Most RMM provide some form of generic or generalized event ID monitoring packages / suggestions. I think it would be helpful for MPM to develop some base packages to show of what can be monitored through the event log. Many people do not understand how to properly monitor the event log and MPM could highlight their pre-configured alert packages based upon Windows Server Event IDs. You could have different alert packages for SQL, Exchange, AD, Security, Hardware, etc.

I have a support ticket where I asked this question and got a reply that it could be looked at in the future. Just placing it here to ensure it gets put on Feature request list and so others can comment. When sales tax is added to invoice in PSA then synced to Quickbooks via PSA QB SYNC, it defaults to sales tax code G. In Canada, G is GST @ 5% by default (and correctly so) out of the box. H is for HST is dependent on province. In my case, HST at 13% is setup in PSA, but when the invoice syncs over to Quickbooks, it imports/syncs as tax code G (at 5%). I have to edit EVERY SINGLE INVOICE.I just need to tell PSA to use a defined sales tax code when syncing to QB. …

Hi, It's my first time posting here, so hopefully I got the format correctly. When you have all your monitored system grouped, and you are able to do a mass windows update, It would be good to be able to run a terminal command on all the monitored systems at once. This would be extremely handy when doing mass rollouts or simply needing to run commands on all systems quickly. Thank you, Tim

(Before I get in to the post, I wanted to thank everyone for their hard work creating PCM plugins. It is amazing what can be accomplished while I'm working off of the tablet and getting a late night caffeine fix a local cafe. Simply amazing). I handle Windows (OS, Microsoft apps, third party) patch management for around 200 machines. I also have a WSUS setup at home for the machines at the house. There are are few statistics and alerts that require quicker response than the normal monthly update cycle. For example: * Machine(s) that have not reported to WSUS after XX days * Machine(s) with XX pending updates or higher * New machine in Unassigned Computers …

i have several techs who have pcmonitor on their phones and manage my customer systems. is there somewhere where i can see a log of what actions they are peforming from there phones etc. Ex. User initiated windows updates, User reset users password. User diabled account in domain. User stop and start service. We use Mozy Pro for all of our clients and would love the ability to monitor the backup status through MPM. Any ideas if this is easily doable?

Is it possible to add a timer for how long a server will be in Maintenance Mode? It would be great for if a user could select Maintenance mode, but have it automatically exit after an x amount of time.

Would it be possible to expand the number of API endpoints available for the RMM? While the API is useful for gathering information about systems, it doesn't have much in the way of being able to perform many built-in operations that exist in the web application, like check for and install patches, run single line commands on the system, being able to run scripts on a system and not just tasks, add tags to systems, etc. This would be great for creating custom automation and would help with removing a lot of tedium in cleaning up small alerts.

I monitor a server that has additional network connections other than the one that connects it to the internet. I would like to be able to receive a notification when a certain network connection state changes from connected to disconnected. Thanks

I rebooted EVERYONE in my dashboard yesterday to the great surprise of everyone in my dashboard who was not at lunch. I created some scripts which I though did not contain a shutdown command but there was one in one of the scripts. When creating a task, I can add a script, but I cannot see what is in the script without backing out and editing the script again. I can think of two things: 1. I would like to be able to peek inside a script before adding it to a task. 2. I would like to color code scripts. If I choose red for scripts with a shutdown command, then I can easily see danger including said script.

I want to be able to monitor events 4725 in the security event log. The event notifies me when a user account is disabled. The problem is I have one account which auto disables itself and I continue to get notifications about that account. I would like to be able to exclude certain keywords from the event filter so that any event that has a specific keyword is excluded. Ex: All events with ID 4725 Except events with the following keyword: sbsmgracct Possible?

For example we do get notifications on the dashboard about windows updates.. when i remove it.. couple of minute later it comes back again.. We do windows updates once every x-time so i want to be able to postpone an alert for x-period. Also for example a lesser issue.. which will be handled later that day.. in the evening for example (expand disks or something) I want to be able to postpone it for couple of hours.. so that only the really important notifications come through

Hello, As I am a big fan of home made backup scripts, my servers have a lot of scheduled tasks running at different hours, however I have some windows where no backup is running. During this time I can perform maintenance tasks like windows updates, restarts. I would like to have ,if possible, the Start time displayed on each Scheduled Task and a sorting feature similar to the Process page that can allow me to sort by Name or Start Date. Any feedback on this idea? Paul

I was recently trying to start a couple of programs from terminal in the iOS app when I noticed they failed to run. It took me awhile to realize that terminal runs as the system user. That is probably fine for most peoples needs, but I would love for the ability to run terminal as a user on the computers I manage. That way I can restart certain programs if they crash or any number of things. If there already is a way to do this, then I would love to know. If there isn't then is there a way you guys could add support for it, or would it be better for me to try and make a plugin?

I use PSA for billing but do NOT use the PSA generated invoices since they don't look great and have no customization. Once the invoice syncs to Quickbooks via QBsync, I send the client the invoice from QB using a custom invoice template. This works great except some clients use the Client Portal to view status of invoices and payments. I want their invoices to post to the client portal, but they won't until you click the "Send to Client" button. There needs to be a way to post the invoice to the Clients' Portal without sending the email. A button on the invoice would suffice. Right now I get around this by creating a dummy contact with fake email address and markin…

Hi. It would be super nice, if we could get (read only) SQL access to the hosted Enterprise server database. Then we could do all the integrations on users, assets, notifications (and more) that we would ever dream of. Please consider this a feature request :-) Br, Martin.

Hey there, I've only been working with Pulseway for a short while, and see a lot of potential with it (already far advanced over our past RMM supplier)... I would like this feature to considered: the option list the last known 'Asset' info even when agent is offline... I know we can do this via a report, but see a good advantage to have access to the information even when it is turned off / offline from this screen also... Thanks - Grunta

It'd be wonderful if mobile device could be put into 'quiet mode' during user-specified hours. It's a bit annoying having my phone and iPad alerting me to things at 3:00am !
