policy, Resetting Windows Update) it seems that Pulseway sets Registry Keys that interfere with either our (GPO) settings or sets invalid values which in turn lead to an unusable Windows Update GUI. Server 2019 & 2022 work fine with GPO + Pulseway Patch Policy applied. Next Screenshot…

  13. The PC Dashboard desktop app cannot edit the local agent config for any agent that is version 9.0+, is there a new dashboard release coming? "Edit system settings" from the dashboard results in "unsupported config" error. On a side note, is there any other way to modify the agent config besides logging in and using the local manager app? I don't see a way to do that in the web app.

  14. Please just clarify in the help text to press enter when adding a service name. Added one and got error filed can not be empty and by accident pressed enter out of frustration to find out thats how to add the name, may seem obvious but not quite clear thats how to do it. "press enter after entering a short name" would suffice. "" Alternatively make confirm button add what text one entered in field. Thanks.

Hi, We're using 3rd party patching to update Sonicwall NetExtender and if it attempts to update the application while there is an active connection in the application, it will uninstall the old version but not install the new version. Manually running the policy will cause it to reinstall the application but it is definitely causing a lot of heartache for our users since we just enabled this policy last week and this week there was an update to NetExtender.   17. Hi Pulseway, We have this issue that when we install the agent and link it to the correct account and dedicated server. That the client appears offline. Configuration etc is set correctly because at first everything worked properly. But since a few weeks this problem has been and I can't solve it. We use Pulseway for all our customers for remote control. However, this problem only applies to one customer. Now we cannot use remote control when this customer calls.   18. Our fleet are experiencing issues with high memory usage. I believe this is due to Pulseway creating an excessive amount of handles (Named pipes). Attached are some screenshots. Please refer to the "Handles" columns. I have used Process Explorer to look at the handles and 99%are all NamedPipe (please see bottom section of attached screenshot labelled Process Explorer). We have around 100 computers with this problem. Restarting will allow them to use the computer for a while until it builds up again.

  19. My headless Ubuntu 22.04 (x86_64) machine, running agent 9.3, recently sent me a "Low Memory" notification. This was unexpected as I don't have any memory-intensive processes running on the machine currently. Since this was the first time I received such a notification, I decided to investigate the matter to understand what could have triggered it. We use Pulseway to automatically patch our servers and since last weekend the history shows the above error for each system - the weekend before everything was fine - and they have pending updates ("2023-07 CU for .NET 3.5, 4.7.2 and 4.8" mostly). A manually triggered installation via App and Webapp worked fine - updates were installed successfully on a system that showed the message in the topics title when executed through the schedule.   22. After the update to client version 9.3, we get for all servers an alert, that the free memory is over the configured limit. It seems, that the agent calculates the free memory wrong. When checking the machines, there is enough free memory. It seems, that not only the actually used ram is taken, but also the buffered ram.

  23. I have not checked every system for this but several at one site have the symptom Agent Security Shows Webroot Secure AnyWhere Disabled Out Of Date and Also Shows Webroot Secure AnyWhere Enabled and Up to date on the same Agent.

  24. We have (of course) some monitored Windows services and today we were stumped that the notification of a service that wasn't running didn't show up again after clearing all notifications. The service died Monday night (due to problems with the SQL server hosting the corresponding database of the service) and we missed the alert, since we clear our notifications first thing in the morning to get a clean "what's up" (or down )view. So the alert was there, it just didn't come up again after clearing and we're almost certain that this behaviour was changed in the past, although I couldn't find anything about it in the changelogs.     Hi, I found another small bug in the api v2. When using POST /system/tenantlookup/ProductManufacturer the response data contains the wrong id for the newly created entry. But if you afterwards use GET /system/tenantlookup/ProductManufacturer you will get the correct id.
