Hi - is it possible to show why a pc is not online ? eg offline(hibernated), offline(suspended) etc ?

Is it possible to build the dashboard for Mac ? If yes, when available ? Thank You

I noticed that there is a hide known system processes option. But even though I have that checked, it still shows PCMonitor.exe in the running system processes. The security in which this software has is very nice. But the ease of someone just pressing ctrl, alt, del and ending the process altogether seems to defeat the purpose of the security. Is there any possible way to add such a feature that either the processes simply do not show or not allow a user to end the process in the way that ie. 'System Idle Process' will not allow you? Or maybe there is already a way this could be done? Please let me know. Thank you.

Receive an alert when the PC / Server is waiting to reboot Pascal

The previous solution we used for monitoring and alerts was a home-made application which uses WMI queries to monitor systems on the network. Mobile PC Monitor is a much more robust solution, but I would be interested in having the option to add "agent-less" computers by adding them to an existing computer with PC Monitor installed, defining which objects to monitor on the remote system (a workstation or laptop), then having that remote system appear in Mobile PC Monitor and the Dashboard application as a normal PC.

hi, month ago i send you a screenshot of the gfi-max dashboard to manage server & workstations. it has a better overview to manage more pc's and you can change the settings on more then one pc at the same time. you said, that a new dashboard will come. so, is there any news about that? also, it would be nice to see the computer-details if the pc is offline. maybe the last seen temp , hd-space and so on and see a "offline since..." and, again, the smart-status of the hdd's are very important. also a check to test if a homepage is online. not only a ping-check. the check must find a word on the homepage to see it is online. many thanks for the great softwar…

Hi Support, Firstly I have to say that I really love this program, it has really put a spotlight on efficiency and making day to day server support a breeze. I also have to commend you on your ongoing commitment to the community in providing updates and improvements. As for my feature request, is it possible to have a LOCAL UP ADDRESS added either before or after the EXTERNAL IP ADDRESS option. At the moment I have to fire up the command prompt widget and hit an IPCONFIG to get the address. A quick visual would help improve remote troubleshooting when getting users to ping servers and such. Currently you gotta choose services you want to monitor to be able to start/stop them at will. What I would like is to have monitoring for specified services but to be able to restart any service. This comes in handy when you don't know at setup that you need to be able to restart some service and when problems arise you have the option.

Not sure if anyone might find this helpful but 2 way chat may be helpful from within the app... Another feature which would be nice is keyboard/mouse in use. I have this feature with logmein and it is great as you might hesitate rebooting or performing a task which may affect the user currently logged in like applying windows updates...

Hello there ! Recently I found Mobile PC Monitor and must admitt very quckly become great fan of it! Incredible application that I already advised lots of people to use. I'm also big fan of Windows Home Server, MS solution dedicated to small business/home usage. For me this is primary platform I'm using PC Monitor with. And this leads to few features request: - would it be possible to have PC Monitor dasboard integrated into WHS/SBS dasboard as WHS/SBS add-in? - would it be possible to forward WHS/SBS alerts PC Monitor notifications? - and a bit from other angle; would it be possible to have UPS monitoring included? I am creating Disaster Recovery DC/File Servers in the cloud for my customers and using DFSR to replicate the data there via Point to point VPN tunnels. Would be great to be able to monitor the health of DFSR and see the back logged files waiting to copy across.... Any chance this can be added to the Enterprise server?

i have several techs who have pcmonitor on their phones and manage my customer systems. is there somewhere where i can see a log of what actions they are peforming from there phones etc. Ex. User initiated windows updates, User reset users password. User diabled account in domain. User stop and start service. This would be very important for an enterprise solution where multiple techs access the same systems and for audit....

I know it's an old software but I do have to support it. Would be nice to have.

Would love to have the ability to send the customer an executable which auto populates the username/password, enterprise server address and pre populates the config with specific monitoring information.

Ability add multiple IP's for wake on lan. List IP's and or names with ability to selectively choose WOL for individual machines or ability to select all at once.

I'm very happy with the product! I like it so much, I want to use it on my PCs at home as well as my work systems. The problem is, I can only have one instance of the app on my phone and it only saves one set of credentials. Swapping back and forth is a bit of a hassle. Accessing multiple accounts from the app would be awesome! Dan

I think it would be good to add Maintenance option for whole group of computers. Often one group is a HOST and 5-10 VM machines so having host offline starts 50 messages popping out :-)

The touch interface on the phone apps is great, however when using the web application on a multi-touch computer it is very difficult to scroll both through the computers and on the computer details screen. Would it be possible to have this scroll like the mobile platform apps? If not, maybe a little bit wider scroll bar would help. I just think it would be nice to be able to use this on touch-enabled computers. Thanks for your consideration.

Hi Again I hope this is a small ask, but when running the dashboard in "full screen mode" (I now have a big screen nailup on the wall running all day long) the clock is obscured. It would be great to have a ticker type clock so that you can mentally note the time that things are happening eg server went off line at such and such a time. Many thanks Conrad
